My husband and I moved here from NJ this year and needed a regular vet. My sister recommended this vet to us. We have 3 cats and just got a dog in April. While we have not brought any of our cats in yet, the care and service we've received so far with our dog has been incredible. My puppy's surgery went great, and they have listened to all of my worries and concerns. My sister was there one day recently for her dog and they asked her how my dog and I were after the surgery. She told them how I was a little concerned about her because it looked like she may have popped a stitch, regardless of keeping her crated, and tight in the leash while going potty. She told them how the local vet hospital shooed me away the night before when I tried to get her care. They showed immediate concern and they even told my sister she could come pick me up with my dog and they would see her right before they closed because my husband had to take my car to work and I had no way of going there. They truly care about and love animals and want the best for them. They will do anything for your fluffy loved ones! They also accept Care Credit and will write prescriptions through Chewy so you don't have to drive there every month for whatever you need. LOVE THEM!

Our dog has some severe allergies. Dr Lyndy has been wonderful in helping us figure out what course of treatments he needs. She's very thorough and takes the time to explain her findings and our treatment options.

This Veterinarian office is personally owned by a woman who you can just tell has a passion for any kind of animal. I have been to a couple of veterinarian offices around in the surrounding areas, and I personally think that no other one can compare to this one. I was recommended by a friend to try this office out since recently i’ve been struggling financially, so i brought one of my many animals here when the time came. My cat who had severe allergies with skin irritation/open wounds was treated in no time with a couple of shots, and a prescription to take home. The previous veterinarian office I had been going to had given another cat of mine that I rescued the same antibiotic shot and only that shot was $200. Windsor Pet Hospital fully treated my cat for around the same price as other veterinarians charge for just one shot. The owner and her lovely staff cares about your animals, and they aren’t interested in just finding another way to make money. They understand that your animals are your family and they want nothing more than to help them when they need it. Not only is it affordable, everyone is extremely friendly and happy to help. Its a very clean and organized place. As soon as you walk in you’ll know you chose the right place.

i called to see if they did endoscopies on cats, they do not but the receptionist gave me a few phone numbers of other Veterinarians that may . she was very helpful , great customer service.

Had to take our pet in on a Saturday as we felt it was an emergency and our normal vet was not open. First things first, the receptionist and other workers were great. However, the vet was not. She talked down to us like we were idiots, gave us grief for being walk-ins (we literally learned about this the night before. WHEN YOU WERE CLOSED), made my wife look at info we ALREADY had looked up the night before (Didnt bother showing me, guess she thought I was too dumb to operate a tablet), and then perscribed SIX medications. We went and got a second opinion from our regular vet a few days later as a follow up and turns out we only needed ONE. Plus I'm sure they WAY overcharged us for all the exams and such. This was an extremely expensive mistake and we will NOT be returning. Don't bother with this vet.

On the 26th I had to unfortunately send my baby girl off to heaven bawling my eyes out the staff stayed by my side to help me thru this tough time. They made sure my baby girl sassie was very comfortable and helped me ease her of her pain. Thank yall for such kind service.

I have taken my babies to Lyndy for at least fifteen years. She is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate in her field. I would not take my babies anywhere else. Her staff is as equally caring and compassionate as she is. I love Windsor Pet Hospital, I highly recommend them! The prices are very reasonable, I think even cheaper than most. Excellent service!!

Awesome staff! Professional, efficient, & knowledgeable! I went on a Saturday & did not have an appt. for my rescued kitten. The staff came out & took her in right away. They explained the care provided & the treatment needed. I was sent home with meds & a treatment plan. My kitten is thriving!

I just moved to the area and my neighbor uses this vet and she recommended them. I have to say they really are awesome. We move a lot and we have been to many different vets and this is by far one of the best we have been to. The staff and the Doc take time with your fur family and not just rush it. They really seem like they really love the animals and are not there just for the money. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Took my German Shepard and she was not a happy camper. Lol. She was examined shots etc etc but it did require her to have my son help. But she is just like that, she had bad experience at another vet so I guess it carried over. All in all a good job by the doctor and her assistants. Would recommend

Everyone is so great here! Dr. Soboleski and her team are always so polite and kind and efficient! Our two cats have been very well taken care of! The prices are very reasonable. Along with regular treatment options, she also offers herbal treatments - such as one my cat has been taking for several years for a gum problem. It has kept my cat’s issue at bay this whole time! Every time I have taken one of the cats in for an issue outside of a regular check-up, Dr. Soboleski gets it right every time! I cannot say enough - this veterinary clinic is the best and I highly recommended them!!!

We have been coming for years and have always received great care for all our animals. When we had to put down our old faithful dog Jr. they were so compassionate. We've been going here for years but recently we've decided to switch to a different vet. I feel like the staff is helpful, but I never get my issue resolved in the first appointment. I always have to bring them back and pay twice as much to have the issue resolved. For the price and the time spent it's not worth it unfortunately.

We drive 45 minutes to an hour to take our three dogs to see Dr. Soboleski and staff. We wouldn't have it any other way. It gives us a peace of mind knowing our dogs are getting the best care by the best doctor and staff! Thank you so much!!

It was our first visit and it was a great experience! We have a puppy and they treated him just like they would one of there own. It was very clean our wait was not to long, and everyone was very nice and helpful. We will be going back in three weeks for our next puppy care visit!

My dog didn’t have a veterinarian (I used Neuter Scooter which I was happy with but sometimes their schedules were inconvenient for me.) This clinic is more than just a vet it is our saving grace for our fur babies. The time and dedication they take for our family is heartwarming. Moving to a new area can be scary all by itself, however being able to find an establishment that is willing to tend to your family as you belong to theirs is a pure blessing.

I travel from York County for Dr. Soboleski. You can not beat the price or service. My appointment times have always been met, and I leave confident with a care plan for my animals each time. She welcomed my dog in within minutes of an unexpected emergency and her team was very efficient and professional considering the situation. My dog must know she saved his life. He loves walking through their doors, as do I.

I want to like Windsor Pet Hospital so much more than I do. Like the other reviews say, they're way over priced. To the point where I actually resorted to buying my dog's allergy medicines online for over half the price. The staff is nice and all, but they've said some things that made it sound like we were to blame in situations. In addition to this, my dog is very reactive to just about everything. She acts like she has absolutely no training when she's around new people, literally flipping in the air and pulling us to the point where she comes away hacking and gasping for air. The staff practically encouraged this by interacting with her while she was overreacting. I suppose this wouldn't be something big for the owner of a smaller dog, but I have a 95 pound Pit mix. The staff is nice, but perhaps they need more training on how to react to overly reactive dogs? Either way... I've since switched to Ivor Veterinary Clinic, and I would absolutely recommend them instead of Windsor Pet Hospital, even if it is a little more out of your way.

Dr. Lyndy and staff (as always) were very caring and professional when dealing with our sick cat. They seemed to be very busy, but still able to gracefully handle the outside pick-up and return of our pet even in the rain. Everyone in the office needs a big "pat on the back" for stepping up and keeping our pets healthy during this pandemic. THANKS To all!
