Definitely on point with customer service. We are new to the area and I just wanted to browse and see what they offered. No less than five times while I was cruising the isles they made it a point to greet me and ask if I needed help. Most stores will do this from a loss prevention standpoint, but I did not get that vibe at all... they genuinely wanted to help. A very well stocked establishment with great service... My new go-to!

I bought something that was told was top soil this had rocks glass and so much other junk in it it will take me weeks to clean it out to start over trying to grow grass. Do not buy bulk top soil.

Went in looking for a couple of different things. We were immediately greeted by 1 of the cashiers. We were also asked if we needed anything and were escorted to,& helped with what we wanted. We also found a 40lb bag of birdseed at a comparable price to BJ's. All in all a very productive & memorable visit. Thank you.

Love Hardware stores in small towns! Great selection of a little everything! The family who runs it, who I know personally, do a wonderful job of setting a good example for small businesses. Customer service is great and the staff is friendly and welcoming! Worth stopping in here!. When I work on my wood projects at home, this is my go to store! Well worth the visit!

This is the best hardware store around. A real down home feel and everyone is super helpful . I always get my lumber and feed from here.

The people that work here act like I'm a nuisance. I have asked the female owner about certain plants or products over the past few years and her responses are always terse and lacking in true customer service. Now I see the good ole boys who go in there and the staff fawns all over them. Perhaps this store has adopted the "we don't need your business" mentality among certain ethnic groups. I think I won't give them anymore of my money.

What a fun place! Found me a new dryer vent slinky and did some after Christmas shopping too!! The man that helped me was patient and informative. My slinky will never be bent and overheat my dryer again!!

Good hardware store, us. Lumber and other building materials also. Crowded due to narrow aisles, but that is OK. Owner is knowledgeable and helped me out numerous times.

I had more to write but I changed it. It's overpriced more than just a mom and pop store IMO. But everyone is entitled to their own, right? My thought is if your buying in any quantity check around beforehand. $2+ each item could add up.

I bought a chicks kind of pricey. Then I ordered 4 chicks for $4.25 each. when I picked the chicks were $10 each? omg.. Why? Just because I just ordered 4 chicks not 50 chicks. lol. I'm not shipping there anymore
