This review used to be a 5 star 😡. I went in to get some items for my farm and the girl at the register took 5 minutes to even look up from her phone, the bathrooms smelled like manure, and there was rat feces on my feed as well as holes from them chewing it up. I ended up putting my stuff back and leaving. Awful store.

This tractor supply in in a strip mall, but don't let that fool you.This tractor supply is well stocked and clean, professionally staffed. Quick to open a register even though only 3 of us in line.If I were local I would be here a lot.

I usually love this store but I went in to return something that I didn’t need and threw away my receipt- I knew I would get store credit. Long story short I was assisted by an older lady whose name I can’t remember, she was the rudest women I have ever encountered. She kept saying smart comments and embarrassing me in front of other people. I will no longer go to this store because of the horrible service this lady delivered. I also offered to give her the card I paid with but no I was just trying to “scam” her. Very unprofessional and unfriendly.**Just checked my receipt, her name is Judy. 😊

Had a great time looking around at this store on Saturday. One sales lady was very knowledgeable and answered are questions about the baby chicks. Very nice merchandise. Bought some rain boots a couple weeks ago and a solar barn light Saturday. Every time I go there is something new!

Very friendly and helpful staff; I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Sometimes they have live chicks and ducklings and overall a good place to shop with lots of variety. The one item they didn't have was because they didn't carry the brand, but the employee informed me where to find it.

One of my favorite stores. Super friendly people. Most everything priced fairly. Truly the best place to buy flashlights and batteries. Chainsaw bar lube is an absolute bargain. Specialty hardware...tractor accessories and more.

We typically stop by TSC once a week to pick up various items for the farm, staff are typically helpful and courteous...Update:Stopped by to grab a new hitch for a camper I was on my way to pick up. Unfortunately they didn't have the right combination hitch and ball and thought I was going to have to buy $40 in tools to assemble the right combination, but and older gentleman asked if I needed help and I explained what was going on and he went out of his way to help me get it assembled without having to buy an extra $40 in tools! This is what customer service is about! I wish I could remember his name, I do know he's probably one of the oldest guys that works there, but was a huge help and really made my day!Update 5/10/2022Still great service Courtney was the last person to help us find what we were looking for with great customer service.

Bought chicks from this location. The birds were listed as different breeds than they actually were. The employees know nothing about these chickens or the animals.

I hate to rate an entire store based on a single employee, but I cant imagine I am the only one experiencing this. It has also been a repeat issue. I go to Tractor supply to pick up farm supplies, see whats new, etc. But at check out nearly every time the employee named Judy initiates out of the blue and starts talking political or race issues with me or my family. First time it was with my father in law, every other time with me or my family. Its just entirely inappropriate to be complaining about democrats or talking race issues to your paying customers. I don't go there for her opinion on sensitive political or racial issues, I go there for the great customer service. If my future experiences with this employee are different I will change this rating. If not, ill go back to Southern States. But right now I cringe going through checkout because im going to get an earful from this employee when all I want is a greeting, to be checked out, and a have a great day. I hear politics every where else, I shouldn't hear them from Judy at Tractor Supply.

Staff at the Tractor Supply in Winchester were more than helpful!! They helped me with picking the right tire for the best deal. I was more than pleased with my experience.Oh yeah, about the tire....I had a blowout on 81N so this was the "livelihood saver". I ended up changing both tires and floated all the way home [9 hour drive]

Needed a special size gate for our driveway. They have what I need. Tools, farming equipment, animal feed, and more !!!! Good prices. Very helpful staff. Also very knowledgeable about their products.It's not just a farm store either. They carry clothing, boots, gloves, and more. Check out TSC, for yourself not me. After having the belts on my stand up Zero turn mower break I called around a few places to see if anybody had the model belt I need , the only Person I spoke to that day that seemed to actually care about my situation and was knowledgeable in the subject was a young Man named Andrew. After searching to see if they had the belt for my mower He told me that they didn't have my specific model but that if I broght the belts in he would try to help me find something that would fit, Which is exactly what happened. Andrew's disposition and carrying attitude and knowledge Is one of the best customer service experiences I've had in my 36 years on this Earth. Winchester and Lowe's are closer to my house but I will definitely be making trips to tractor supply from now on instead.

So happy with this location. I come in there with questions and always get answers. Including telling what I DON'T need. They are always supportive and friendly for all my projects. The gentleman who is always there after 7pm (when I come in) who is in charge of the yard is absolutely the man. I wish I could remember his name.

I don't need to tell you tractor supply is a great resource. If it's broken chances are what you need to fix it can be found there.I don't get to this tractor supply very often but it's a great location. They have a large selection of hardware and better metal stock then most locations around here.They also have some great friendly staff and a manager who likes to keep the closeout racks filled with interesting stuff.

My new favorite hardware store, hydraulic rams and stuff you cant find over at home Depot / Lowes but watch the prices. Sales aren't bad but generally speaking not really cheaper than other places in town.Cool gear & friendly staff.

Tractor Supply Center is my store !!! I love the 4 Health brand of dog foods that they have for my daughters dogs, and also the variety of clothing, boots & shoes. And for the men, they have a wide variety of parts n things to fix stuff & also news things as well... My favorite place <3

Warrning they sell little chicks and ducks and my wife went bonkers over them. They are very cute. The store is very clean the staff is very friendly. I would go back. But I may not bring my wife. I dont want to break her heart by not buying a duck.We have no where to keep the duck. Sorry daffy.

This is a comment about tractor supply co deliveries, rather than service in the store, which has always been fine, and occasionally very helpful. TSC uses a delivery company, whose local operation is terrible (XPO Logistics). I was given an 8 hour window for a delivery time, which was confirmed the night before. After changing plans and waiting around all day (and after dismantling from the run the coop I purchased was to replace), I called to see where the shipment was. I was told that they wouldn’t be able to get to it today. The delivery company said that the have had a number of drivers quit on them recently and that they were busy. I understand things happen — but they could at least have had the courtesy to call, rather than having me cancel plans and wait around for a day. They promised delivery first thing the next morning. Next day, the 8:30 delivery time did not materialize. I called again. They gave me a third time. Again, no show. I called Tractor Supply and they took off the “shipping fee” ($50), and got a fourth ETA for the shipment, but Tractor Supply simply blamed the shipper and said that there was nothing else that they could do. I do think my time for a day and a half is worth more than $50. I pointed out to the Tractor Supply “customer service” agent that they choose the shipper ... not me....and that they should stand by their shipping arrangements that their company makes, rather than simply wash their hands of it, or say that it is essentially my problem. But the response was essentially a verbal. shrug - “sorry, there is nothing else I can do”. I would NOT order anything from TSC that requires a delivery. Not only terrible delivery services contracted by TSC but also terrible customer service in trying to resolve the issue. After a cumulative day and a half of multiple, rolling delivery windows; three promised delivery times that were not met, the item has still not yet been delivered. Fingers crossed that the fourth time is the charm, but even if no further issues, I would not use again. Thankfully, there are other stores or other on line options to choose from. Much as I hate to do all of my shopping through Amazon, they have delivered what I’ve ordered — when they say they are going to deliver it. That has not been my experience with TSC.
