I went out there to pick up some hardware some bolt washer and nuts and I spent time getting them all together and then I go up front after spending 10 minutes looking through them all the lady gave me a notepad and a pen to go write down the prices on all the hardware. I wrote down the prices and then went back up front then she said I’m gonna get you to add a little bit more information so I said never mind I’ll go to Lowe’s . I don’t understand why you have to write down the prices of the hardware and bring it up to them they should have a book for it to scan the barcode . I’ll never go to Ace hardware again especially the West Point location. I honestly felt like ace hardware should put me on their payroll. Go to tractor supply! You will have way better service

They were really crowded but still found a person to help me get what I was there for. The gentleman also helped by noticing something I would have overlooked. I appreciate that kind of help while not being overly aggressive. Just helpful. Perfect.

When they have a sale, it's a good sale but they never have the sale items in stock. If you want the items, you have to pay for them that day, they will order the items and you have to go back and pick up the items. Crazy. Unfortunately for them, their prices are a little higher than Lowe's or Home Depot.

On the way to the Rivah I also like to stop by and get a few things. The employees are always very nice and helpful. And I have a chance to use my Ace card. Great selection and many selections I always enjoy this stop.

Waited 15 minutes, listening to the big gray haired guy complain about his back, after he told me he'd be right over to make me a key. So I left my merchandise. No positive customer service. A store ran like this is why folks go to the big blue or orange store. If I expect poor customer service, I will at least pay less for it at the big stores and have more of a selection. Drive the extra 10mi
