We just moved to the area and were so thrilled to find a self service dog wash! We take our golden retriever there after swimming in the river and the staff are so friendly! They provide towels, soap, a nice industrial drier and a treat for your pup when they are done. Highly recommend! Cant beat it for $10!

This place is GREAT! Everyone is super friendly, the owner is very knowledgeable and sweet. We love the DIY dog wash, its $10 and they provide the soap, towels, blow dryer and clean up- its open by appointment right now (8/1/20). Its also the only petstore in Williamsburg that carries Earthborn canned cat food at a decent price. FYI, pricing is comparable to online places like Chewy.com, and they have a phone # based free rewards program. Anyway, we just really like the atmosphere - it's really laid back and nice.

Great place to wash your dog. Elevated tubs, use their shampoo's, water, towels, blow dryers. Only $10, but remember to bring your own grooming tools (brushes/combs/clippers).

So I came in at 11:30a and saw the sign for baths by appointment only. So since the store was empty I asked about bathing mg dog. The cashier was nice but another employee grabbed the clip board and said “I cant let you use it because I have someone coming at noon” I said that’s 30min, I can be done in 15? “She said um no.” Wow. There is no one in the store. You have 30 min? And even at noon the person wasn't there?? If I wanted to schedule out, I would have just gone with Petsmart and done a drop off lol. The whole purpose is being able come at your leisure. If its empty....and you have 30+ minutes, better customer service could have been offered. Maybe calling the noon to confirm they were coming. Which I know wasnt done because she had to check to see when the next appointment was, 30min from then. Hmmm....

Super friendly staff. Very little for birds and fish. What they do have is reasonably priced. Looks to be more cat and dog oriented. Small store, easy to navigate. Parking is close.

It's great to have a pet store nearby! I'm amazed at the amount of merchandise available because it looks like a small space from the outside. I requested a particular item and they now carry it! That's good service.

How did a place like that did not exist in Williamsburg before?!?! They have dog washing stations and for $10 you get to wash your puppy. They provide the shampoo, towels and they have a dryer. Bring your own brush though!

Would not give me refund for calming treats, because package was open. My cat would not eat it. Would only give me store credit. Petco and PetSmart would have given full refund. Very disappointed and will not shop there again.

Always loved Pet Valu back at home in Delaware moved to North Carolina and they didn’t have one anywhere but now that my husband and I are in Williamsburg I was so delighted to find them! I love the point program too!
