Love that there is a gas station connected to it. The stores appearance is neat and clean. Was suprised that there is even a pharmacy. I subtracted a star for the long check out lines, even at self checkout. Not sure if it's always like that, but around 3pm it was. Great store overall!!

Always kinda disorganized, but please get the brown haired teenage girl out of self checkout. Twice now the red light has been blinking above me because something did not scan properly etc- both times she’s just looked me and said “do you need help ?? 😁😁😁”Like girl, do you not see the light, does it not tell you on your little device? What kind of question is that? How hard is it to pay attention.

The pharmacy miscounted 120 of my seizure medication and were making a huge deal telling me that I would have to pay to get it sooner, and I would be short the next time. Luckily Glen the manager of the pharmacy was able to pull up camera footage and realized that someone else had “miscounted 120 pills FOR SEIZURES”!! That is unacceptable and really ridiculous! If it wasn’t for Glen, I would never use their pharmacy again!

If you're a customer here, watch your Rxs closely, they may be messing things up bad.This store and Walmart corporate allowed a pharmacy employee and the "Asset Protection" person to make 100% false allegations of very serious criminal activity and serve trespassing papers against an extremely loyal customer because the pharmacy employees messed up said customer's prescription refills so bad it almost cost him his doctor(No, these were not narcotic Rxs & the customer is not a pill junky. He is an individual with many legitimate health issues).Then, over a month after this customer had figured out what was going on and confronted the pharmacy about it, He was blind sided by the glorified security guard in the entryway, while peacefully leaving the store, after making usual purchases and told within earshot of everyone entering and leaving on a busy Friday evening that he had been stalking and threatening a pharmacy employee.*He 100% HAS NOT done those things and that can be proven*. The only interactions this customer has ever had with that pharmacy employee are pharmacy transactions and confronting the pharmacy about the HUGE mistakes. On that day, the most that was said to the pharmacy employee was "I'll call the pharmacy board then", after she got extremely nasty, denied them doing anything wrong and cursed at the customer. Saying he's calling the board is nowhere near a violent threat and *completely within his patient rights!!*Another pharmacy employee had to come to the window and remove her because she was being so unhinged.This second employee looked at the records and ADMITTED they had made mistakes.When the customer pushed back, knowing he hadn't done this, the "Asset Protection" person herself changed the story about who made the accusations TWICE. She even admitted to this customer that she DIDN'T HAVE A SHRED OF EVIDENCE, but was still banning him from the store. When he told her he'd call corporate, she MOCKED HIM and said nobody would believe him.Well, corporate doesn't have to believe him, but the courts will because we can 100% prove the pharmacy employee is lying. We will not back down and give up on correcting this heinous, manipulative action. It's textbook defamation from the pharmacy employee because she's afraid of losing her job over this massive mistake and her behavior. Behavior that TWO other employees apologized for the day it happened.Also, she(the pharmacy employee) shared this customer's name with the "Asset Protection" person, from the pharmacy records so it could be put it on the trespassing notice. I'm not sure if that's a HIPAA/patient rights violation yet, but it sure seems close, because "Asset Protection" aren't actual law enforcement.Not to mention, if the pharmacy employee was so afraid of this customer stalking her and making violent threats, why wouldn't they call the *actual* police?!? That's a very serious crime.Because you have to have some evidence for that. They don't have a single bit, straight from the admission of the "Asset Protection" lady herself.Not a good look Walmart, but it's ok, the world will know about this incident. I'm taking it to Twitter next. We refuse to let this massive corporation bully us into being quiet about their mistakes.

Worst Pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to have to use. Problems getting prescriptions ever single time I come in there. Folks we are not meaning once in a while. We are talking every single time. Had to leave without my pain med and My gabapentin today.

The pharmacy has gotten terrible with customer service, they are so rude, slow and shouldn’t even be operating. About as bad as CVS. Pretty bad with the pharmacist gets smart with you, his name starts with Gl***. Can’t even ask about what prescriptions are ready without a bad attitude.

The interior is nice. Prices are very affordable and have many sales. The only thing is that some of the cashiers are slow, but otherwise this is a great place to get gas and groceries.

First time in there today and it was like walking into a doctors office how clean and organized everything really was. So easy to find items and everything just seemed perfectly stocked and kept up. I’ve never been into a grocery store that was this well organized. Loved it

I wrote a lot of reviews and strive to be positive in all situations. I’d like to swear and say horrible things but that won’t solve anything.I will say we waited 51 minutes for a 45.00 order. Called in and they never asked what spot we are in. Then one of the employees wanders in and out of the 6 spots yelling last names to find the customer…. That’s just stupid. But hey maybe the system is down.Called a second time started by saying we are in spot 2 and who we were they said they will be right with us. By now 8 customers have come and goneNot one employee ask us anything or spoke to us. 2 more phone calls and still nothing.This was about as sad of customer service as I have ever seen. Disorganized sloppy disrespectful and overall a massive waste.Next time tell your customer that you probably gave their groceries to someone else and they need to repulse the order, throw in a 5.00 coupon. Act like you care even a little bit.But really whatever, people will still use you get pissed off complain and nothing will change.

I just would like to know how to sign up for the VIP membership. That seems to be the only way to be noticed by the pharmacy staff.A line of us waited, while the pharmacy clerk helped everybody who wasn't waiting for that help.Even makes me wonder as to the cleanliness of this Walmart as a whole, when one of the people who were taken before those in line had a rambunctious dog being held by what looked like paracord (not a leash, just the rope).

Walmart Market is a great addition to Waynesboro. Nice knowing the same products are in all stores.It's February and they are gearing up for Valentine's Day, store is still clean, fairly well stocked and associates are ready to help you.Clean, well stocked, lot's of help and stocking going on.April 2024Stopped by for fuel! Everything looking good!! Cheapest price on diesel in the area.

Poor experience at the pharmacy drive through. Employee named Michelle treated us as if we were stupid because we came to pick up a prescription that we were told had been sent in and it had not. She was very rude to us and we will be switching pharmacies and never coming back to this one because of this interaction. She had a very poor attitude and repeated asked us to spell a name as if what we were saying was incorrect. She even stated “you’re welcome” after being the rudest she could have been. Very disappointed and hope something is done about this situation.

We get most of our prescriptions filled here. There's this guy with long hair (sorry I don't remember his name) who works in the pharmacy & he's the most cheerful & kind person I've seen. He makes transactions go smoothly with his excellent customer service. He makes up for bad experiences we've had with other cashiers. I also appreciate the low prices of the grocery Dept. A little bit goes a long way.

This was just a stop on our way home. For some strange reason we had stopped at 3 different gas stations and all them had there bathrooms 🚻closed. But the last one recommended Walmart. It was clean and a very nice man helped us find a sm thing of ice cream for my daughter . We still had a long drive ahead of us for that day.

Can someone please tell me why this store puts a underage cashier in the only line where you can purchase cigarettes? After you wait in line to check out for 13 minutes to purchase cigarettes to only be told "I can't sell you cigarettes, because I'm not old enough". Why does this store sell cigarettes if customers can't purchase them???? It happens all the time at this location.

Got to Walmart at 10 pm a Young girl sitting on a chair at the entrance yelling at the top of her lungs hardly anyone there no cash credit cards only, a couple of people came in and yelling louther. So disrespectful.

I like the convenience of the store but it's never stocked and when they are stocking the shelves it's during the busiest time during the day or even the busiest part of the evening too. Seems like they're always out of product....no excuse me they ARE always out of product. Isn't Thier a log that accounts what's supposed to be there then take away whats been sold and whatever missing from being sold should automatically ordered and if it's a huge and often purchased product then wouldn't it be fair to say you'd either have it in abundance or at least never run out. I'd say out of 10 things they'll be out of at least 4 things. Other than that I really would be all the way with the Neighborhood Walmart. The people are always nice and they have electric carts for whomever might need them though they have like 5 and at least 3 of them will be either broke down or in the parking lot dead from being left because customers leave them and or so does the buggy persons. It's a new store and sometimes things take awhile to get adjusted so. I have noticed they are making changes and it's starting to improve!!

I feel like I'm going into a jail. I've had people watch when I'm checking out. I went in to get a light I had to go look for someone to open the case for me. He was mad because he had to leave his station to help me. We don't go into this store very much. Not everyone is trying to steal from them. So they have lost a lot of my business

Parking lot is easy to navigate with 6 handicap spaces conveniently located. Gas pumps are well designed with plenty of designated space between them. The store is arranged much like the larger Walmart with good quality fresh and prepared foods. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to shopping here regularly.

Convenient location and easy to do some quick shopping and fill your tank- but customer service here is horrible. My husband and I stood at uscan for 10 minutes waiting on a ID check for his beer purchase. There was only 1 other person working and they were at a register, she refused to call someone to help- she said that someone was on their break and we’d have to wait until they returned. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not go back late night for beer.

Service is horrible. 3 out of 5 times I go to cash my paycheck nobody is at the customer service desk. 2 employees claimed to have gone to look for someone who could help me and 1 finally returned after 20 minutes of standing there to tell me they have no one in the building that can do that. This happens so often that it finally made me leave my first review on a store. This frustrates me considering there are tons of employees in the store with not a single one that knows what's going on. Is it to much to ask an employee to do their job? I guess we will see if my review here helps management seek out a solution. Hell I will come run the thing myself.

Clean & well stocked store with plenty of handicapped parking. UNBELIEVABLY DISGUSTING prices keep going up each visit seems like items are higher in price. Turkey Butterball frozen breast smaller than a football was $16.89. I recall .39/lb for turkey now ITS AVERAGE $2.50/LB THATS HORRIBLE AND IS LEADING TO ME & MY HUSBAND DOING WITHOUT THANKSGIVING DINNER.

Always clean and very helpful. The workers there was always so friendly and sweet always asking if they could help me. I love this lil market. You can get in and out without walking your legs to death like the big supercenter. The produce is amazingly fresh.

It's a decent place to shop most of the time. Soda and ice cream frequently has many bare shelves. Scan and go is nice because there are belts to load goods. Makes check out quick.
