I had 3 appointments at 9 am and waited 15 minutes and no one ever showed up. I had confirmation emails and texts and yet, no one worked there apparently. Will not be returning to Petco for grooming or shopping as their customer service is clearly lacking. Waste of time!

Took my dog to get. Groomed i told her take a little bit of hair off she bald him completely dont even look like same dog he looks a mess. dont recommend this place or stylist Rachael left pic is after right pic is before . Poor baby

Misha was wonderful with my girl Anni!! This was Anni’s first professional grooming at 3 years of age. She came out looking like a show dog and I could tell she really liked Misha... she wasn’t scared and I think she knew she was beautiful!!!

Candace was very tender with our Buddy and explained all the stipulations on the form I had to initial and sign so I understood what was involved. When I picked Buddy up he looked lovely and his toenail problem was explained to me by Candace. I will return as needed because of both Candace and Madison who are such caring groomers.

Mischa did a wonderful job the first time we took Dory into her. We had a home service do her before and were not 100% satisfied with the results everytime. The grooming service was our last resort and we were quickly accomodated. They gave us a 20% off coupon for being our first visit then and another 20% off coupon this time for being backed up and delay whoch I thought was pretty nice. Dory came back both times well groomed and taken care of. We will continue to use Petco for her grooming needs.

I have great confidence in Beth the groomer. She understands Tucker is a puppy and at times hard to handle. She helps give good advice and wants to be sure his experiences are not going to scare him so that he dislikes being groomed.

We use Petco exclusively for grooming our dogs, now and for the past seven years. Their prices are fair, the shop is clean, and the work is excellent. Our dog likes the groomer staff, and they are affectionate toward our dog. This Petco has a professional, friendly and responsive groomer statt.

I have been there numerous times to groom my dogs and have consistently good service which translates at to happy dogs and considerate staff. They also let me know if they see something on the dog that may need attention, such as bumps and lumps

Diana took it upon herself to cut our labradoodle and sheepadoodles signature tail completely and when I called to complain she canceled all our future apps. I called corporate and was told a manager would call me back - that never happened and I called a total of 3 times with no return call
