I've been going to this 7-Eleven for a local backyard playground build that is for my small business, and every time the clerks are welcoming and make the process of getting my refreshments easy.Also, I don't know who the well spoken young blonde that works there is, but you have a welcoming energy to yourself, and hope the rest of the 7 Elevens around give the work ethic and positivity that you do. I'll be glad to return and say hello again!

I walked into the store today while a employee was putting her hands on a customer. The employees were yelling racial remarks as the gentleman was leaving. The situation seemed provoked by the employee who put her hands on the gentlemen. He pushed the microwave after she proceeded to touch his food and him. I walked out called HR.

The staff and owner are horrible. They never have any food on the grill and always are hostile/aggressive for no reason. I see why the owner lost the other location in Lightfoot and most of her valued employees that don't go on racist tyrants for customers to record and post on social media... steer clear of this location so it can be given back to corporate and hopefully into competent hands!

It would be nice if I could get someone on the phone for lost & found purposes. Not really impressive about the store. That's for sure. All of the 7-11s in the area have gone down hill bad.

The staff and customers are horrible and racist!I was ganged up on by two white men, while the white cashier did nothing. Good thing I know how to fend for myself.

I walked in an immediately was accosted by an african american woman who told me it was state law that requires me to wear a mask and was quite rude. I even looked up the seven states that do require it and told her which is when she asked me to leave the store. I frequented this store quite often but will not be returning due to this rude employee. It is actually illegal for her to tell me that it is required as my medical condition could prevent me from wearing said mask then she is then putting me on the spotlight because of an illness. I will be in touch.

I'm so grateful there's a cleaner 7-11 I can enjoy going to and not feel uneasy due to the appearance of the establishment...I appreciate the friendly manager Pam how she takes pride in seeing the store is kept in a decent / tidy way...keep up the good work Pam...I suggest other stores could model from your 7211 Richmond rd Wmsbg VA store...p.s.I just recently started coming to this 7-11 vs others in the area

Very rude staff. I brought a big box of frosted flakes cereal and wanted to get 6 packs of sugar to put in them the owner mcgee or mccray whatever it is told me it was 5 cent a pack. Very rude staff and racist tendencies. Worst experience at a 711 ever. Would never come back again.

Daytime is great but overnight is lazy the black guy overnight especially because he is constantly on his Bluetooth earbuds he locks the alcohol doors early before the time he catches an attitude just to get back on the phone if I were the owner I would be absolutely ashamed and disgusted to have someone like this in my staff and I hope the owner changes it soon
