Large variety of items, organized so it is very easy to find sections that might have what you are looking for. Dogs welcome. Uncrowded. You can maneuver a shipping cart without worry. Friendly staff.The "petikins" are very cute and a little creepy.Definitely going into my thrift store regular rotation.It is a little trick to find, all of the way back behind the shelter in another building. Another thrift store that is very worth visiting is nearby, across the main road.

This is the nicest, most well organized thirft stores I have ever been in. All of the clothing items are correctly marked with sizes. The clothing items are of good quality. The men's pants and shirts are around $6 to $8.

Used to be my favorite place to hunt, but the remodel is extremely off putting. Feels like the inventory is not as vast in all departments. Not to mention the terrifying animal mannequins. I'm glad they're still supporting the shelter, love that cause but I'm never going to be able to walk in there again, mostly due the nightmare fuel. Don't take your kids if they're sensitive to that kind of stuff. So sorry to no longer go.

Yeah like I saw in another review if your Hispanic….seems like you are not welcomed. They will welcome everyone else. they will give you the ugliest looks while your shopping. Teach the workers to be more welcoming to others or find new ones cause the ones yall have now ain’t it! DO BETTER!

Total make-over of interior! Organized and well lit. Nice assortment of Clothing which is sorted by color and size! Prices average for the area. The mannequins are a little disturbing :(

So sad to see how they renovated the thrift store while the spca itself is over crowded and and could use a complete overhaul. The animals are not your #1 priority if the money doesn't go to them first. An automatic hand washer really? Why in the world would that be a logical expense, a coffee bar? Just major mismanagement of funds ment for the animals.

This store is great. The money goes to help there shelter. Right next door. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The prices are cheap and we really like where the money goes. They are closed Monday. The rest of the week they are open till 6pm. I picked this up for one of our Grandpuppies.

Don’t go there if you are Hispanic, they will eye you the whole time as if you are shoplifting. We walked in and no one greeted us but the next person was. Thanks Wanda for a horrible experience. Do better next time it’s 2022!!

What a great experience. Donations taken on oneside if the building. Entrance to the shop on the other.The ladies were helpful and pointed out things we didn't see when just browsing. My husband found a book, I found a picture frame. The shop was well laid out. Clothing and goods are used but in excellent shape. Stop by and support this worthy cause.

This thrift store used to be my absolute favorite thrift shop in town and I would go about once a week. They used to run amazing sales, and their regular prices were one of the best in town. Unfortunately, it is now under new management and prices are equal to, if not higher than goodwill and Hospice Thrift shop. I no longer shop here and am disappointed in the changes.

At the previous location, I would shop and find amazing items and deals every week. Specifically, books and toys. The sales were amazing and prices were unbeatable. The new location from what I've heard is under new management. I do not see any familiar faces from the old location. Items appear to be priced based on name brand now which really takes the fun out of thrift shopping. (A "temptations" brand dish for $25!) I have seen employees search items on Amazon at the register that were donated which I am only assuming to see what they are retail. Being that these items are 100% free/donated, I don't understand the high prices for things. People don't thrift shop to pay retail or just under retail. My son wanted to buy a small plush toy that was $1. The lady rung it up as 99 cents and was reprimanded by another worker in front of us...over a penny.The new location is definitely bigger, but the quality of items on the sales floor is nothing like what my family used to find at the other store. Clothing racks are everywhere. There is no flow of the store. Just a big mess. Not sure what happened. But I am sad to see the old store gone with this one taking its place.

This store has a color tag sale every month. When I was there, I saw one of the employees purposely pulling all of the clearance items for that color tag off the racks and taking them to the back so customers were left to pay for the higher priced items. Im sure once the color sale was over the clothes would be brought back out once no longer on sale. There were only very few clearance items left once she finished taking them to the back. Not a good look especially when there's potential for purchase and more money for the animals.

This place used to be a great place to go to have your money go to something great and get a bargain. I went into the store today and there were tiny puppy toys in a bin marked .25 which is what I have been paying for these tiny toys since I started coming 18 months ago. I go up to the counter and was going to buy the container of about 60-70 toys and the lady at the counter said meanly you know the container doesnt come with these. And she told the lady ringing them up they were marked wrong and are $1 each not .25 as stated on the container. I told her I don't mind paying a litter more but I'm not paying 4 times the regular amount, the lady huffed as she put the toys back in the container. The lady at the register apologized for the other lady being rude and nasty and told me to talk to the owner. I gave 2 stars because the lady at the register was super sweet.

I love this thrift store, and it's new location! Every time I go, I find a treasure to bring home. The ladies that work there are very friendly. Best of all are their prices- they beat out all the other thrift stores in the area hands down.

Best thrift store in town! I am very surprised to see anyone complain about the pricing. I’ve found some of my favorite clothes and jewelry here. And the prices are great.

After shopping at all the thrift stores in Winchester I must say SPCA thrift store was the absolute best! Friendly staff, great prices and a good selection and variety of things.Next time I'm thrift store shopping I will skip all the other thrift stores with nearly retail prices and go to SPCA Thrift store

Christmas sale going on. Staff is friendly and helpful. You will surely find a treasure there. The thrift shop supports a good cause...animal care and adoption for them

1st time I had been there was today. There's a sign on the door that reads, By appointment only. But if you bang on the door someone will open it to let you in. If you're in the area it's definitely worth the stop, and the money goes to good use..

Smaller selection of clothes. Clothes are priced moderately, not very inexpensive. Good selection of home items and some furniture. Well organized but could have better pricing.
