Katrina and her staff are the most kind, wonderful, and dog loving people in Waynesboro. I have been going to Paws & Claws for 2+ years now ,and my dog and I are always happy with their service. This was my pups first time ever getting groomed and I was very nervous how he would be. They took their time with him, as well as put my mind at ease. You could tell he loved them. I highly recommend this groomer!

Cut my kitties nails trimmed and she trimmed 3. Didn't notice it till the next day when I took my kitty to the vet I thought it was just one she missed so they cut that one then when I got home there was a almost all of them weren't cut. Do not recommend. Zero stars

My friend and I took our three little babies to get their nails clipped and buffed. It's so much more convenient to have your dog taken in and returned while you wait in the car. She did a fantastic job and even spent a few minutes giving us some grooming tips. My friend and I both heartily recommend.

When I first saw my dog he was shockingly different and the effect seemed cute. As I drove home I realized just how short some areas were cut. Since I had brushed him prior to handing him over, there was no excuse. Then at home we realized he was basically hacked. Uneven everywhere and he had razor burn marks even though his fur was only shortened not shaven. I guess the work was done quickly with little thought to the outcome. I won't return.
