Costco is like an addiction. We have to go every weekend or every other. I like Costco they have mostly what I want, and I have gotten many things here that I would not have gotten somewhere else. I like the cost points for most items and I usually buy most meats they have. They have a large selection of many different items. I like Costco they have many things we do not need.

Staff are very helpful!!! And the lines were quick! What more can I ask?? Well I also got my favorite protein powder on sale this month with 10 oz. More and a dollar less than the best online price!

Great prices and great customer service. Also love the samples. I know a lot of people make fun, but I really find them useful. I hate to buy a big bag of something,then get it home and not like it. I Know you can return it but I really hate to do that. When I sample something that I like I usually end up buying it. If I hadn't tried it,I probably would not have bought it. Wish they would sample more cheeseI love cheese but would hate to buy a big chunk of it then find out I don't like it.

Paid for my membership online. Went for the first time today. They gave me my cards. My husband and I went shopping. Choose the self checkout and was greeted by a cashier that scanned my items for me. I went to the door the lady said there were 3 items that were not scanned. I told her I didn't scan it the cashier did. I had to go back against the flow of shoppers trying to leave. Then infront of everyone they adjusted and pointed out that there were 4 items that needed payment. I said that's fine but I didn't scan it. While being further humiliated by hear passers say they were trying to steal! NEVER AGAIN!

Be ready to wait! The lines are always long, (not a complaint, just an observation). People are decent enough. Food selection changes from time to time so you don't always have to buy the same thing. I miss creme puffs tho

Very happy with selection of eyeglasses and with the person who took care of us. Bought the membership so I could get glasses and it was worth it even though we won't get to Costco but once or twice a year.

This was my first time ever in the front of a costco (I interned at a nonprofit that accepted costco donations, so I've only ever been in the back to pick them up). Are Costcos busier, more overstimulating Sam's Clubs with more variety? Yes. But the staff were absolutely top-notch, very friendly, helpful, and efficient as possible.

One time i went here to buy milk and i bought milk and 2 days later when i used the milk with my coffee then later my stomach hurt so bad so i check the milk and it had white specs but i check the expansion date and it said “may 10th” but the day i drank the milk was may 2nd, i hope you check the milk before drinking it and costco employees, pls make sure that the milk is safe to drink

We are very disappointed in the fact that we had Italian Exchange Students that were dying to experience costco and were denied access to browse around simply because we forgot our card. the man was bald. and rude. and this was a disservice to the italian culture and learning experience. we will no longer be shopping here to do our italians just. sincerely, vanessa jocelyn nina ilery and anna. xoxo not.

The Costco itself is great! Always well stocked. The employees have been incredibly rude to us for no reason for the last few times we have been there. It’s disappointing they can’t treat card holding customers better. The card gets checked at the door, and then as we check out the cashiers seem to have an attitude about checking them over and over again. Costco, I understand your policies but please train your employees to have professional attitudes towards customers that are not even causing problems and just want to peacefully check out. Thanks.

We swung in for the gas. Always lower prices at the pump than other gas stations in the area. And this is no further off the highway than other gas stations.

Clean and very well stocked. Pocket friendly prices. Amazing selection of fine foods and shelf stable products. Electronics are always priced less than other retailers. Service is awesome. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Who can pass up a $4.99 roasted chicken and a$1.50 hot dog and soda. P. S. The pizza is delicious perfect to take home and reheat later. Lots of free parking. Excellent fuel prices. I go on Monday to avoid the crowds 👍

Always good service at costco. Great place to buy in bulk. Features a gas station, a fast food counter (pizza, ice cream, soda, and hot dogs, and tire installation. I love their return policy. No other store compares to their returns. Great meat and seafood section.Please give me a thumbs up if your read my review and see the pictures I posted.

Shopping here is great and cheap but don’t interact with the managers or staff they are rude, stuck-up, and stingy over memberships. I can’t use a credit card with a different name than my what’s on my membership?! I can use any creditcard I want!

So far loving this Costco location. It is convenient to our home and easy to get in and out of.Update: If you are going to sell large pieces of furniture then be prepared to help your customers who purchase it. Most people may not be able to take it all in one trip and aren't going to rent a truck to do so. Have a plan and be understanding of people needing to make multiple trips, ie having a space inside the door to hold a few boxes while people are making the trip back and forth to their house. Just because Costco's process gets screwed up by a few clients, doesn't mean all of them should have to suffer. We were required to take them all outside and just stand with them while another person makes trips. I understand Costco cannot be held responsible for items that are outside of their store, but it would be nice (I know, not a requirement) for them to have a plan in place to assist customers knowing that most cannot fit four boxes of one vehicle.

I bought a very heavy desk the other day and didn’t have my husband with me to help. A nice employee named Mark loaded it onto an orange cart, took it to checkout with me, then helped me load it in my car. I really appreciated his help and kindness!

Always busy but not overwhelming. Parking is always a challenge.Self check out always has a crazy line.I get out faster going through the regular line .I'm not an employee, nor do I get a discount for checking myself out.

I really enjoy many things about COSTCO, and I am quite unhappy presently. I'm not sure if it's the new CEO, but they're getting extremely greedy. We have three Costco memberships in my house alone. While at the Winchester warehouse, one of my daughters encountered a problem with her card (later rectified as a costco error), but they wouldn't allow my daughter to use my card for her purchase without me making the actual purchase (which I did). Costco is so hell-bent on not allowing a family member in the same home to even swipe their parents card. Just think of how this greed is working for Netflix and Disney+, Costco. You may make short-term gains, and this will wind up costing you dearly. Customers, especially those of us who've been loyal for years, will not continue to tolerate your greed. We will walk away and find a fairer deal. You are not too big to fail.

No matter how packed they are and how long the lines may be the folk here always get us checked out quickly. I've seen guys from their tire center bagging when it's busy! We still shop weekly after fifteen years.

Costco is great no doubt. But employees starting from floor managers are very rude . Came all the way from on hour far to buy laminate floors. Not happy had to go empty handed. First the labels were wrongly placed, the girl came to help was rushing us. Good we saw before loading that its wrong label. And toward the end they didn't gave me anyone to load floors on the cart. So we just left. I guess they don't need business.

Great Costco, has beer and large wine selection. Costco was clean and not too busy and had a good selection overall. Also has gas with extended hours.

Today I was about to buy this juice & found fungus in it. I was shocked to see that. It is difficult to believe that Costco carry this juice which have fungus. I informed Costco person/employee on this. I am lucky that I saw this & didn’t purchase & consumed. I would propose Costco to look on this matter seriously & take preventive measures to avoid this kind of product in future.

Its crowded. I dont understand what people see in this store. It was as if it was Kimgs Dominion. Even the food court was full.
