I cannot fully put into words the loving care Dr. Matt and the whole team gave to us. It was one of the most difficult days for my family, our beloved Dachshund went over the rainbow bridge and the compassion the whole team shared was beautiful. We were treated like they really care, brought her in because our vet was too busy and just runs it like it's a business instead understanding pets are part of the family. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We have a very scared and shy German shepherd rescue. Finding a place he is comfortable has been a challenge. Getting him inside is always a struggle. However at Noah’s ark our boy walked inside and was so calm for the most part. The staff took their time approaching him and understand his needs. His first visit and we knew we found the perfect vet office for both of us. I feel so relieved now. He left a happy and proud boy! Thank you for always making Zeus feel loved and special.

Dr. Sparkman is knowledgeable and willing to work with individual requests. He neutered my Retriever and cut out a mass on his gums. The recovery and healing process was short and easy after both surgeries.Thank you!

I don't even want to give any stars at this point. My dog Major Coffee was misdiagnosed 2 and half weeks ago come to find out. That visit cost almost $300. My wife goes in today for consultation for surgery for the diagnosis that was wrong. At first the they weren't even sure then all of sudden My dog is in emergency situation. I am so very upset with this situation. By the way still had pay $351 to figure the mistake that was made. I am very concerned for my dog who is 10 years old. Also feel I shouldn't have to pay for there mistakes. Then they want to apologize for the mistakes, feel that the apology is to cover there butts, not sincere. Still do not have a clear answer what is wrong with my dog. What a joke!

Took very got care of our kitty. We haven’t made the best decisions I will admit and have delayed a lot on medical care for our kitty but I’m so glad we decided to get it done her. The vet (Mr. Sparkman) talked to us in a very informative manner and didn’t judge any of our decision regarding the care of the cat. He didn’t pressure us into any decisions and just frankly gave the facts. We were gonna go with another clinic to get healthcare for our cat but we’re definitely switching to this one.

They took great care of our Lily Pawline who had diabetes and eventually crossed the rainbow bridge. We received a very nice card from Dr. Pate.I was able to discuss treatment options for her treatment and what would be best for her. Dr. Pate and his staff are knowledgeable and caring.

Took our new puppy, Bella, to her 1st veterinarian appointment yesterday and had a Great visit. The staff was professional and responsive to all of our questions. Dr. Sean Sparkman explained to us all that is required to keep Bella healthy; both required and optional items. He did a thorough exam and identified an ear infection that needed to be taken care of. Very satisfied with our 1st visit. Thank You!!

We were referred to Dr. Watson as we needed a veterinary surgeon for our Boston's parathyroid removal. She came highly recommended from our veterinarian in Yorktown, and from the initial consult through our last check-in, we felt relieved to have our pup in her care. Having a senior pet (and a brachycephalic breed) makes any surgery more risky, but Dr. Watson and her team were very caring and thorough in explaining what to expect. I couldn't think of any questions they hadn't already addressed in our consult, and they were very quick to get back to the couple of emails I sent prior to surgery. The follow-up calls after surgery and coordinating bloodwork to test calcium levels at our nearby vet went very smoothly and even though we didn't have testing done at Dr. Watson's office (simply due to the 45 min drive), Dr. Watson stayed updated and gave guidance along the way. The surgical site healed beautifully with no issues and even though she's 14 she was back to her zoomies as soon as we'd let her. We feel so glad to have Dr. Watson as part of Daisy's care team and would highly recommend her for any veterinary surgery.

Thank you Dr.Sparkman taking our loved 13 year's old Doodle in for emergency visit Saturday morning even you had no appointments available! X-rays were taken and painkillers given for nerve pain. Doodle is up on 4 legs again, eating and drinking…Definitely recommend!

All the staff that I met were friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Sparkman was thorough and addressed all my concerns about my dog with understanding and humor and professionalism. The nurse took good care of my dog and was very helpful. She was able to give me an estimate of the cost before beginning treatment and kept the cost under my stated budget.

This Clinic was a breath of fresh air for Williamsburg. I was traveling with my pup and he had a small wound that needed to be looked at. April in reception not only got my best bud an appointment quickly that same morning, but the technicians and Dr. Sparkman gave him the best attention and most stress free experience. Not only did they listen to me but they gave very kind and compassionate attention to my best bud. Would highly recommend scheduling for any of your pets with Noah’s Ark, they are truly a diamond in the rough. Some of the nicest people in medicine I’ve ever met!!

Very clean and staff is very good with handling my pets. very thorough Dr Sparkman is an excellent veterinarian. I appreciate the pickup service when you get there to just call them and they will come to your car and get your pet and then bring them back to your car as well. I have two cats that are 11 years old and have treated them there for 3 years now. I am extremely satisfied with the staff and knowledge they have if you have any quick questions you can just call them. I recommend Noah's ark and rate it a five

Absolutely Fantastic!! I remember taking our family dog here when I was a kid and now Many years later lol, I take my dog here and it's still such a fantastic place. Most kind, compassionate, loving and caring staff and Vets work here and treat your furbabies as their own! Highly recommend! I had an emergency and needed to be seen the same day. I called almost all the vets in town including the one I usually take my dog to and they all wouldn’t/couldn’t help me. But when I called Noah’s Ark they were very very understanding and accommodating and made room to see my pup even though they have never seen my pup before and it would be her first visit. Not to mention, they were booked up for the next three weeks but when I told them my dilemma they were very empathetic to my situation. Dr Sparkman is great! I recommend taking your pets to Noah’s Ark. Thank you so so much for all your help.

Great communication. They try to do everything they can to accommodate you in getting your pet an appointment sooner than later. They don’t push unnecessarily treatments or shots. The receptionist ladies are all sweet. Dr. Sparkman is friendly.

The office staff is friendly and welcoming. The facility is very clean. The vet/owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very organized and answered the many questions we had about our rescue dog. The vet technician was very efficient and personable. Our dog had never been to a vet before and was treated with great kindness by the entire staff. Prices seemed fair and reasonable. We go back in a week for medically necessary surgery, I feel my dog will be in good hands. This is a top notch clinic and give it a try and you won't be disappointed,

This is a review for the pet boarding service here. Absolutely wonderful service! They are so pleasant and friendly and take great care of our dog. We used to go somewhere else to board our dog but for the past few times and probably for as long as we live in the area will take our dog here. They are very thorough and walk her several times a day, as well as offer pamper and play packages, and even provide us a detailed sheet of how each of her walks went. The first time we came we asked to see where our dog would be staying and the staff graciously took us on a thorough tour of their facility which was wonderful. Everyone is very nice an accommodating... on our last visit, we accidentally missed our drop off time which was an error on our part, but we called and the staff were still there and still allowed us to drop our dog off after hours, which was a lifesaver. (We won't do it again we promise! But thanks so much for your patience and understanding as we had a family emergency). In short, we absolutely love this boarding service and are considering switching from our vet to this one as well. Thanks Noah's Ark!

My dog Sammy has gone here since I bought him. He gets his nails and baths there. The staff is friendly and will answer any questions. The doctor there will do his yearly exam. He gets his shots and dental there too! I have used them for boarding while we traveled. Sammy seems to enjoy staying there.I would recommend this place for your dog's well being.

Wonderful, kind staff. Took both our kitties here for a dental check-up. Each kitty had one tooth pulled. They were able to do the procedure that day. Which was extremely convenient! Both kitties surgeries we're successful and they are all better now. Grateful for this crew. 🙂

Want to give Noah's Ark Veterinarian Hospital a big kudos for helping us out of a big jam! 👏 Especially since this was not our vet originally. Last month while on our dream trip to Florida, I got a call from the rover our dog was staying with saying that our dog was not getting along with hers. She asked if we had a backup plan because she could not keep our dog any longer. As you can imagine I was frantic being 4 States away. I called our vet at the time and begged them to help us out with boarding. They told us they could not because our dog had not had the canine flu shot. That vet actually suggested that we call Noah's Ark Vet hospital. I called and they were able to help us out right away and were so kind while doing it. They were able to take our dog immediately and even sent us pictures. Noah's Ark saved our trip to Florida! We were so impressed that we recently switched from the other vet to Noah's Ark for our Callie's care. They are so sweet and patient even with Callie having anxiety about vet visits and shots. Callie is staying again next month while we are out of town on a trip. I know she will be well-cared-for while we are gone! Thank you Noah's Ark!! 💜💙

We moved to Williamsburg from Yorktown and found we needed to. change our vet because it was simply to far to go back to Yorktown. We chose Noah’s Arch as it was close by for our aging pets. We have been very pleased with our vet Dr. Sparkman and the kind and caring staff there. The only thing I did find in transferring to Noah’s Arch is the cost is a little higher then my previous vet, but worth it to us because they take such good care of all our furry family members. We highly recommend this wonderful place for your furry family members.
