The service was great. Items were properly placed for the most part. This Ross either needs to push more merchandise on to the floor, or they are simply not being supplied with enough products to fill the shelves. It feels like a ghost town. If you go into the store looking for a particular item, chances are you will not find it. I didn't see any final clearance signs, but it feels like a store that is going out of business.

In a pack of 12 Christmas clearance socks it was only 7 instead of 12. Why was I only offered 20% off instead of 50%? Why did the Assistant Manager Denise come to assist me after Zukikaz only offered 20% with her mind already made up to offer nothing else? I dealt with the cashier, a front end manager, and assistant store manager and none of them made me feel valued as repeat customer.

The customer service at this location is non-existent I waited over 10 min in line today only to get to the register and be forced to watch the cashier playing with tapeing a $20 bill with a small rip for another 10 min giving no concern to the growing line 10+ people and not saying a word to me not a sorry nothing I must have just not existed. Mean while two other employees carelessly have a conversation up front like no one in the world existed but them not once stopping to help the ever growing line of angry people.

I love this store. I find designers clothes at excellent price. For a recent wedding I found a Kelvin Klein for $40 one quarter of the original price. I google the designers to check the original price. A Bebe California bag. Paid $40. Original $145.I bought Jones of New York shoes for $21.In addition to clothes and purses I have practically decorated my house.The only thing I don’t like and have complained to Corporate are the sticker price on the shoes.They should put them under the shoe. I can’t get them off too. It’s tacky to wear shoes showing the price.Forget ALL OTHER DISCOUNT STORES. I have been to all of them. None can compete with Rose’s prices.

Terrible store.. why even have "Hours of Operation " when they don't even honor it. Both the sign on the door and online say they close at 10:00pm and yet it's 9:00pm and it's closed already. I see employees walking around staring at us and it's still closed.

The showcase was clean, easy to find goods I need. But a cashier was unkind to me, especially she didn’t tell me the sum of goods’ price I bought, and furthermore she never gave a receipt to me so I had to pick it up. I was upset today. Need to educate kindness for customer more.

I was happily surprised to actually find what I was looking for, in my size, more than one style/brand, and for a very decent price. My only problem was trying to find a new bathing suit for my youngest daughter, who had an unusual wardrobe malfunction, this late in the season. I searched all over and found ONE that was actually a bit too small, but we are making it work as best we can since it was the only one and it was only $10.

The employee *(Zuleca is the name I was given) is refused to let me look at sunglasses because she is busy and close to ending her shift. I even waited 30 min for the line to die down. I am on the road and need sunglasses to drive, I am behind schedule now and still waiting.Thanks to the other girl at the customerI was able to get my glasses and continue driving Unfortunately my phone ring and I didn't The associates name however I would love to give her some creditTha

Fun out shopping with my mom and my son. As long as I got my 7yr old boy something to keep him busy he is good. Very clean on sales floor and everything is spaced out. No fitting room due to Covid Restrooms need TLC so if your going to be out for a while use the bathroom at home 1st before going.

The store name is fitting as most things they do sell for "less!" I didn't give it a 5 star because it can be rather messy. By that I mean they don't seem to stress putting the store "back in order" each night before the next shopping day. Now I want to be fair, I am making the observation on Tuesday following "black Friday. "

This Ross store really is one of the better Ross stores I have been in. I tried to walk thru here without a cart thinking I probably wouldnt find much but turns out by the end of my run in here I was at the register with a hamper filled of various items I found thru out the store to purchase.

Discount department store. Very clean, but I enjoy Gabe's prices better. Nice selection but I am a big discount kind of shopper. + for staying open later than their rivals.
