I cant say enough about Mrs. Georgia from the fitting room! She went above and beyond with me and my children. Our son is special needs and she spent time with him talking, playing and making friends with him. She is definitely one of a kind and I adore her so much just from one encounter. You have a wonderful associate there, hold on to her!!!

Typical Walmart, but this one does seem to have less inventory and sell out of things faster than all the other local Walmarts. Also, when leaving, the dreaded receipt check, is drug out by some associates, which doesn't make much sense when there is an attendant at the self checkout that also verifies you check out. I totally understand that Walmart wants to minimize theft, but their protocols seem invasive and makes many people not want to shop in store.

I was in the store real quick and out. It was at night. The store was clean and organized nicely. I found everything that I was looking 4 quickly. I will be going back to this Walmart. The staff appeared to be more friendly than Timberville. Idislile that Walmart with a passion.

Christine in customer service in 1/19/24 at about 1:00-1:30. She was very rude and did not know how to add money to a card which was a very simple task. Definitely will not come back. And Evan was the manager on duty who aparently was on lunch and couldn’t help with the situation.

Got everything I needed. We went to get food from the deli for dinner, and they didn't have what we wanted, so they dropped it for us. Very nice deli people.

Very clean and very well stocked. But a few of the staff need some retraining. One was curt and short with me when I asked for help interrupting her time on her phone. Two young girls at self checkout took turns talking personal matters to each other and any young employee who walked by. When I had my hands full and needed another cart 30 feet away, I asked the 2 of them if they would get the cart for me. They looked at me like I had 2 heads and didn't move nor speak.

So the pharmacy only gave us four Insulin pens for $90, though that's not a month's supply, and that's triple what the Federal Maximum is for a month - $30.00. It's not how our doctor wrote the prescription, either. Pharmacist lied and said the insurance said it was ok - they didn't; that there are 300 mLs per Pen - it's 100 UNITS; and there's no mention of any '300' on the Pen, either. AND, our insurance said no pharmacy is allowed to split the box of 5 pens - but they've done that several times to mine already. NEVER using this pharmacy again; and reporting them to Virginia's Board of Pharmacy; to our bank for fraud; and probably the Better Business Bureau. The store itself hassled us over a manufacturer coupon, too, so this is the last straw. If their goal was to chase paying customers away, they sure accomplished that tonight!

Let me preface this review by saying, I hate Walmart. I have hated Walmart for YEARS. Every time my husband wants to go there, I reiterate those 3 words as we enter the parking lot - in case he has forgotten. I will go 5 miles out of my way and pay more, just to avoid having to enter Walmart.Normally, when Google asks me to review Walmart, I think, “Why??? Everyone knows what Walmart is like!” No one goes there for the customer service, you go because it’s cheap and convenient. Which is how I ended up at Walmart, and no one had to force me. And I returned! Three more times!!! Which is why I DO need to leave a review.Unlike years past, I was able to find employees AND they helped me!! 😳. IKR! It used to be if you were lucky enough to run across someone who worked there, their response would be either “I don’t work in this department…” or “if it’s not in that aisle, we don’t have it”. Having the app has also been helpful to locate items. I’ve since visited the Walmart on Walmart Dr (Rt 50) and have the same good things to say about them … they have employees AND generally, they’re helpful! I even had 1 employee check the stock on her device! 😳Without me having to ask if she could!!! 😳😳I also used to feel like I needed a shower after leaving Walmart, it was always so nasty & dirty. God forbid I needed to take my toddler to the restroom 🤢 - but both stores I visited are much cleaner than they used to be as well. The “toddlers” are well past toddling at this point, but the restroom wasn’t *gross* … and they used to ALWAYS be.Still 1 star demotion, just for being Walmart … shelves aren’t tidy, items can be messy & hard to find because they’re not in the correct spot, there’s still room for improvement - but the turn around in customer service and clean up that they’ve done in a few years will likely have me stopping more often and today earns them a solid 4 stars.

Checkout was MUCH faster than the Front Royal location. Nice organization and selection of products. We didn't have any issues finding what we needed. Might end up becoming the regular spot for our Walmart trips.

This Walmart is one of the better stores in this area. It's pretty much stocked. Not over crowded with pallets and pretty clean

No point driving across a double bridges because you don't save money at Walmart anymore. And help the shelves are empty and they remove anything that tastes decent and replace it with great value brand

Overall it's been okay just for people getting cash back at self checkout watch for the people around you customers have sticky fingers your lose your cash it's not Walmart fault

Picked up an order today. They have vastly improved the pickup area by moving it to the other side of the store and adding extra spots to avoid the congestion of the old location. Highly recommend this service for this location. Employees were efficient and polite.

To Faith the leader in the front of the store you were so rude and disrespectful, I can not imagine the store would want you to be a leader of anything with the way you are with customers. I asked her multiple times to leave if she couldn't help us and she stayed there running hear mouth like she was being smart even the customers around us told her to just leave and stop being childish.. walmart needs to do better

Went and purchased a boost mobile phone & , card . before I left electronics I first tried to activate the phone . Alert came across phone stating “ please return to store you purchased and have the phone unlocked. Well good thing I never left . Young man that sold the phone was no where to be found , I had to go looking for him , found him hanging in stationary with a girl just chilling. Told him the situation and he replied “ uh yeah I don’t know” you need to take it elsewhere. No one here can do anything. I ask for a manager because how can you sell these phones that’s advertising “ “In store activation” but NO associate had no clue how to unlock & activate the phone? The associate in electronics wasn’t helpful and didn’t attempt a care to further assist in the situation. His vibe was more as we was a bothersome. So I took it into my own hands to search for someone who cared about customer service satisfaction. Further my search, and focused on details. I was floored at the employees that was standing around, staring at their phones, no eye contact, not sure if they new what their position as an employee for Walmart was. Walmart seems to be running a daycare then business The amount of incompetence and sloth like actions with their employees. Walmart you should be embarrassed. If you have people in electronics then train them for the job . Or don’t sell merchandise in your store that you can’t handle the simple problem solving skills. The final verdict was a guy that I’m assuming given the floor manager title showed up and again lack of knowledge. So after over a hour of wasting time . I decided that if they can’t fix a simple issue on a product they sell and advise me to take to a location that is skilled in that issue. Well I returned the phone right then and there and the boost card . And will go to Best Buy and give them the 200.00 for a smoother sale. Educate your employees on the department they are working in , take down the in store activation with purchase of your phones because that’s false. And hire more knowledgeable people or better yet train them with attention to detail and top notch customer service skills. You have a bunch of zombie like bodies doings bare minimum , staring at their phones, pulling their AirPods out to pretend to hear a thing I said. As not knowing their left from right and only responses they know to say is “ ummm , I don’t know . But least they returned the phone and open card with any further disappointment . I give them that.

You guys need to do something about those self check out ladies! I’m not even halfway through scanning my groceries, and this one lady in particular always hovers over my shoulder, telling me to scan things that I haven’t even got to yet! It’s just ridiculous! And it’s almost every time I go there! She’s older with the short red hair. There’s others too but she really aggravates people that are checking themselves out. It’s not just me. Other than that, the other employees seem pretty nice and welcoming. I really like this Walmart. I’m just tired of being harassed at self checkout. It’s tiring enough having to scan and bag your own groceries after spending an hour or so there shopping. NOT EVERYONE THERE IS TRYING TO STEAL THINGS!!!!

First time here. Trying to get in and out of the place was a mess. Truck entrance send to be the right way to go. The entrance that I used was actually burger king. There must have been a recent rearranging if things because people kept talking about things being moved around. Nice and clean.

The only one tiny issue is busyness on the weekend it's slightly busy other wise its a calm and slow buisness walmart which I love.Oh but please bring the walmart brand bagels here. I don't like the Walmart off pleasant valley.

The layout of the store makes no sense. It’s difficult to find anything. There’s too many varying products, and not enough variety of each kind of product (I.e: they’ll carry the most random and useless items, but then also only carry a few flavours of potato chips)

Excellent Walmart. Consistent with other Walmarts in the Mid Atlantic region. If you go from one Walmart to another as I do hunting newly released action figures, you get to see a lot of the same thing, which I think is a good thing. This Walmart definitely needs to restock and replenish their toy section more regularly.

It's the usual Walmart store. Good layout. Employee acting as if ringing up my order was an inconvenience. Really? Store was pretty tidy considering it was Black Friday. So kudos to those folks. Loved the Christmas music playing. Nice selection of Christmas stuff in the garden center and front of the store.
