I only spent about 2 minutes here as I was looking for a propane tank refill for my RV but unlike many other Tractor Supply Co. stores, this is one of the few that does propane tank refills. The staff member I talked to was very friendly and professional on letting me know about this though!

A good place to get chicken feed. The help were all friendly and I was asked twice if I found everything I was looking for, which I did. The only draw-back was what I saw out front that I really wanted to buy, (roofed, two rider go carts with off-road suspension with off- road tires to match and what looked like pretty powerful lawnmower engines). Reasonably priced. If I didn't have some other expenses that I need to yake care of first, I would have bought one on the spot.

I have shopped at Tractor Supply at Norge at least once a month. The management must’ve done superb training job with their staffing, I’m very impressed with the knowledge and willingness to help customers throughout the store with good manners. I hope the store will be for many years to come. Keep up the good work!

We brought our lawnmower to get serviced here and spent almost 900 dollars only to get it home to find out that they had not repaired or replaced a belt which was on the list to be repaired and then we had to take it all the way back for them to repair that. After asking some questions to be sure it had all been done this time correctly we were treated as if we were asking for too much. Then we learned the transmission belt also needed to be replaced, and in the original inspection of what service needed to be done that was never mentioned and then they were going to try to charge us another $500 to repair that! So needless to say we will never bring another piece of equipment here again to be serviced. Apparently they were trying to blame it on the make and model of the lawnmower, which was not the case at all we should have been told everything from the beginning when they inspected it all what all needed to be done and all that needed to be repaired from the start. Sadly our experience was not good unfortunately, And if you do take your equipment here, look it over before bringing it home is our recommendation.

Made an return for my father because he had lost his receipt and had used cash they offered me an merchant credit card which I️ was fine with the next day he went to an tractor supply just for them to tell him that the money loaded on the card from this location had been taken off , customer service was horrible as well . Some people don’t need to work in customer service . I️ called and spoke with the manager and he stated there is nothing he can do when I’m sure they were the ones who reversed the transaction! I️ will never come back here again !

I had never been in the store before. Had seen a few things in the holiday ads that caught my attention. Spent about 90 minutes in the store and really enjoyed everything about it. The clothing selection, quality and prices were great but the service was even better. Something that is missing today. I plan on going back tomorrow to finish up some Christmas shopping for the family. Great selection of products

Great store. 3 salespeople waiting at the entrance to help me pick out a portable generator, one of whom took me directly to the aisle and was able to make knowledgeable recommendations on accessories like 12 gauge vs 14 gauge extension cords, what kind of fuel etc. The one I ended up buying wás about 90.00 cheaper than Home Depot's portable inverter.

Unique experience for me. I usually go there for what I want. I decided to walk around the store. I felt like a kid while looking at the chicken and duck hatchlings. I didn't know they carried so much stuff.

Even though they did not have all of my items in stock, the staff was very helpful. I was able to get those items delivered to the store in a short period of time and pick-up was easy. The items I purchased in store were heavy and they kindly loaded them into my car for me.

Whenever I need something in a pinch, I can always count on Norge Tractor Supply to be out of stock! I love driving 30-45 mins to Yorktown and Gloucester (who are always miraculously in stock). Get me away from nagging wife, that's why I give it 5 stars!!

A repeat customer here. For those who have animals, do not sleep on them. I was pleasantly surprised to find a particular mix of hay for my guinea pigs that while marketed to horses was a great deal and quality to boot. They also have some nice deals on things for the yard occasionally, even above ground pools, even beating Walmart and Amazon a few times price checking as well. The staff and atmosphere and fellow customers are great, then even allows your pets to patron the store as well, which is nice. While it is out the way for me, that does not make one difference. this is one of my most important stops that I make every month and a half to two months. it is quality a better deal than even ordering online and even in bulk.

Store Manager said they did carry the Brand of gate sensor, but was not familiar with this model. He acted like he could care less, and provided no assistance with my concern.(The next day, I contacted the manufacturer and the problem was identified within 3-4 minutes.

I do delivery through tractor supply and I think that their customer service was awesome. They checked every bag that they loaded into my car for delivery for a customer. I picked up some stuff at the store today and even at about 5-10 minutes till closing they still had great customer service and help me get my stuff into my cart and checked it out and offered to load it into my car.

I have been going to this location for about 25 months now. This location is staffed by hard working and very helpful people. Rarely do you get the opportunity to have not one complaint about an establishment in the tidewater 757 area. But this TSC is hands down the best one in the area.

Store is pet friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful. The isles can get a bit crowded at the front of the store, if trying to use a shopping cart. Love the variety of merchandise and hearing baby chicks chirp.

We love this store. But find there is never enough front end staff to expeditiously check customers out. Was there shopping today, spent a great deal of time and had purchases in purchasing hands. When going to check out, found 1 cashier trying to serve a question of at least 6 customers with no additional staff called to front. There is a customer service desk in the store. Inquired there about paying for purchases and directed to front. What happened to customer service? Left items and left the store. Very disappointed

Amazing folks. Exceptional products. Miracles can happen there.Here is a story for you that doesn't happen every day. Our family lives close enough to the local Tractor Supply that we could walk there, and sometimes do with our dogs. Two of them got loose from our home one stormy night, and we were terribly worried. It turns out, they remembered their visits to Tractor Supply and decided to walk over and do some shopping. A lovely employee finally realized they were on their own in the store, and not only did she buy the toy they chose for them, but she gave them a safe place to stay until we were reunited. How can I not give that a 10?The folks there have always been kind, helpful, and friendly, but this was above and beyond. I give this store my highest recommendation. Thank you.

Great staff. I love the bolts by the pound. This is the cheapest place to buy bolts in town. They always sell good quality products. They are also highly likely to have items you need in stock.

By far the best TSC I've been to. I've visited this location 4x in the past month while my husband and I are in the Williamsburg area with our RV. Last week I went in to look for a replacement propane pigtail assembly for our RV. The website said they had 2 in stock, but I could only find a different pigtail assembly. I went to the front to ask if they had a 2nd one in stock as their inventory online said they had. One of the guys searched all over the propane isle to find it but came up short. So he showed me how to search through their computer system up front to pull it up and once I showed them the one I was looking for, we realized we were looking in the wrong section. They actually have a small RV section in the back wall. Low and behold, I was able to find BOTH pigtail assemblies I was looking for. Thank you guys for your help!
