We took our Aussiedoodle, Georgia Lynn, here today and are more than pleased. We have taken her to the same groomer since she was 8 weeks old, but due to extreme price increase we decided to try PetSmart. Let me just say that Bonnie was absolutely amazing. She not only did a great job with our baby, but she was also very professional and knowledgeable. We are very excited to continue bringing our girl back to her in the future. Thank you, Bonnie!

It takes 53 mins to get there 1x a month and they constantly weed out the products my cats like.Its hard to find a helpful staff person.. But I think other people have a different experience and the dogs enjoy being there. Pricey but they all are Clean

The store is always clean and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They all love pets, especially our puppies. The checkout is always smooth and effortless. Thank you for being such a great place to shop for our fur babies.

I wish there was a sign in the front dogs on the right cats on the left as it would have saved me about 50 steps but who couldnt use an extra 50?? I was looking for dog food and training treats and a cheap chew toy. I found everything but no one offered me help and when I asked about a sales sticker I was informed that the sale didnt start until the next day. Ok. Good to know but maybe she could have tried to find me something comparable on sale then. And I think the rewards program was right around 1%. Yikes!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience! We got our first baby ball python and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Oliver. He was outstanding! He happily shared his knowledge and assistance in obtaining everything we needed for our brand new addition to the family. I feel like I made a new friend. I will gladly drive the extra miles to shop at PetSmart!

I selected a groomer who I knew was great from reviews from a friend. But instead of her grooming my dog she passes him off to another person without telling me. Said grimmer cut my dogs paw pad and didn’t bother on telling me. I found out when I picked him up and his paw was bleeding on my car seat. I have had so many horrible experiences with this PetSmart. I won’t take any pets there again.

My little Phoebe loves coming here for her grooming! I always make her appointments with Brandi and Brandi is always happy to see Phoebe. Brandi does such a wonderful job clipping her nails and trimming her fur. Last time Phoebe went to the groomer I opted for the Summer Special Bath and Brush. My little babydog was smelling like Hempz Strawberry Limeaide and she was so soft and shiny! They even gave her a little bandana.

The grooming center is absolutely awful. Deserves negative stars. Twice I’ve booked an express groom and been told when I got there that they have no record of an express and it would be a couple hours. I made the mistake of recommending them to someone else and they just did the same to her. Why on earth would you take a dog at 7a.m. With no other dogs there and refuse to honor the express booking? Not even apologetic or trying to find a solution…awful.

Made an appointment, brought my dog in, staff was less than pleasant. I explained that pup might be aggressive and that I have a muzzle but was told they can't allow that because of his breed. Instead of giving me the cone to put on him she tried to pick him up but he went for her and scraped her skin. Didn't bleed, just pierced the skin. Still no offer to let me put the cone on him. Foolish. She said she wouldn't be allowed to continue. Just got a lead from our vet for a highly recommended groomer. Didn't have the option to give zero stars or I would have. BTW pup didn't pay any attention to any customers or their dogs. Perfectly behaved until we got into the grooming "salon",

This business collects and holds donations for Augusta Dog Adoptions. After this rescue begged for donations, i offered a big bag of dog food. The response was rude, abrupt and mean. They will not receive any more donations from me. I definitely would not trust them with my dogs.

Great customer service, massive variety for all popular pets. However, I regularly have to look up prices online because of either no price tag, an opened item with no labeling or items in the wrong spot. Very little effort into merchandise organization makes for annoying visits.

This time I went to take my pet rats to them because I couldn't take care of them anymore but they don't take them anymore. They recommended me to take them to Lyndhurst Shenandoah animal place. That broke my heart. From what I heard they euthanize animals. So I took the rats back where I originally got them pets and pals.

This place has everything we need for our furriest family members! Natalie was extremely helpful helping us find everything we need. Incredibly friendly and a wonderful personality; we can’t wait to come back again. Definitely a lot better organized and stocked than the other pet stores in the area.

I have used the groomers here for years with no issue until today. Went to have my dog's nails trimmed and was told they won't do my breed of dog. He is a 35 pound Staffie, very loving and docile and they have done him every couple of months for years!! The groomers were rude and unprofessional from the moment we walked in. I have shopped here for many years, spent thousands of dollars on food, treats, toys..... but will never shop here again.

We needed a harness for our 10 month old GSP puppy. The staff went above and beyond to help us pick one out and fit it on her. I forget her name, but the training girl even gave us a new leash when she saw our old one was not sufficient. They are definitely top notch in my book and I would highly recommend them.

Nice store, wide selection of products. Only 4 stars because we never have luck with their crickets and other feeders they only have small crickets and their boxed worms and crickets are sometimes dead. Needing feeders (and lots of them) for our bearded dragon that can eat 40 large crickets a day at this point. Although it's really close to our house and would make it super convenient this is not my go to place for crickets and feeders.

The girl at the register was out on the floor when I went up front and asked her something and she tried to help me a along came some other workers to help. Though they did not have everything I was looking for, it was a pleasant experience. I really enjoyed talking to the girl at the register. She was very pleasant and smiled the whole time

The clerk was disgusting to look at with that third world nose ring hanging off its nose. It was disturbing and disgusting and I will never shop there again because of it.
