We have been taking our girls ( 1 of 2 being a senior) here for over a year. Been very happy with service they have done, grooming, nails, baths. They both get excited knowing they are going there. Very nice with us, work with us on setting up future appointments. They were recommended by a co worker of ours. I would highly recommend to anyone reading this!! My wife dropped our dog off for grooming. It was discussed and agreed to take one inch off. To our surprise when we picked him up, he was completely shaved to the skin in his ears and looked horrible. Who does this to an animal?? I demanded my money back and asked them why they did this as my dog had no mats, I just bathed him last week and travel alot and have a reputable dog sitter. Please do not take your dog here, they are not groomers, they are shavers. I will never ever go back here again and I will tell everyone I know to not go here. I took my dog back there and asked them why they did this when specifically we discussed one inch and why they did not call us? No response, they have no customer service skills. And, by the way they Gladly refunded my $50, which is higher than most places, why did they do that? They knew what they did without communicating was wrong. Please all, do yourself a favor and do not take your pet here, they were very cruel to my dog, shaving all his hair off, lazy groomers, if they had an issue, which there were none, why not call the customer???? Look at the pictures folks, you tell me?? The way my Jack looked, my dog, my friend and the way I got him back when we said groom him one inch! No call, just shaved, Horrible!!

Took my 2 dogs there today. One had matts real bad and the groomer cleaned her up real good. Very satisfied with both dogs. The time it was done in for both dogs was just under 3hrs. Thank you yappy campers! GREAT JOB! I will be returning for your services.

We absolutely love this place!!! Even better, my beautiful Rottweiler, Bella, loves it. She's a longhaired Rottweiler and she's a playful girl who loves to roll around outside. Unfortunately that means some things mess up her beautiful coat. Yappy Campers always does a PHENOMENAL job! She ends up smelling wonderful for weeks, and her coat is soft, shiny, and so smooth that you can run your fingers through it and not get caught. I highly recommend this place, they go above and beyond and you'll pick up a very happy and clean fur baby.

Debbie cut, bathed and trimmed nails on m y little Yorkie. She did an absolutely fantastic job!!! Harley has found her groomer. They got me in really quick. Seems everyone else is not taking new clients. HIGHLY recommend Debbie at Yappy Campers!!!

Yappy Campers did a wonderful job grooming our terrier mix. She was bathed and had her nails trimmed as well. Our pup gets very anxious when we leave her; the staff made her feel safe and calm. We were extremely pleased with the facility and the welcoming staff. The prices are unbeatable in our area. We highly recommend this place!

We took our dog over at Yappy and asked them to cut a little bit on the legs because our dog was hairy,but we told them that we liked our dog to be hairy we also have them take my dog on a bath, and cut the nails. First they used the razor and almost shaved the legs of our dog then the legs are not even at all. You can see from far away that the cut was not proportionate. Then the nails are still too long. It looks like they filed the nails instead of cutting them. They also didn't try to detangle knots and instead cut them off which can show clear indications that they unevenly cut the knots off. To pay for $70 is OVERPRICED. They cut too much on the hair and didn't cut the nails like we had them cut before. In other times we have went to this place they made the correct cuts, but this time they cut too much and messed up the look of our dog.

My pup and I both love Yappy Campers. I live with my Yorkie so I know he can be a pain... but they are always so sweet to him and treat him like a king. His haircuts are always perfect. They stay busy so call ahead to get a grooming spot. They do their best to work with my schedule.

I can't say enough good things about Yappy Campers. My little rescue pup was groomed there on Wednesday. She looked AMAZING!! Ellie gets anxious because she never wants to be away from me, but Debbie knows how to calm her fears.The price is extremely reasonable for the excellent care and professional services received.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my furbaby.

My rescue pup Merlin is shy, anxious, and somewhat fearful. Yet he was long overdue for a grooming. Yappy Campers was able to accommodate to get him in as the last appt in the evening. This was finally successful!! My roommate did help with the initial drop off and hanging around to comfort Merlin. She mentioned that your understanding of pet behaviors and body language/cues really make for a more positive experience. Thank you for your patience and professionalism in working with us. We will definitely be back

They took great care with Rosalie's grooming and she had a blast in their daycare. I've never encountered Rosalie so happy and relaxed after going to the groomers that she wasn't even anxious on the car ride home. I'm so happy I found an affordable, professional, and accommodating groomer close to where we live. I highly recommend them!

Love being able to bring my dog Finley here for quick nail trims, and always receive excellent customer service! They also carry Bocce Bakery treats which are Finley's favorite, so I'll definitely be buying those from Yappy Campers in the future!

Just took my dog there for her first grooming, she has NEVER liked to have her nails clipped or hair trimmed before, so was definitely nervous about how things would go. The staff was SO terrific, and she did great, she had many mats and tangles, but they got her all taken care of... including nails, and she was just hanging out with them and some other doggies when her I picked her up. I was more than pleased with how well they took care of her!! And the price was much less than I had expected. Overall they rank 5++ stars for me and my pooch!! They will be my go to place regularly now.

Took my 30lb husky mix to get her first grooming service here in the summer. i explained i needed her winter coat removed and deshedding treatment because it was getting hot. upon arrival she was taken from me and just put in a room, i waited for about 5 min for them to get their head on their shoulders. when they helped me they asked where my dog was… after explaining a lady had taken her and put her in the room behind the counter they retrieved my dog. 45 min later i got a call that she was ready (i paid extra to for her to not be crated) she was soaking wet and they charged me for an Extra large dog. i was so distraught by getting her back wet and the fact she didn’t really smell like much that i just paid it. once i realized it i called back and they did refund me. i haven’t been back. everybody has off days but it was enough for me not to try again. i don’t think any dog should be return soaking wet. they just seemed under staffed and over worked

Yappy Campers is awesome! Our dog is a rescue with anxiety issues. She’s not really good with grooming and people she doesn’t know. They people at YC are very patient and very good with her. The only place we will take her. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I am mortified. The first grooming we had a "puppy trim" and our dog looked great, but this time the groomer suggests a "full groom" and we give them the okay thinking it couldn't be that bad. Only once we got home did we see how truly horrific her cut was, missing chunks, uneven layers, completly horrible results. If she weren't in her carrier after the trim I would have demanded a refund upon seeing her.

Sharing for a close neighbor who took their pup there. I petsit this dog and am a former Vet Tech who used to groom. I bathed this dog while pet sitting him a week ago. Owners took him for a trim, sweet, behaved boy with no matted fur and very docile. He came back completely shaved, nearly bald and now acting more timid and nervous. Very sad. Mistakes may happen but this was portrayed as a necessary act for a supposed "matted, unkempt" dog which is farthest from the truth.

Love the place. The second I walked in with my little puppy pal, we were greeted with a very friendly staff. Very happy with them. My little pal was excited to come back the next day. The three staff members, especially the one man there, were very kind and enthusiastic about dogs.

My 160lb dog is between surgeries. He hasn't been able to have a bath since the first surgery so he was getting a little stinky. I took him into yappys today to get him fresh before his next surgery. The owner was so caring and accommodating! She got him clean without hurting him and it was so quick. She even let me "help" to make sure he didn't slip and fall! (since he's still in recovery that could be a disaster)This place is the best! And the prices are way better than Petco and Petsmart!! I'm reccomending them to everyone! Support your local small businesses!

My poor poodle had been negeted due to my illness and was quite matted up. Yappy Camper did not even bat an eye and said sure. When I picked him up he was so dapper and prancing like a different dog. I will only use Yappy's because of their great job with my dog and the way they treat me as well.
