Looks like an old Perkins, but this is a Panera. The layout inside is a bit off, but the food was prompt and yummy. The staff was extremely courteous - not just to me, but I noticed them chatting with other customers, including several who were apparently regulars. Heck, I'd go back!The place was clean. Large, free parking lot that was easy to enter and exit. Grassy area to walk my dog. To go ordering was fast and mostly accurate (forgot to put a fork in the bag for a salad).This is a great stop if you live nearby or are moving through on the nearby Interstate. I recommend!Parking: Unusually large number of parking spots.

While this Panera may lay somewhat off the beaten path, they deliver some of the best Signature Panera treats money can buy this side of the Mason Dixon line.The standout of this location is the large amount of varied seating from tables to booths to more hidden booths deep with the back of the venue. You will definitely be able to find seating to serve your needs, whether it be for an intimate encounter, family pit stop, or solo trip before you escape to New Zealand.I am a big fan of their Smokehouse Cheddar Chicken sandwich served on a brown, buttered toasted bun.You'll likely be able to find something here that you like of you are a first timer. Enjoy!!

Food was good. Service? I wish I could put no stars. The girl who placed my food on the pickup table was rude. I looked at two cups that I thought were mine and she said “no. The order is not done yet. And no, those are not yours.” Her tone was beyond rude. I don’t know what her name was but she had two braids on the back of her head. I wish I caught her name. All I know is she was snooty.

Update: The lady working in the restaurant, cleaning tables and stuff, is the BEST. Super friendly and helpful. A real delight to meet her.Staff is super friendly.I used the drive-thru. The wait wasn't bad at all.Everything I ordered was correct.Delicious toasted bagels with cream cheese!!There are new breakfast options on the menu.Come check it out!!Support local businesses

I'm a new customer and this visit did not meet my expectations. I had a chicken sandwich and drink. My wife had a half sandwich with a small salad, chips, and drink. The food was good, but not excellent. (Panera is certainly not a leader in the chicken sandwich wars.) Very pricey for a small meal. It was over $37 for the two of us.What service? You order at one counter and pick up at another counter.

I would have to say that Panera seems more expensive now. But my experience here made it okay. I stopped here for some food and had a great experience. The staff here is very friendly and I enjoyed that. Cashier was very kind and it’s obvious that everybody here cares about their job and their guest. I was about to throw my food away when an employee insisted she would do that for me instead. Who does that? Nobody, you are lucky to have her. She went the extra mile and does it with a smile so I appreciate that and her and I hope y’all do too.

Came in at around 4:10. We weren’t aware they closed at 4:00, obviously, so we place our order and sit down. After getting nasty looks from the young man practically sweeping under our table, our name gets called and they then tell us that they closed at 4 and we will be refunded. Sure, no problem. We didn’t know. But my thing is , why look at us nasty and stare at us ordering when you know that you’re closed? A simple heads up would’ve been fine. Whole experience was rude LOL will not be back

Safety precautions followed. I did not get the vibe that service was friendly here. I heard a lot of “bickering “ from staff. This place was a ghost town for breakfast with the near by crackle barrel and waffle house on a 15 minute wait. Interesting. Food was good and made promptly.

The tea dispenser needs to be cleaned or replaced. I shared this with the assistant manager. I hope he takes my concern seriously. I didn’t want to drink from this.

The gentleman at the front was pleasant, inviting, and helpful. The restaurant has a wonderfully cozy and peaceful atmosphere. We almost didn't want to leave. It's probably one of the cleanest restaurants I've eaten at in quite a long time. Everything was fresh and delicious, despite coming in closer to closing time. Also, we never once felt rushed to leave, like we were a nuisance, due to it being almost closing time. Instead, we were left to enjoy ourselves and our meals. Thanks to all the staff for your hard work! Awesome job!!

Went with a group of friends, and we all had a blast. We could sit together in the side dining room and pull tables together to make one big party. The food tastes excellent! It is made with pure ingredients as well. Some friends of mine who usually get sick from eating out, can eat at Panera. The one downside here is a long line to order that can move pretty slowly. This can be avoided by mobile ordering ahead if you go during a rush hour.The staff are always friendly and welcoming and tend to make it feel as though they are hosting you. It is a pleasant and wholesome place to eat.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is consistent - you can get a healthy meal at a reasonable price. Ordering line was staffed by one person and it was quite busy so there was a wait. Kitchent & lobby adequately staffed. Panera's is a welcome place for a meal while traveling. They have "duets", which a selection of two items that are $6.99, even though I have never seen it on the menu. I always get the tomato soup and Greek salad and it's always exactly right. This particular Panera's has the most efficient and friendly systems I have seen.Vegetarian options: The creamy tomato soup is vegetarian--the broccoli soup is NOT. They have a few vegetarian sandwiches and salads, and some others can be modified to be vegetarian.

Clean clean clean. Great staff. It’s oddly slightly pricy here and there aren’t the same deals as everywhere else But it’s all still great. This is the biggest location I’ve ever been in. They got crowded and opened up an entirely new room I’d never seen before with so much space. The staff are kind and quick to assist customers and bust /wipe any dirty tables left behind. This location has a kind hearted woman who encourages the older generations to let her clean the tables for them in attempts to ease their physical burdens while departing. Just really touched my heart. This location also allowed me use of their microwave. I am grateful. ❤️

I am usually not a fan of Panera, but this store is great! The staff is friendly and all the food we ordered was tasty. The decor is nice and modern. It's easily accessible from the highway.

Pizza was undercooked.Bagel was hard as a rock (without toasting)Out of 5 different items.Pizza tasted like lunch able.We had to clean off a booth just to eat.Literally spilled smoothie in a booth.Trash everywhere.We went in just before 8pm. So an hour before closing. I promise we will never do that again. That was awful all around. 40 bucks for hospital food.
