I have had my dog groomed there for years, even when I moved an 1 1/2 hours away. They are very professional, kind, and caring for both the animal and the owner. They knew my beautiful dog her health problems and cared for her as I would. I can recommend them to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, kind, and professional grooming for their beloved pet. Thank you for caring so much.

Was very happy with grooming tails, I know they're busy but have been a customer for a year now. Don't take my dog regularly as he's a boxer and doesn't need much, every time I call no one answers. Which I understand as they're busy but this most recent time they haven't returned my call after leaving two voicemails. Do a great job with grooming but customer service is the reason for 3 stars

My puppy is TERRIFIED of bath time, but the staff worked well with him. He's never looked or smelled better. His coat was so shiny. Salon looked very clean from what I saw, and all of the staff seemed extremely nice! We will definitely be back!

Outstanding! The staff are always friendly and helpful. And they do good work. Maybe a little pricey, but, hey, your pet looks wonderful when they're done.

Lexi has always been so accommodating to our crazy schedule and treats our pups like her own. I am a crazy dog mom and don’t trust people often but with her it’s without a doubt. I am so glad I found this place and will forever recommend it to others.

I had a great experience with Groomingtails Salon yesterday! My Miniature Schnauzer is a rescue dog that is nervous in new situations. The previous groomer we tried got him so worked up he was throwing up and having diarrhea afterwards. But it was like night & day with Groomingtails, they took such good care of my guy, and he had no problems at all after! He was so energetic, like he knew he looked good and wasn't traumatized. They have open air pens, and use handheld dryers, so I think that made all the difference. I'm so happy with his haircut, they really listened to how I wanted it done. I will definitely be a regular customer!

Great experience! Dana did an awesome job in grooming our golden doodle, Finn! Everyone was friendly and showed interest in the well being of our pup. So glad we found this groomer!! Will definitely be back again😊

Had a very positive first experience. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Groomer was very gentle and accommodating to my elderly dog who has arthritis among many other health issues. She was finished within a very reasonable amount of time. Will definitely return!

This place is amazing. My mom took her dog here for a few months and they were very accommodating to his needs. He was an elderly dog with bad arthritis so he wasn’t able to stand for long periods of time. Erin was so sweet to him and always tried her best to make him beautiful, even if he was a little difficult. Recently he passed away and my mom had to cancel his future appointments. Erin and her staff were so sympathetic and sweet to my grieving mother. I will always recommend them to everyone!

Loved the care they took toward both of my dogs. Especially for my large Golden who has bad hips and can't do a table anymore so they worked with him on the floor. They were very loving, and professional with both of my babies.

Anna did a great job grooming our boy.It was his first visit, she gave him the cut I asked for. He looked very handsome. And I was pleased at how calm he was when I picked him up.

The store owner and staff are incredible and amazing. Erin the owner and groomer does such a fantastic job with my two giant 🐩 poodles, OMG... They look and smell fabulous after visiting with Erin and her staff. If you own dogs, you just won't find a better place anywhere in the Winchester area!

Cuts are perfect, care for our girl is outstanding...but have had 2 issues with interpreting what I wanted for the cut. When questioned about the mistakes in design, the groom apologized qnd/or fixed the issue. Not questioning the professional ability of the groomers or the care given to my pup...just hoping this next time, we can get on the same page for design. **not inexpensive, which made the last two visits that weren't what was asked for, a big pill to swallow. Was never offered any restitution or discount for the next visit... we will see****

We just picked up our “fearful dog” from her first visit at groomingtails, for a long overdue haircut. I have been so afraid to bring her anywhere because she has such a fear of people in general. I knew I had to do it, because her hair was getting so long and it must be uncomfortable in this August heat. They were so caring and gentle with Sora, and let her get acclimated before they did anything. They let her get to know the groomers, and just get comfortable being there first. We already have her 2nd appointment scheduled. I am a very over-protective mama, and I would trust Groomingtails Salon with my furbabies.

Maya was so nervous about nail clipping because someone (no names) cut her quicks so bad! But Erin and her staff at Grooming Tails got the job done without hurting her!!
