Newly renovated, I wouldn't say it's for the better though. It looks nice but employees are hard to come by since there are two self checkout. Unfortunately my machine needed an employee, so I waited till one showed up a out five minutes later. Super disappointed in the slow to no service. The one employee I did interact with seemed distraught to even plug in a much needed code. Other than that not a bad experience per say.

This store is better than the location on Richmond Tappahannock highway, but that's not the highest standard to begin with. The new remodel looks good, and Ethan is a seemingly hard working employee, but everyone else there is another story. I understand that the employees that work here are severely underpaid, which one of the former key holders here cited to me as the reason he left, but other than Ethan, it seems like none of the employees here have even the smallest amount of respect for anyone who comes in, much less for one another. It also seems like the store dropped down a bit in quality when Paul and Logan left.

It never very clean and the glass in the doors is broken 80% of the time. Or robbed there has been times I go to buy something and pick up the box is empty. But I good place to get paper towels and tissue and cleaning supplies.

I had to wait forever at checkout. I get it but neither cashier or customer moved stuff so I could set my stuff down. My arms were full and heavy. The cashier didn't use the bag holder for putting product in she pit the bag on the counter where ypu lay your items down and she filled the bag there. Then the lady couldn't find her card. There was two other people in line. We waited and waited and waited and the lady finally wrote a check still arms full and bag on the counter instead of the bag holder. She didn't apologize for the wait and again never asked me to set my items down. She seemed to be doing thing on purpose to upset the line. That's all. I go there all the time and always find what I need and have a good experience. This was sat at around 530 pm. I get surveyed as well so that should be what you need.

I only give this place 1 star because you half to. This place to nasty. I find it absolutely disgusting to half to walk through a cloud of smoke to get through the front door. Both employees outside smoking..like they are on vacation they don't wash their hand when. They come in.The employees stink..have bad hygine..rude...a d disgusting

If you need to try a product and you can't afford the regular or larger sizes, they have the right sized items to try a new product. Stopping by after work is less stressful then stopping by the grocery store and dealing with that stress!!

Very helpful . Employee John in West point store on main street always has a smile and is a,pleasure to see . As the rest of the employees to share the same helpfull enthusiasm .

I haven't had any issues here, except that they're heavily understaffed. This causes both customers and employees to become bitter and hateful. I would go to work there now, so I don't understand why there's such a shortage.

This place is completely unorganized and dirty. They have stock on carts blocking every isle. They are always short staffed and the wait is always long.
