The whole staff does their best to get us in asap because they know we call when something serious is going on. Plaza Pet Clinic is very detail oriented. They have great staff . This includes front desk staff, Vet technicians, and Veterinarians. They provide a high level of care for our dog.Their follow up is incredible. We could not be more happy!

This was our first visit and we were very impressed with everyone we met and how patient and gentle they were with our timid dog. Dr. Kristen was very knowledgeable about every topic we asked about. McKenzie, the vet tech was very helpful with all of our questions and gave us a lot of good information about our dog’s health and the practice’s approach to pet care. Sylvia at the front desk helped us navigate the paperwork and future appointments and she was a genuinely kind and pleasant person. We will be returning to this clinic for future pet care.

I went yesterday for a sick visit, the staff was so kind and caring; when i set up my visit, while i was at the appointment, and this morning! They took such good care of my cat and explained everything to me there and told me the next steps of what they did wasn’t a permanent fix. They called me this morning to check on how my cat was doing. I found my furever vet.

We ended up at Plaza Pet Clinic because our current vet was not available. I was amazed and happily surprised with their staff and Doctor. They were all so caring and accommodating. The made taking my 154 lb. dog so much easier then normal.I am happy to say that we will now be a permanent client. I wish I would’ve found them sooner.

Plaza Pet Clinic has been excellent for our 15 y/o cat, Mama. The vet techs and everyone at the front desk are so kind, quick, and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better with Dr. Cohen — she is thorough and gentle with Mama, ensuring she can live as long and as pain-free as possible. Dr. Cohen’s expertise is clear in all she does — from surgeries to general visits — and she communicates concisely as to not add confusion to stressful medical situations. Have been very happy with the continued support and care Plaza Pet Clinic has given to our sweet Mama!

I switched from another vet practice to Plaza Street. I have a sister in law that uses them & really likes them. So far I've taken 2 of my four kitties there. Love Dr. Wallen. She's down to earth, knows her cats & is very patient when you ask questions. The front desk personnel are congenial & caring & helped me take my kitty out to the car as I have health issues. I know it's hard working in the front desk area with the amount of people that come there. I commend them. Very happy.

My kitty Barret had his nails clipped. The staff seem to love animals and take care of them. Barret gets all his shots at PlazaPet. I would recommend to my friends to take their pet to Plaza Pet Clinic.

I love Plaza Vet and cannot recommend them enough. It’s hard to find a good vet that is able to give your pets the attention that they need. I had been going to Banfield for several years prior, but the customer service and attention to detail was never the same after COVID. The biggest reason I made the switch to Plaza Vet (other than the positive online reviews) was because they allow you to go with your pet to the appointment and not have to drop them off to be left in a crate for an unknown period of time. I had to make a change and I am beyond happy with the service and treatment that I’ve gotten for my Dalmatian puppy and my two tabby cats at Plaza Vet. My pets and myself actually enjoy going to the vet now! The staff is amazing and so welcoming. They are hard workers and the most caring group of people you can ask for.

We love Plaza Pet Clinic! We’ve been to a few other vets in the local area and Plaza Pet is by far the best. First, they always answer the phone, it is not difficult to reach them ever. Second, they usually have appointments available within the next week or so, there’s never a long wait. If it’s an emergency or your pet needs to be seen sooner, they will fit you in. And third, they’re so great with my little dog. They’re caring, always friendly, and know what they’re doing! Their prices are also fair and you don’t usually wait very long to be seen at your appointment. My little dog is always so excited to see the staff! We look forward to using Plaza Pet for years to come. 5/5 Stars!

We’ve been taking my fur baby here for 2 years now since he was 11 weeks and I can’t thank them enough for all the help dedication and support they have given my fur baby and my family. Dr. Wallner was our vet for the day and she was awesome. Thank you to the staff as well for guiding me and answering all of my questions! My rottie was not happy but Dr. Wallner and her staff were very patient and got the job done.Also,Going to the vet can be pricey thankfully you can ask and receive an estimate with no problem, a plus for me

Had a sick cat all weekend, called first thing Monday morning and they got him in that day. Spent over an hour and a half, x- rays checking his vitals, sent me home with all necessary meds and a follow-up visit. By 8:00 pm complete turn around, he's doing great. These doctors are great!!!! Went above and beyond.

Staff and doctors are friendly and helpful. They treat your pets gently and respectfully. The doctors take them time, explain things, and give clear directions for medications. I’m happy to have found them and highly recommend them.

I just moved to Winchester recently and started taking my senior dog to Plaza Pet Clinic. Dr DeRosa has been very thorough in checking out my senior dog with liver and kidney problems and at the same time, very thoughtful of my financial position as a senior myself. Staff is also great. Called pet plaza veterinary for our dog Sassy. She was promptly seen and tested for issue by several of the doctors and staff. Meds subscribed and a follow up call the next day. We are awaiting a test they sent off but we were advised on what to watch for and to call immediately if things change. Could not ask for a better place as they really take care of my dog and care.

We absolutely love Dr. DeRosa and Dr. Longhoffer. They have cared for my babies for the past several years. Recently, my dog was diagnosed with ITP and Dr. DeRosa has provided the best care with the best bedside manner as well. We can not thank them enough!!!!

Logan, Sylvia and Dr.Cohen were incredible. I had a problem and needed time sensitive service, and my puppy was in training an hour and a half away from me. They helped me navigate the process swiftly, get the international test and certificate needed promptly in time for our travel. I am eternally grateful!

Plaza Pet Clinic is amazing! My fur baby Biscuit is a very stressful dog when he goes to the vet. They were understanding and accommodating with him and completely took care of him. The vet techs to include the veterinarian were so great with him! The staff is also amazing! Recommend going to this clinic, they really are great team!

Hands down the best place i have ever taken my animals.. my richard rifus was so sick and it happened so fast i was scared i was going to lose him when i called they squeezed me in even though they were booked … the vet i had she was absolutely amazing she did everything she could for my cat explaining everything she needed to and what might end up happening.. they are also quick to answer your call if you had any questions or concerns and if they don’t answer just leave a voicemail they will always call you back ! I will forever be thankful for the amount of care and love they have given richard because without their help i dont think he would have made it..

Fantastic experience with Plaza Pet! We were visiting family from out of state and our yellow lab developed a hot spot below his elbow. They got us into the office in less than 24 hours and got our big boy on the road to recovery! Super nice people, loved the veterinarian, reasonably priced, just an overall outstanding experience!

Overall I was satisfied with the care they gave my cat. I was quoted a price for neutering my cat. When I went to pay I realized that the care for his hurt paw was not included in the quoted price. And the chip was $80. After $700 I had my Kitty and going home. He got all his shots and I got him chipped so if he is found he will come back to me. I would recommend them if you have the money to pay for service.

Super nice people!!! I was so upset because our dog Kirby was in pain and the lady at the front desk was so understanding and talked with me to get me calm down! The vet was helpful and gave us options! Highly recommend this vet!!

Was a great 1st visit with my puppy. The entire staff was very nice, helpful and professional. My puppy was friendly with the staff and took his shots like a pro. I attribute that to how calm Dr. Taschner, and her assistant were. We will be back.
