Just went in to grab some ice cream, we ordered 2 cups then asked for a milkshake and the worker responded with “come on bro we close in 5 minutes” I respond just with okay. Horrible service was totally rude and impolite (the worker was a white heavy set male with short hair and earrings). The owner I will say was very polite. But other than that I would say the ice cream was very good, just horrible service. GET A NEW WORKER!

My grandson and I are frequent guests and it is always such a pleasure! Not only is the ice cream the BEST, it is always spotlessly clean and owner and staff make it a fun time. I can’t say enough great things about them!Kid-friendliness: Owner and staff always remember us and are so playful and fun with my grandson! It’s his favorite place to go for a treat out.

The family and I stopped in for a sweet treat while visiting the area. We were instantly greated with the kindest hello from the owner, before even entering the shop. Upon entry we were greeted again by a young man and 2 young ladies. They were patient as our large family browsed their many different flavors. They even offered for us to taste before settling on a flavor. The shop was very clean, the customer service was OUTSTANDING and my husband said the bourbon flavor ice cream was the best he's ever had. Keep up the great work! You truly impressed us, out of towner foodies.Ps: Thank you again for the bottle of milk for the baby 😁 Hopefully see y'all again soon!#ParkerAdventures.

Stopped for ice cream here on the way home form a road trip. The owner was so nice and kind to us. While my daughter was finishing her ice cream he gave me another scoop. Had a nice chat with the owner too. If we are back in the area we will definitely stop here again!

The owner (I assume he was the owner or manager) was extremely rude and confrontational with me.I took my family to eat lunch next door and I saw the ice cream and gift shop and decided to go inside to check it out. Because I had a piece of trash in my hand that I wanted to throw away, the owner/manager told me I could not use his trash can. When I asked him what the issue was, as I was a customer, he said "I am tired of people like you coming into my store and throwing trash in my trash can." I explained I was here with my family of seven people, intending to buy ice cream after lunch. He responded by saying "I don't care, get out."Needless to say, we did not get ice cream at Norge's that day. We ate lunch next door at Honey Butter's (highly recommended - great customer service) and went for ice cream somewhere else afterward.EDIT: Since the owner asked a question, I think it deserves an answer. The reason I did not take the piece of trash to the restaurant is because we were 15 minutes early to meet the rest of our party there (our in-laws who live nearby). After not seeing any trash cans outside, I figured I would just go inside the store, use the trash can, and scope out the ice cream and gifts while I was in there so I can tell the family about it. I really like to support small, family-owned businesses, and this would have been a great opportunity for the owner to strike up a conversation - maybe ask me my name, where I am from, etc. He would have learned that I was there visiting family who live right near the store. He could have talked to me about the merchandise, and invited me to come back with the family for ice-cream. A positive experience like that would turn me into a long-term, repeat customer. But, unfortunately, I will always remember this as the place where that guy was really rude about the trash can.

I love to support small businesses and this is my favorite small business close to home. They have so many unique gift items available, many of them handcrafted or personally made. I buy a lot of gifts for people who live out of the area from this place.I also love the fact that they have Hersheys ice cream at the ice cream shop. Sooooo good! My husband and I enjoy coming here after dinner when we want dessert. 😋

The moment I saw the Brown Butter Bourbon Truffle, I knew it would ruin my life. And it did. Highly recommend. The caramel cheesecake cookie monster is also very good. My boy had the blue panda and it was also very good. If it's ice cream you want, come here. End your troubles with some Brown Butter Bourbon Truffle. You'll be glad you did.
