Always a great experience with employees involving sales, customer service. 1 star short because the last couple times, I’ve come to get coffee around morning time and 2 things: coffee wasn’t that warm, followed by the coffee area being covered in flies.

The employees here are wonderful. Always get greeted with a smile and friendly words.It is a very busy store especially during lunch. (11-1). Sometimes can't even get in parking lot.

Walked in for gas and cigarettes. The cashier had her iPad playing music at the register on full volume. This was incredibly obnoxious and made it very difficult to communicate with the employee. Furthermore, a child behind the counter standing beside the register, couldn't be older than 6-7, interrupts me mid-sentence to speak with the cashier I can only assume is her mother about the song playing. Incredibly unprofessional. This is usually my convenience store of choice, but I feel like I'll be taking my business elsewhere after today. Giving three stars and not one because the night shift employees are awesome and typically very courteous.

This is an Amazing store! It's ALWAYS so clean, has great customer service, and the NICEST people. I strongly suggest if you need to go get some groceries GO THERE! They also have a lot of discounts that will save your life when you're saving up!

Too many times I’ve been to this place and they never have receipts in the gas pumps. You have to go inside and wait in line with a bunch of dirtbags to get your printed gas receipts. Not a friendly vibe at all. You can do better 7 eleven

PLEASE READ BEFORE STOPPING HERE!!! If I could, I would give this place negative stars. Traveling home from vacation and it was the most convenient stop off the highway. The bathrooms were horribly disgusting, the woman's room had no toilet paper...no where to even hang toilet paper, the floor was soaked and they had a community bar of soap. Gross. There was also no signs saying that employees were required to wash hand and the employees were rude. I'm not sure if VA has to pass health inspections, if so this place must of been overlooked for years. Croaker road must of been named after this place cause I about died at the looks of how unsanitary this place is. The restrooms alone should have warning signs to use at your own risk.

I love this place it has all the best fresh and hot food you can get. It is right off highway 64 so it stay busy all the times. The customers love it knowing that they have the best service all the times. The same customers return all the time throughout theDay and the employees know everyone by name.

The 7/11 on Croaker Rd is not taking care of the outside property. There is trash laying all around! I don't like it! In general that place needs a face lift for sure! Inside and Outside!

Never really had a problem at this store there is one lady that is always uppity up and enjoys her job by the look of it so that’s good but the owner and the manager are peas in a pod not customer friendly I just wish that if you did not know the answer please do not just make one up but againThe older lady is probably the life of that store Should be very thankful you have her
