FD Drivers: There is a dock. (if facing the front of the Plaza it's on the right end behind the plaza) Turn on Fort Collier Rd, turn into the first entrance to the parking lot plaza go to the end (not into the CVS lot) and enter the back of the Plaza that way. Its a bit narrow but enough space for trucks. Go out of the entrance as though you're going to leave and behind you, you'll see a gate, you're going to back up toward that. In the morning they'll have to open it and take out cardboard and trash then you can back straight up to the dock.One thing to keep in mind and be wary of is that when you pull straight up back into the street to back up to the dock you cannot see around the trees or fence to your left to see whether or not there are cars coming.

There is a cashier that works there her name is Tina she is not nice and she will tell u to shut up she is never nice with me or mother that comes in there she needs to go. Cause she is not good with people..

Always have great seasonal decor, great cards for every occasion...candy and snacks are a good price plus medicine like ibuprofen...allergy meds...great place to pick up something quick and I don't want To go to Walmart!

The store is crowded with boxes everywhere that need to be moved in order to see items on shelves. Items on the clearance shelf in the front were still full price, and only placed there because they were discontinued which is confusing for a customer and with two employees working there, there was still no one available at the front for a couple of minutes when I attempted to ask about a "clearance" item. There was a mop and bucket filled with dirty water that was left unattended in an isle with no wet floor sign which is a huge safety hazard, especially for curious children who are often wandering away from their parents (ie: drowning, poison) and not to mention how dark the outside of the store is, with nothing but one light that poorly lights up the enter/exit doors, making most of the front and side of the building completely dark and zero working parking lot lights. Completely unsafe for any customer or passerby. While shopping there was a gentleman who came in to return an item, and stated his reason in a simple, matter of fact way only to be berated by the employee he was dealing with as she told him the other customers deal with it and then proceeded to get a second employee's help in returning the item and directed employee #2 to return the item in whatever way she needed to avoid having to explain "the ridiculous reason", and continued to speak negatively about the customer in his presence and then raised her voice and had an attitude with him because she didn't like the way he looked at her. He still never raised his voice or became rude to either of them. Idk what look he gave but I know if I had been spoken to like that by even one, much less 2 employee's and disrespected the way they disrespected him, I'd have more than a nasty look to give. And lastly, there was no announcement that the store was closing at 10pm (15, 10 or 5min warning), and although I knew I had 5 minutes I made my way to the front and while glancing at hair ties for my baby, the short employee with short blond hair and built like a stick, yelled loudly at me as if I'm deaf stating I had 5 minutes and was incredibly rude!!! If employee's are either too lazy or forgetful to give a courtesy warning announcement regarding store closing times, I don't feel they have any right to yell, or embarass any customer for any reason because they're not at check out by 9:55pm. The prices are not good enough for me to continue to go back to this store to be treated so poorly especially when its customers like ME who ensure these nasty employees receive a paycheck!!!

I shouldn't even give it 1 star. I have NEVER received such horrific customer service as i did in this place. I only got 3 items and stood in line behind a woman with 1 item. We stood and waited for a worker who continued to fix the candy for several minutes. Then proceded to walk a cart outside. She then walked past us and STILL didn't acknowledge our presence as she yelled for "Charlie"to "come wait on customers"!!! I will NOT go back ever. So very disappointed !!

My fiance and I are struggling with getting work right now due to both of us losing our identification. However we frequent the family dollar on Berryville Ave. Today the lady ( if she deserves that name) was very rude when we tried to pay with change. The bill was $5 and change and all but $1was in quarters. First... everyone knows that coins spend the same as dollar bills, whether they are rolled up or not is completely irrelevant!.. second.... I thought we were supposed to be experiencing a coin shortage. In my veiw this is discrimination and she should be reprimanded or replaced

This store is really convenient and usually has a wide variety of random things. However it does always look grungy or dirty, not nearly as nice as the brand new one on the other side of old town.

The store is very small and overcrowded with merchandise. Walking through the aisles with a shopping cart is hard but in a wheelchair its impossible! The store is always dirty and the customer service is very poor.
