Nice little grocery store. Good selection for the size of the store. Very helpful associates. We could not find the kabob skewers, we able to ask and receive help easily. Deli had several different options of pastries. Produce looked fresh.

This store is my weekly stop for sure! Not my favorite spot but it's convenient, close by and has most of my weekly list products! Through this year we've seen many improvments this store chain made it. Looks more clean, prices stayed bout the same and product line got expended ! Staff is good but could be little bit more frendly . Visiting other stores made me give them 4 stars ...It would be only 3 but cuz they did all improvments , they deserve 4. Still believe they can be better and hopefully they will in a future

Clean, well organized, and the prices were good. This is also very close to Vacation Village which was nice since you have your own kitchen, you’ll need supplies to cook with. Go here or Aldi which is just down the road too.

This was our first time visiting Food Lion. We needed some items during a brief stay in the area. The store was very clean, well organized and brightly lit. The staff were helpful when we asked questions and finding a couple of items.

Very clean, the store looked well kept and the employees looked very happy to be there and were very nice to the customers. The store was both well stocked and had plenty of staff members on duty. The products on the shelf were very fresh and the produce looked so pretty! I would recommend this grocery store to anyone in the area.

Food Lion has a pretty good selection of products. The employees are ready and available when you need them. They are polite and attentive towards your needs and questions. Check out is pretty quick. The bakery, deli, meat and seafood are a little bit below average compared to other stores in the area. You will find something that you like though. This is my “go to” pick up something quick store. You won’t be disappointed.

I was on my vaccine vacation at a nearby resort and they recommended the nearby Food Lion and I was glad they did. Great selection at great prices, clean and well run. The best part though was the staff all of whom were very helpful, smiling, and friendly especially Lea at checkout who went just over and above. Highly recommended!

Very good selection. Excellent pricing, Friendly, competent store personnel at this location. I don't ask for a lot more. This site has converted me to Food Lion for everyday groceries. I only shop elsewhere for certain high-end specialties.

Fortunately at this location the staff has changed and the people that are there are very kind and helpful they do have operating the self-checkout but if you're lucky enough to get in there before 8 or 9 p.m. there may be a checker still there I myself have gotten very comfortable now with self-checkout goes much quicker once you get the hang of it I hope this was helpful and if you're visiting Williamsburg Virginia I trust you will enjoy your stay we have a beautiful place to visit

Food Lion is Food Lion. However, this one was different. Very nicely remodeled maybe. Very well stocked with quality items and products. It had a different feel to it. I like it! Situated in a great location for visitors near the outlets.

I am visiting from out of town and we stopped by this local grocery store to pick up a few items. The prices here are unbelievable! I have no idea why things are priced so expensively. I felt like I was shopping on a island, the prices were so high. Do yourself a favor and go to the Aldi’s down the streetIf this store has raised their prices due to “inflation” then your part of the problem.

Well lit, signs are easily readable. I was able to find what I wanted with no problem. My checkout clerk was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely a good Food Lion!

My mind is blown at the reviewers that are complimenting this store. Since the "so-called" renovation...prices are now absurdly high. They are quite often out of products (that could be personal)..the self checkout is NEVER working at full capacity. Good customer service...IF they see you. I've been going to this store for almost 10 years... ONLY for convenience (and it used to be much better, since fake renovation, they have fallen off). Go to the Food Lion down the street (by Staples) they ACTUALLY did renovate.. rarely are out of stock and actually have a small hot bar. Prices just as good and they seem to have WORKING self check-out! Those that are saying they have good prices..must never go in other stores. FL prices are now comparable to Harris Teeter or Publix and those stores are Way better.

Everyone of the staff members are stand outs! I like going there a lot. I love the lighted checkout candy features. They're spectacular! I can handle the prices there and it's easy in, easy out because they always have enough checkers when I visit.

I live very close to this Foodlion and I have not had good experiences there in the last 5 months,There is 9 times out of 10 only 1 lane open and then just self checkouts that if lucky are all working . I went in today and there was lines running down the aisles with the only line open was Customers service mean while the Mngr was just standing there and few other employees we just standing around. I will not be returning because I have mentioned the situation before to the Managers and nothing has improved.

I've been going to this food lion for 11 yearsToday is the day i felt VIOLATED!I was in self check out and a white lady was hovering over me. I understand to keep a close eye,but she was all over me .She pretended to converse with me about obvious things .She even seemed like she was insinuating that I wasn't gonna scan my jugs of juice at the bottom of my basket!!

We enjoyed our shopping experience we are here on vacation and went in for a few things while we were here and the young lady at check out was so cheerful and friendly I wish I could think of her name she was on the 20 items our less isle around 430 today’ such a great gal !

Store does stay fairly clean bit it's ran by kids who are constantly on there phones standing around thell only have 2 lines open when there's atleast 12 kids just standing there on ther phone
