My recent visit to Dollar Tree left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which enhanced the overall shopping experience. Additionally, the ample parking space was a convenience.However, I was disappointed by the store's organization, or rather, the lack of it. The disarray and lack of clear categorization made it challenging to find specific items efficiently. It would be beneficial for Dollar Tree to improve their store's layout and organization to enhance the shopping experience for their customers.

This particular Dollar Tree is an exceptional shopping experience! The staff clearly work hard to keep the shop clean and tidy. Dollar Trees get picked through in a frenzy all the time and look a bit like a tornado has been through...though it isn't the fault of the staff, certainly! But this location does the most to keep up with the bustle and it really shows! It was lovely to go in and look at the nice displays. Additionally, the staff members I spoke to here were the SWEETEST! They are probably exhausted with the beginning of the holiday season but you wouldn't know it. The smiling cashier who made pleasant and friendly conversation was so welcoming! Thank you to this store and it's employees! You guys are doing it all right!!

The short cashier has a very nasty attitude. This isn't the first time I had to deal with it. I gave her the benefit of "maybe she was having a bad day" everyday can't be a bad day. She needs a different job. One that doesn't deal with ppl.

To think 🤔 I use to really love this store (use to have very friendly workers) but on 7/26/23 @ 17:28(5:28pm) I encountered the most rudest and disrespectful cashier on Register 1(or closes to the door)...As a lady was being rang up a gentleman in front of me had his items on the belt and I was behind him with only a few items in my cart and one lady behind me holding a few items. As she completed the lady she was ringing she looks at the man and I and say very rudely I'm closed what you'll just standing there you'll don't see the other register he open too( well yes he was but when I got in line he had people in line too but when the lady behind me walked up I had let her know but she had said she was ok she was going to wait I didn't move because I was already next in line with some of my items about to go on the belt)... she proceeded to get loud and disrespectful when she felt we were moving fast enough. So we looking confused move to the other line but now after she told us the line was closed and to get out her line and go to the other line( on my ticket it says his name was Ivan) .. she then tells the lady behind me (even though her light is out) ... oh no you don't have to move you been back there holding your things you come on I am honoring you...🤔 ..they could of moved to the other line( but really she could have went to the other line and been gone but she was adamant about being in that line like she knew the cashier ..... 🤔.. just wondering now)A manager Debbie was about to get off face was looking so shocked and actually quietly said something to her that that was not good customer service. She gets loud and starts talking about me and the man saying she didn't care how we felt .. she didn't feel like ringing us up when there was another register open) but neither had on a light and the man and I was already at her register..with merchandise on the belt😟... when I asked Manager Debbie can I talk to her and quietly move to a register near the office I then discover the cashier whom is a closing manager I think named Myla or Myra not sure but starts with M...She is now near the area I am with Debbie begins to talk loud about me again then goes outside to smoke.It was the disrespectful and loud attitude Along with unfairness to myself and the other gentleman that has changed my perception and view of the Dollar Tree in Williamsbug near the hospital. I was really surprised 😯 that the cashier was management but do want to give Kudos to the manager that was leaving Debbie was very professional and apologetic for the other closing manager behavior(even when I left she was still talking outside loud as I left😞😟)....

Well everyone knows the Dollar Tree if you don't then you must make a visit they have from A to Z on everything they already had Valentine's out and some Easter gardening supplies a beautiful display of party items from weddings to the smallest birthday a great selection for birthday cards all different types of cards for any occasion and their price nicely of course everyone knows that it's a $1.25 for anything in the store they even have a frozen food section and I've tried a lot of their products there and they are good so if you're on a tight budget give it a try you could sustain yourself bye-bye from that store if necessary

This store used to be the dollar store to go to in the area. The past two times I have been I pretty much just walked out. The store is so dirty, full and empty boxes everywhere and nothing on the shelves. Corporate really needs to consider closing this store or hiring new management that cares about the store. You have list my business.

The light is on indicating a cashier is "ready" and "available". Apparently, a conversation involving an HR matter has precedence over greeting your customer. The two associates proceed to engage in this critically important conversation. I was never greeted, asked if I found everything I needed, nor told the total amount of my purchase. These "customer service" associates continued their conversation through the entire transaction and the cashier actually stopped and turned away to further engage with the co-worker. My change was dumped in my hand without as much as a "thank you" or "have a great day". Rude. Just a suggestion, but since it appears that an HR topic is of great significance. Try discussing the definition of what customer service means.

I always stay too long and leave with waaayy more than I intended to get! There are many things here that are very comparable, if not exact, to items you can get at other stores for a much bigger pricetag/markup. Dollar Tree has definitely made it possible for my kids to have the supplies they needed for school projects, to have a decent Christmas morning, and for me to have cleaning supplies, hygiene products for the household, etc, on more than one occasion. Thanks Dollar Tree!

Shelves were very empty. I understand there's a pandemic going on, so maybe they are only getting certain items. The cashier was new and needed help, so the customer ahead of me worked at another Dollar Tree and had to help because no one was around to help.

This is Sunday morning I've worked all night barley remember my name and stopped in for a few things before I went home. I got my things and proceeded to the check out the older white woman told me that if I had a attitude to go to the other line. Just like everywhere, they have struggled some with inflation and suppy chain. But at keat this location has definitely improved in the last 6 months. It has more inventory, looks nicer and seems to maybe have gotten more help.

Stopped with grandkids to get items to decorate for holidays. They had a great time. Store well stocked. Kids had fun picking out items. Two registers open. Mall area clean. Store well stocked and clean. No musty smell.

Tina was RUDE!!! The only way I could understand if she was this rude is if someone close to her is ill or hurt. There is no call for anyone to be so disrespectful. My mom and I checked out seperately and she did not greet us or respond when we greeted her. Otherwise the store was clean (bare from Christmas rush). Prices were wonderful as usual!

They had Christmas papers for kids. I had a hard time finding somewhere that had them. We got scooby doo, frozen, trolls, snoopy just a wide variety of Disney and kids papers. Just for the Christmas stuff made for a good visit.

Walk through the door employee was ringing a customer up threw the customer bag at me as I was entering I then explained to the employee how I was afraid of shopping because of what had taken place she then got irate and told the entire store of customers to put all item back and leave out never have I ever experienced service like that ever I'm feeling terrible and afraid of going back in an dollar tree now it was more than twenty maybe more in the store at the time that was to me almost postal

This is the bigger of the two Dollar Tree stores in Williamsburg and almost always has a better selection. They even have a cooler in the back of the store with some cold and frozen foods.
