Stopped by this location to add a fish to our tank at home. Katie took plenty of time explaining EVERYTHING to me. She was very polite and educational. While the majority of the freshwater fish were in quarantine she was still able to help me pick out a fish that would go great with our goldfish at home. She also helped me pick out a good substrate and helped me make sure our new fish would be able to eat the same food as our goldfish. She was also very attentive and helpful to other customers while we were there. 5 stars for Katie!

I’ve had nothing but negative experiences at this place. The staff are EXTREMELY rude. There is never anyone at the register and if they are, they will stand there and blatantly ignore you for 10-20 minutes. I once had an experience so bad that I contacted corporate and was told they would “investigate” and call me back. That was months ago and I’ve heard nothing. This store and company SUCK. You and your pets deserve better. Nautical Dog right down the street is WONDERFUL. Go there instead!

Not wheelchair accessible at all! Cashier, Krystal, was EXTREMELY rude! In front of me told the manager that she was leaving after I checked out because she was tired of these customers with an attitude. Manager walked away, clearly seeing that there was an issue. Didn’t care at all. As I checkout out Krystal said she was just going to go home and kill herself. She does not need to be in customer service!!! Immediately reported to corporate and was told I would be getting a call from the district manager. Haven’t heard anything.

Went in there with hopes to get a new pet, while I won't specify what I was interested in getting, the person who "helped" me out was very condescending. They did not seem to want to help me in my journey to adding a new member to my family, rather, they seemed more interested in discouraging me in purchasing the pet all together. While they seemed knowledgable, I decided to fact check them on my way home and found that close to nothing they were telling me in terms of caring for this animal was actually true. I was very dissatisfied with my visit and would recommend not going to purchase a new pet, only visit if you are wanted to buy things for a pet you already have.

I normally love coming to Petco because their reptile selection is more impressive but the customer service always sucks! Today I came in to grab food for my amphibian (which I do about every other day) and no one would come assist. I asked the young lady in the fish department for some help and she responded with, “you see I am busy.” The other two gentlemen, one I believe was Andy, had no personality and seemed annoyed that I needed help. I do not appreciate the poor customer service.

Worst customer service ever!! No employees were at the check-out counter and when I went looking for someone, I was met with a sour dispositioned female who seemed to mock my request for help. Pet Smart is so much better!!

Staff is kind and attentive. My son loves going in to check out the rats and hamsters. Lots of animal lovers in this area so convenient to be able to walk to a pet store. Great location.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, reasonably priced items, always great sales. Went for a nail trim for my fur baby & Karina was so great. She showed so much love & compassion to my fur baby - you can tell she loves what she does. As a first-time dog parent, we will definitely be back!

Nice staff, clean store, animals well cared for. I’ve been to a lot of Petco stores, some in other states but this one is the best I’ve seen. After years of interactions with the workers here you can tell they genuinely care about the animals in their store. The animal areas are always clean and their animals look happy and healthy.

They have been randomly closed 3 out of 4 times I've tried to come by. A note on the door always says closed due to staffing, but they're not hiring anyone so it can't get better. There's a constant skeleton crew if it is open. They were out of stock of the item I had hoped to buy. Avoid this Petco.

The staff at this petco are really friendly and helpful! I needed to exchange a bag of food because my cat has a sensitive stomach, and they helped me with everything. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Tried to contact them about having our dogs nails clipped, no answer. Website said walk-ins welcomed but ………. not on Thursdays. How hard is it to advertise that? Petsmart came through.

I love love love this location!!! It is a smaller store but feels like it has a bigger store selection especially of live pets!! It took the guy a bit to get to us but it was so worth it. The employee had great aquatic life knowledge which helped us pick just the right fish for our new tank and the lady at the register was awesome as well and her knowledge of finches was great!!! I will be back 😁

Lilia makes coming here such a joy . We’ve seen her twice now. First we saw her with a bird, second a snake . She is extremely knowledgeable on all the animals they have . My daughter is now asking for these pets for her birthday so she’s a great sales rep too!

Rachel in grooming is amazing 😍 she did a great trim on my Toby and soothed his nervousness with sweet conversation. A little goes a long way to make a difference for others she exceeded the mark!
