It is a clean store in a good location. I had never been to a big lots before. It seemed to me like a cross between a goodwill, an 80s K-mart, and a furniture store with poor product. I saw corporate is trying to rebrand the stores and I think that would be good to remain relevant. It's like a restaurant with too big of a menu. Had good deals on off brands and Christmas decorations during holidays. If you like odd stores it is for you. Employees were nice.

Fantastic selection of gifts for just about anyone on your list! Was super impressed with the assortment of furniture carried at Big Lots now!! Definitely will be where I share with my brides to be to frequent for their new duds!

This location has a decent variety of items. I haven't looked through the grocery section closely but it is very large. You have to be careful about the prices though. Although some prices are a great deal, there are many items that are not worth the listed price.

Firstly, let me say that Rob was the BEST!! He handled my order in such an efficient and friendly way and was just all around awesome. I initially bought a chair in the morning and upon checking it when I got back to my office, I realized I was given the wrong one. Had to go back in the afternoon and Rob hooked me up! His efforts made everything better. He gets 5+ stars but Big Lots management of the transaction earlier in the day would get like 2 stars.

Big Lots it’s not for me. If necessary I would shop. It’s a new store with great variety. Price friendly. Cashier was very friendly. Overall it’s a great store.

I visited the store in Williamsburg on mooretown rd and it was by far the worst experience ever. The issue has yet to be resolved even after reaching out to customer service to file a complaint. The store did not honor me as a customer. The manager Christine refused to sell me furniture. I was told that the item was available…not on hold and that I could not purchase it. Evidently because of my race. I didn’t want an apology I wanted to purchase the furniture as I should have been able to do so then. I’m appalled at the ignorance so blatantly displayed. I encourage big lots as a cooperation to choose better leaders and employees to support there business. I had to rate at least 1star to post but you all do not deserve that.

We were in Williamsburg the weekend of May 6th and went into the store looking for patio furniture. The set we wanted, some was in stock, other pieces were at other stores. Trish, I believe the manager on duty that day went above and beyond for us. We were in the store about an hour and a half, she took the time to call other stores and eventually we found the second chair we wanted. She made our purchase so much easier. Customer service at its best! Your store should be proud to have Trish.

This is a very nice store! Lots of variety. You can always find something there. They sell outdoor furniture, indoor furniture, garden items, outdoor decorations, packaged food, toys, household goods, makeup, some automotive and electronic items.

I have never been to a Big Lots this clean, and with employees this nice. From the moment I entered the store I was created, everything was organized and despite the insane pollen, the store was mostly dust free and clean. You can tell these employees take pride in their efforts. Great job and kudos to management on standing up a great big lots and keeping your team motivated.

This store is really good for walking around and buying stuff you never even knew you needed and for a relatively good price. Delivery or going there to buy something intentional it's not so awesome. The layout is kind of quirky you can't really find what you're looking for and the odds are probably 50/50 at best as to whether they're going to have what you're exactly looking for

Wow! We found a Big Lots that sells furniture! Well, not quite. We’ve been there twice, found something we liked but when we asked about the items, we were told they couldn’t sell it to us. Both times they didn’t have what we wanted in the back, they couldn’t order it and they wouldn’t sell us what was on the floor. If you ask me, that’s false advertising. They show you something that they can’t sell you. The second time, I asked to talk to the store manager. She told me all furniture stores are like that. NOT so! Both times, we went to another store and had what we wanted an hour later. OFF THE STORE FLOOR! It’s called Customer Satisfaction. This Big Lots needs to learn that concept.

Beautiful store! The furniture manager is awesome! I only wish the recorded greeting we listened to last night had the correct hours so we hadn't wasted over an hour waiting for them to open at 10 when the recorded message clearly said "open at 9" please fix.

Nice store but they need to get rid of the handicap wheelchair. My mother cut her feet on the broken pieces where you rest your feet. Lawsuit waiting to happen! A distract manager needs to do something about this because I’m sure the store manager is aware.

The furniture manager was very rude. I waited over ten minutes as one person was working in the furniture section. Once it was my turn she stopped and still helped a white couple before me. After I waited my turn.Christine the furniture manager then immediately said I DONT HAVE ANY OF THOSE ITEMS. She didn’t check another store or offer to until I told her.Then I ask for the store manager and she proceeds to tell me how well and how much customers love Christine. But I watched her be rude. The store manager Michelle made excuses for her behavior and talked about how every one loves Christine. I don’t care. I’m telling you about my experience with Christine.I’m pretty sure my skin and dress had a lot to do with it. They missed out on an $4k sale. I needed to furnish two bedrooms. An office. Living and dinning and patioThey won’t EVER GET MY BUSINESS

Love it!! I hate that it's so far from where I live (Carrollton), but their inventory and selection is so much better than the other 3 Big Lot's that are closer to me, that it makes it worth the drive!! I got a fabulous deal on an electric fireplace/heater/tv stand, I purchased it online to pick up at the Hampton store. Site stated it was available there, everything went through fine, all I had to do was wait for the notification that it was ready for pick up. About 15 minutes later I got a call from the Manager at the Hampton Big Lot's. He told me he was going to have to cancel my order because they couldn't find my item! He was nice about it, said they looked all over the store, and even though it was showing they had 3 left in inventory on the computer, for some reason they just couldn't be found! Online earlier it said they were out in Newport News, and Gloucester but he said they had them....after much online searching the only store that had them was the Williamsburg Store. I had never been to that one before, but I made my online purchase, and was expecting a call telling me they couldn't find it either!😂...But to my surprise, all I received was an email and text telling me my curbside order was ready for pick up!!! Woo Hoo!! I rushed over there to pick it up! The drive was long, but so worth it!! Their store is very nice, organized, and BIG!! Big Lot's is BIG in Williamsburg!! It was great! The employee's we're helpful and friendly, the store was clean, even the other shopper's we're nice!!! Overall great experience!! If your thinking of relocating to Williamsburg, this Big Lot's is definitely a great incentive!!😃

Customer Service was on point at this store. This location had wonderful lighting throughout the entire store. Each and every aisle was wide enough for my shopping cart to get through without some other store object in the way. The entire store was clean !!!

So impressed with this store. Employees go above and beyond to help me get the most discount. Store is clean and organized. Large selection of furniture. Employees are so accommodating they let us borrow a dolly on the honor system. Big help. I will utilize this store whenever possible. Thanks Big Lots Williamsburg for all your work.

Terrible customer service! STAY FAR AWAY from this business and DO NOT utilize their delivery service. They hire unprofessional people that treat customers terribly. Delivery driver uses profanity and challenges customers to altercations. When you contact the corporate office you are told that they will pass your information along however if the District sales Manager if this location wants to talk to you about this further, they will contact you.Horrible business practices!’

Bought a loveseat and when we got it home, we realized they loaded the wrong one on our truck. We called the store and Mark and Elaine arranged to have it picked up and the correct item delivered as we drove a long distance to purchase it. Very good service. Thank you.

Great store. Better than most Big Lots. Nice selection. Make sure you grab a cart. We made the mistake of not doing that earlier today!
