The store is located at the Williamsburg Outlet Mall. It is stocked with a diverse selection of Reebok shoes. The apparel selection was small, but the sizing was inclusive. There were great prices, especially on clearance items. There's also a continuous store sale. "The more you spend, the more you save." Make sure to inquire about the sale before checking out. My husband found size 14 Reebok Question mens basketball shoes. There was a good selection for all sizes and styles.

We saw the sign buy one get one for $25. We got 4 pairs. When we were checking out the cashier told us sicks were $5 a pack so we got 2 packs. We had stopped on our way to a beach vacation and were in a hurry. Once I check my receipt I didn't get any of the sales. Don't leave without checking your receipts.

Horrible! Since they moved into the new location they have nothing to choose from. The selection sucks! In the old store the had a ton of selections. In shoes and clothing. They also had very very little on the shelves. No size selection. I prefer to try on shoes before I buy, that way I know how they will fit. I used to love Reebok, but that's a thing of the past now.

The Rebook Outlet store is great! We went to every shoe store in the Williamsburg Outlet Mall. The Rebook store has the best selection of shoes. And they're prices are absolutely outlet driven unlike all the other stores. I will drive all the way there to buy one single pair of shoes in the future. That's how much I love that store.

We came in, there was a group of 3 people looking at clothes. And 3 people working. We were never greeted. Asked if needed help and when we didn't see a shoe in particular asked a lady, she said no we don't have it and just walked away. Instead of suggesting a close item or actually asking what we're looking for. Another lady walked by and I made I contact with her but she just walked on by, and i did snap a little attitude 'ummm can we actually get some help. We've been here for about 10 minutes now'. She said 'ok. Let me find someone for you' and gave us gal from Moldova (she was nice) but started to sell us the nano9 shoes without asking what we needed or going to use them for- and they weren't included in the sale.

Check the pricing on the boxes carefully, not only will you see the exact same shoes being sold for two different prices, you will see some boxes where a lower price printed at the factory has been covered-up with a higher price in the store.I pointed this out to the manager and he said that was done by "corporate" - I explained to him since he was the manager of a Reebok owned store, HE was corporate. He then agreed to give me the lower price shown on a non-fitting size, on a size that would fit that I could only find at the higher price.I know VA is pretty lax on consumer protections, but in many states, these practices are illegal and shouldn't take haggling with the store owner to get the lowest price honored especially at a so-called "Outlet store".Also note that just about every major sneaker brand has a outlet store in this outlet Mall.

Called the store to see if a specific pair of shoes was in stock in a 9 1/2. After a considerable amount of time waiting for the saleswoman to return to the phone, she informed me that my size wasn't available but a size 10 was. A size 10 in exchange for the unavailable size 9 1/2. Mmmm...guess I was expected to break out the newspaper to fill that 1/2" gap in the shoe.
