This store has such an antiquated self-checkout. There isn't enough room for.your items, you can't mute the annoying voice, it always malfunctions when scanning groceries.Pretty sure Kroger and Sam's are the only grocery stores to have this system figured out.Do better. Serve your customers adequately

I just had to run and grab my daughters medication after an urgent care visit. Vickie and mindy made sure to get her the meds before they went on break. They did not have todo this but they did and I was so very grateful. They are always very attentive and explain things so well! I am so thankful for the pharmacy here!!! I hope these two get a raise! Also Tony at check out was so kind and helpful! The guy at starbucks was kind and quick as well! Overall experience was amazing!!! We are home resting and doing well because these amazing employees went above and beyond! God bless your store!!!

Nice and clean store! You find everything you need and it’s always stocked. Fresh fruits and vegetables every day! The staff is super friendly, hard working, very helpful and always smiling! We love this store!

The staff was amazingly nice especially Zach. He made sure staff was doing all they could for the customers in such a pleasant way you felt like it was family. Absolutely a must keep person on your staff.

Starbucks is on your left as you enter.Pharmacy is on the left wall, near the front.Fruit and veggies are along the wall to your right, with bread along the wall between veggies and the wine and beer.I keep forgetting to get a Store card for discounts, but the cashier keeps putting in a generic number so I get the discounts.Very clean and neat, not at all like the previous vendor that had the space. On top of that it wasn't freezing cold. I do appreciate the veteran parking spots. Thank you.Energy drinks or sports drinks are listed as being in two aisles according to the hanging aisle signs. A bit confusing. I have not checked their app to see if they point you to the locations in the store to find your item.If you use their app please put comments below.Even when busy, you don't wait long. Good trip.The bakery counter has black and white cookies.

Stopped in while in Williamsburg to grab a few things. Awesome grocery store! VERY clean and well organized. Great selection of store items and bakery items. Wish we had a grocery store like that in our area!!

Customer service so involved in conversation, made me wait quite a while to come to register to help cashier. Once there, couldn't ring coupon sent to me by proctor and gamble for an amount "up to $8". Seriously!? So, I'm standing there it seems forever, back killing me, and she calls over another person with the same answer. Why not call another store to figure it out, if you don't know the answer. But at that point, I just can't stand there any longer and need to leave.Customers service answer to whether there was a "clearance area" like in other HT, was that they just hadn't gotten a chance to put the baskets back out yet after cleaning the floors- it was around 5pm, how much time do they need?!The only positive to the visit is the cashier, she was wonderful and tried her best. The cashier had them all beat, for caring about the customer.

Great grocery store. Prices are a bit high for some items. We love using the pharmacy here. Not only is it easy to fill prescriptions but they also offer vaccinations on the spot! Very convenient.

Almond milk in a pink drink??? It’s supposed to be coconut milk....And she didn’t know how to make a pumpkin foam cold brew and had to call her manager.....It’s Almost October this drink has been out since August....It did not taste right at all and it’s my normal order at the Starbucks where I live.

OMG I loved shopping at this store. In Chesterfield, we do not have Harris Teeter (boo). I shop at a H.T. whenever it is around. The produce is AMAZING. I love the variety of different food selections. Everything was so fresh and pretty.

We bought a $6 container if flavored rice which had no flavor. The container had 3/4 if it left after the one time use. Given the markup from standard rice this was very disappointing. We brought it back without a receipt (no one else appears to sell this stuff...). "Customer Service" person, older woman said NO, we will not give you your money back! We threw the container of 3/4 leftover rice in the trash as that is what the value was to us.. I am reminded why evryery other store has been our primary grocery store. Publix, Food Lion, Aldi's have a strategically higher level of customer service.Good luck with scarping for a few dollars to lose a few hundred. interesting business tactic.

This is one of the locations me and my family enjoy each vacation at our resort. Teeter provides an exceptional shopping experience for all customers. They are the only location that sells my fav wine in stock Lady Lola. Last trip, their employee Andrea provided flawless customer service to my husband and I. The wine was out of stock, and she assisted with ordering me a case and I could return to get it. Well a week later when it was convenient for me Andrea kept her offer and I was able to pick the wine up. I had even followed up with Andrea and she was so assuring of it being there upon my arrival and it was. I really appreciate Andrea taking the time to provide me service in a phenomenal way, please give her major kudos. This makes our shopping experience unique each time even when just running in for their sushi, etc. Again, thank you Andrea and Teeter family.

Great costumer service and very clean. Love the atmosphere of this store but produce is terrible. I blame Kroger for buying Harris Teeter. Grapes are mush and tasteless, asparagus is ALWAYS shriveled...I could go on. Meat is exceptional however.

Hands down my favorite grocery store in the 'Burg. Sign up for the VIC card to access special pricing. Sushi is really fresh and good. Only place in town you can buy a slab of cooked ribs for $7.99 (with VIC card)!

Very clean store. A little harder to navigate than my usual HT. This one has split aisles instead of long single ones. They are making the best use of the smaller space.

I've never been to a Harris Teeter before today. I was really impressed with how clean everything is, how fresh the produce is and how the store looks good. We had a few staff members greet us as we were shopping. That seems to be unheard of today. Just be sure to use your VIC card.

Store is nice, but there are NEVER enough cash registers open. If you like waiting in line forever, are never in a hurry, or love ringing yourself up while the registers lock up and randomly call for assistance every 15 seconds, then this is the store for you! (I called months ago and voiced this complaint to the manager. He told me it was a common complaint and that they were “working on it,” but there’s been no change. If the other grocery stores weren’t so much further from my house than this one, I’d skip it altogether, but unfortunately, it always *seems like it would be more convenient for two or three quick things.)

Not the best grocery store in the area and the checkout process is ridiculous. They spent over a year renovating this store and it's not very appealing but it does come in handy sometimes.Although why is the takeaway closed at 1p on a Saturday?!

This place has a very similar layout to the Farm Fresh that was their before hand. Given that it is newly open, the place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Unlike the other two Harris Teeters in town, this place does not have the pizza counter. This place would be better if it had the pizza options. There are multiple self check outs available, which is convenient.

We came down to vacation Memorial Day week. Was able to shop friendly n productivity. Added a plus to our goodies we brought down to the 2 story condo. Friendly fokes n well stocked shelves n low prices n sales.
