Stephanie at Pet Galore grooming is amazing, she treats your animals as if they were her own. Please be aware her business is open by appt only and also she offers add-on services that no other groomer I’ve had has offered. The establishment is super cute and clean. My 3 shih-tzu are my babies and I trust her 100% with them.

I have been taking my Shetland Sheepdog to Stephanie for quite some time. On my, she does an excellent job grooming my dog. She is very friendly whenever we come by and my dog loves her so much. The facility is always clean and smells good. Plenty of room to check in and check out. If I ever left Waynesboro, leaving this groomer would be sad. She takes such good care of my dog. I highly recommend Pets Galore.

We presented our golden retriever to Stephanie in full coat, dirty, having multiple mats, and uneven areas where I had tried to trim her out-of-control coat. She was returned to us looking like a magazine ad for championship Goldens! Stephanie’s bubbly and friendly attitude also made us feel like we had found the absolutely best groomer in the area!!!

I took my Rocket to Pets Galore Grooming for the first time today and he looks fantastic! Rocket is an odd mixed pup with constant tail wagging energy, a loving personality, but a challenge to groom with a chiququa scream 😂I had him shaved down last year for summer since he has a double thick coat, but his head was left untrimmed so he looked odd for a bit. Stephanie did an awesome job blending that Rocket looks complely natural! I can't stop fawning over him. He is so handsome!

Groomer employee or owner refuses to cut dog nails despite them being super long and giving my pup arthritis bc pupper won't ler me do it at home. I told her how I'm homeless right now with my doggo (I have the $$ to pay for her nails right now) and her response was literally "Oh, it's not available until mid August AND you have to do a full bath and grooming We don't do nails only." I hate leaving negative reviews of small businesses, but this one deserves it. Take your pets elsewhere, please.For the record it was NOT a walk in, I asked to MAKE an appointment and was turned away. Please don't lie in your response.

First off to let whoever K. Wakeman is know, you must have the wrong business for your review because this is a dog grooming business not a puppy store. Get your stuff straight before you write a review next time. This grooming shop is very clean, and decorated very nice. This lady knows how to treat dogs so they don't mind coming back to see her. My dogs don't get trimmed (their hair is short) but they get baths, nails trimmed and brushed. They leave dry and smelling great! Thanks for your job well done Stephanie.

Was looking for a groomer to trim nails on a Saturday I called 4 other places and got voicemail and no call backs. Finally pets galore picked up the second ring worked me in with no notice. They come to the curb for your pet take it inside while you wait in the car then bring the pet back out. They were very kind tomy elderly friend with her elderly chiuawawa . Will go back and recommend to others

The Pets Galore owner is one of the most unprofessional vendors I have ever encountered. She took a deposit on a puppy from me, then sold the pup to someone else despite my complete adherence to the deal we had made. Told me "I was lucky" she was returning my deposit, and that she would not return it if I wasn't nice to her. Sent me a bad check, then wouldn't cover the bad check fee. Sent me multiple nasty texts including several telling me I was "stupid." This woman should not be allowed a business license. I wouldn't trust her with my business or with my dogs.

I want to let everyone know that Pets Galore did a wonderful job grooming my yorkipoo and short haired miniature dachshund. I have been to a lot of grooming shops in the area and have never been this satisfied. This is the cleanest grooming shop in the valley and it's affordable. Pets Galore did not only give my yorkipoo a great cut, but also offered special services such as a feather extension. I got a feather extension for my yorkipoo around Halloween and it was so cute! I'm thinking about getting another feather extension for Valetine's Day too!

Took our schnauzer to have a cut and bath. Owner was told several times “Do Not Trim Her Beard”. Came back to pick her up and her beard was gone! All she had to say was “it will grow back”. Never again will we trust her with our babies!
