Target employees are so friendly and helpful. The ones that work the Star Bucks counter don't get paid enough! The store is always well stocked, clean, and organized. Prices are fair and the selections are huge. The store probably has most items you will need at one place. Easy return policy for those items you don't love... Recently, we were entering the store and saw an interesting online order pickup. The customer had ordered a Star Bucks coffee and the Target/Star Buck employee was delivering to their car. There's a free standing Star Bucks about 1 mile from the store. Wish we had a picture to share!

Found great sale items and a very sweet, kind and helpful gentleman that works there who is hearing impaired. He is worth his weight in gold. Always helpful, always writes a note to let you know he is available to help usually running from place to place in the store to take care of everything 💕

This store is very convenient location wise but never has what I’m looking for. It’s a waste of time most visits. Today, I thought, “surely they must have bananas and apples in the grocery section.” … Nope.Fool me once? Shame on you. Fool me fifteen times? Shame on me!I’m off to Walmart I guess.

Always greeted with a friendly smile. Where able to help the local football team blessed by a donor to help shop for family and support during a busy stocking hour in the store with a smile despite having teenagers checking out for first time in a fast matter.

I hate this store! Their employees at customer service DOES NOT LISTEN!! I had to bring something back (YEA I HAD THE RECIEPT) I needed to exchange the item, I wasn't asking for $ back! Just needed it exchanged, "They no longer do returns" "store credit or put back on my card" OK, I'll take store credit because I no longer have that card/acct."He went ahead and put it back on the card!! Basically you stole my damn $ and took the product too. Bc there is no card to send it too!. Thanks Target!

Women working the customer service desk today 12-14 just shouldn’t be employed there. Not only was she extremely rude and passive aggressive to me- but I watched and listened to her talk to a women hard of hearing horribly. Way too old to be acting like a bully. Happy Holidays! 🤦🏻‍♀️

The store's cleanliness and attention to detail, coupled with its efficient layout, make finding products and navigating the aisles a breeze. While checkout times can occasionally be a bit lengthy, the friendly and helpful staff mitigate any inconveniences. I highly recommend.

Since I've been dealing with hip pain and have not been able to move around easily, I have depended on the pick up service at my local Target. It saves me steps and time! The employees at the Waynesboro, VA store have been exceptionally professional and kind. If you aren't taking advantage of the pick up service when you need it, you are missing out!

Cashier made me aware of a target circle discount, I wasn't aware off and I saved $10.Store is always neat and clean. Staff is friendly. This Target is a great store to shop at. Employees are friendly and easy to find if you need help. The store has a clean, bright appearance. Love the snack bar area. Great product selection and store is well-organized and never cluttered. I love shopping here and highly recommend it.

The shopping experience is consistently good and pleasant. Customer service is good, people are friendly, store is clean and organized. The mobile app is absolutely stellar, as is the website, both with excellent usability and uncanny search engine, even telling me in which aisle of the store a product I seek is located. Overall, excellent shopping, with great curbside pickup service as well.

I have always liked Targets quality and selection of products. The store is clean, well lit, with aisles that are wide enough to allow carts to pass each other. The employees are always very helpful and friendly.

Friendly, cleanliness was on point and had everything I was looking for. Easier to get to than the one in Charlottesville. An employee literally said hi to me unprovoked and was walking around smiling. Another one was very helpful during self checkout when I needed something fixed. They seem to have a good crew that are happy at this location.

I absolutely love this target. They are rarely out of stock. They even did a great job of organizing and fairly distributing toilet paper and paper towels during times when it was low! The staff is super friendly! Even with a mask on you can tell they are smiling and verbally greeting you. Anytime I have a question, the staff has gone above and beyond to help me - that’s including on the phone, in the pharmacy, and price matching all the time 🤣!! I can truly say that I have never left this target unsatisfied. Thank you to the employees!

I love that I am finding prices that are so reasonable. I also found ethnically diverse Christmas ornaments - even an Advent calendar! Target is also very clean and well organized. I like that I can find bargains as well.

I Love Love Love the Drive Up option, if you don't have a Target app on your phone, you should get one and take advantage of this service. There is never a long wait, there is no minimum amount for this service and staff is always very friendly. A must have for busy people on the go.

I'm sick of coming in the store and being followed by the employees the entire time. They make it very obvious, It didn't make me feel safe. I didn't enjoy my shopping experience at all. I don't understand why your employees feel the need to Aggressively pursue customers. Do yall profile? Is there an Alarm that goes off when I walk into the store? I don't steal. I'm trying to figure out why I'm being followed...is target giving bonuses to employees that catch thieves?Well seems like it was a waste of $$$ following around a good paying customer. We spend on average $400 every time.Not anymore target. I'm disappointed. Please tell me why it's always like that so I can better understand...

I love my local Target, however recently customer service desk has been a bit lax. It used to be do whatever to please the customer; now they can't be bothered if it involves effort. Called to see if I could change my order pick up method and they acted like I was asking them to perform surgery.
