Visited from out of state and this brewery did not disappoint! It's in a great location within the outlets in Williamsburg and there are so many different beers to try! The bartenders provided excellent customer service as well! If I ever visit the area again I'll definitely hit up this taproom once more 🙌

Very cool interesting experimental beer selections. This is a great place to take a beer break while shopping the outlet stores. Friendly staff and plenty of merchandise too. Indoor seating of high tops as well as comfortable chairs with backs so you can relax. Beer to go sold here also.

We were from out of town visiting for the weekend. Our friends stay in Williamsburg often and recommended going to the Outlets for shopping. They also mentioned this brewery was a great pit stop before and after shopping.The seating is spacious and the inside is very nice. They have a large amount of beer to go including six pack bottles, four pack 16 ounce cans, and even 550ml bottles with cool bourbon aged beers. There is also a large apparel area. I love buying brewery apparel.The beer was very good with a large range of variety. I loved the new Irish cream spiced ale. My wife loved the Good Lick irish stout. They had a decent Cold IPA too, which is a current popular style.I highly recommend this spot, even if you aren’t shopping, just stop by.

A really great selection of craft beers to choose from. I really enjoyed the Peachy IPA and the Strawberry Shortcake. They have a really good tropical beer too. They can do a short or tall pour as well as filling growlers. They have a number of growlers available for purchase including the lined ones that have the vacuum sealing between to keep your beer cold longer than in the glass ones. A very nice seating area to choose from, tall tables, lounging chairs with a coffee table.

Stopped in while shopping, perfect little stop for a drink. The coffee stout was amazing. Atmosphere was quiet and simple. Quite a few drink choices for an auxiliary spot. Flight came out fast. Would go back.

Anne is the shining star of Alewerks. Anne's glory aside; Sydney (RIP), Heidi, Kita, and Sam are the greatest bartenders ever! They are really the best, friendliest, and most personable around. Sydney (RIP), Kita, Sam, and Heidi always go the extra mile to make sure customers have an amazing experience, and their amazing service and demeanor are a credit to this wonderful brewery. Dylan is tolerable in small doses.

Nice location in the Prime Outlets for a drink of local brewed beer. They also have swag. Open seating area so you can be socially distanced. They will give you a taste of you aren't sure what you want.

What can be better than an ale house in the middle of the outlet stores!!? Nice setup with 10 beers on draft, with beers brewed on site. Selection of tshirts, growlers, and other trinkets for sale too. They have board games and a mini basketball hoop set up as well. Awesome!!

The Aleworks L.A.B. at tne Williamsburg Outlets is a great place to hang and take a breather from shopping. The BBP beer is outstanding! A little goes a long way.

We drove from southern Mississippi to vacation at Williamsburg. We stopped at Oceans & Ale for lunch and had a Coffeehouse Stout. It alone was worth the drive.

A good place to grab a beer while shopping or after. It's good for the location, but the beers aren't worth going out of the way for. They're good but nothing special. We even tried their award winning Pumpkin Spiced Ale and it was okay at best. If you're looking for something convenient and are okay with decent beers then this place is for you. It is a huge space with tons of seating and merch. I recommend going before 1 when it's slower. It gets packed after 1.

Hard to beat a great local brewery in the middle of shopping madness. If you go shopping with you wife, tell her to meet you at Alewerks when she's done. It's like adult daycare!Still a great getaway!

Great location and ample free parking. The beer is not the greatest value but taste delicious. Service on the other hand range from from poor to great. One bartender Lilly was one of the most unprofessional bar tender I ever met. I asked what time did does the tap room close and I would say she was annoyed for asking the question. After that it was all down hill from their. I would give her a 2 out of fine for het service. Luckily for me the other bartender was great . I would rate 5 out of 5 due to helpfulness/personality. I'm surprised from the popular opposites .

We are regulars every Monday. The wife and I have found a perfect place to chill and have a couple brews. The beer is without saying is very good. The employees are friendly and helpful. Update. This is still hidden Gem of the Outlets. It's just a fantastic place to go an relax. Have a couple of beers.

Love this location! Perfect place to send the husband while shopping or have a pint while having a rest. The beer flights are the perfect way to find your favorite brew and there is plenty of seating. Loved the layout and design of the store and lots of merchandise to purchase. The workers were friendly and helpful. While sitting there I noticed lots of repeat customers coming in which is always a good sign.

Awesome place. The ale is amazing and the customer service is fantastic. We had our baby with us and they immediately let us know they had a changing table in the back bathroom if we needed it. They also took our bottle for us and kept it cool in the fridge and warmed it up for us when the babe was ready for it. Will definitely come back again!

Awesome beer tasting experience! I don't normally like pumpkin beers, but their Pumpkin Ale is great and is ranked #11 on Beer Advocate. I ended up buying my first 6-pack of a pumpkin beer here. If you're ever in the area or visiting the shopping outlets here, stop by for a pleasant atmosphere and tasteful experience.

A nice chill location. I didn't get the names of the staff but they were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The beer was phenomenal. Really rivaled a lot of the other local brewers. 10/10 recommend. Looking forward to trying more of their brews soon

Omg. Their Coffee Stout is a must have. I don't drink beer but I drank an entire glass. Loved it so much I bought a 6 pack to go. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely return.
