This pharmacy is the absolute worst. It takes 24-48hrs to fill electronic prescription. When I asked the clerk she told me it was because there were a bunch of people coming from Smithfield and they wouldn't pay their staff for the OT.

I tried to use one of your coupons that I got with my receipt the last time I shopped at CVS/ The coupon was for $4 off a purchase of $14 or more first aid items. I tried to purchase 2 Bleed Stop products, one a name brand and one a CVS brand. I was told that my purchased didn't qualify because it wasn't "First Aid" items!!! I'm not a Doctor but every first aid class I've taken STOP THE BLEEDING was one of the first items on the list!!! So, CVS is more convenient for me but I think I'll be checking out Walgreens. I'm pretty sure they understand what first aid is and would have honored the store issued coupon.

This pharmacy just went down hill since turning to CVS. The pharmacist, the dark head white women is nasty.. does not have any compassion.. they make mistakes and don’t care. If it wasn’t for Mrs Johnson I would not ever come back in here.

Horrible store!! Always people working no one wanting to help at the registers! Always have to wait 10 to 20mins or more to get scripts!! It‘s worse then the DMV!!

Since Covid, like just about everywhere else, it's not the best. Refills require a ridiculous wait time. They don't stay stocked and the people who work in the pharmacy aren't as friendly. Prepare to wait. Actually, I'm amazed it's still open in Windsor.

This is the only CVS in the quiet town of Windsor, Virginia. The pharmacy is run well and it offers the Covid 19 vaccine by appointment only. The staff is "down home" courteous and professional.
