Jim Miller, I wasn't pleased with the customer service. Two of your employees didn't help but seen me before clocking out. I spoke with a Supervisor that told me she'll get me some help. There should be a meeting about taking care of that last customer before clocking out. I'll rate my visit here an 2.3/10 I know you can do better.

Customer service should be a priority, but at this and many other Lowes locations I have seen a decline in the last year. I was at this location yesterday, and I was in need of assistance as I have a few questions about getting the correct plumbing part for the job I was working on. I had shut off my water while I was doing this work, so getting the correct part was essential to being able to complete the job and turn my water back on. I saw plenty of employees walking around and asked a couple for assistance. I was told they couldn't help me, but would call someone to meet me in plumbing. I waited over 30 mins, and decided to leave. On my way out I thought I would ask someone else as a last ditch effort. I was again told they were unable to help me and could call someone. Many employees on staff, but no one could help or failed to help.

Went there for a bathroom cabinet. Found one I liked at a great price. Team members were friendly and helpful. Gave me the info I needed.Spotted great Retro Refrigerators and lots of indoor plants as well as fabulous light fixtures.

No stars for Lowes but I had to give them one in order to post the review. We ordered a new refrigerator and was told installation was included. When delivery guys got here they said they do not disconnect and reconnect the water to the refrigerator. What part of installation did the Salesman not understand? They should have been up front so we could have been ready.

Wow, has customer service gone into the toilet. For 11 years, if I had to exchange an item without a receipt, they were happy to do it. Put the refund on a store card, and I’d re-spend it in the store that day. I guess corporate greed has finally penetrated Lowe’s, and in turn, they now penetrate their customers, complete with smug personnel that have ZERO people skills. Enjoy your $14 piece of free inventory. Home Depot is right down the street.

Employees are not very knowledgeable, nor able to stand or put the phone down to help you. We got the wrong items after waiting a week for something already on shelf. One of the boxes was opened and ended up with no warranty or installation information. Just one big game of "pass the buck ". Waste of time and money when a perfectly good Home Depot awaits.

Had to get a new dryer. I guess it has been awhile so they deliver but do not install. Luckily my dad taught me to be handy so I could do it but so very disappointed I was never told this. No surprise with the way things are now. You have to pay extra for every little thing

We bought a microwave online and it was delivered 12/11/23 ORDER # 789114279. Every time we open the door the microwave turns on. We called our local Lowes who delivered it. They told us that is normal and to put a bowl of water in it and leave the door open to see if it heats up the water. If it doesn't then it is ok to use. They will not order us another one??? We just bought it. Who wants to use a microwave that turns on every time you open the door? It is possible radiation poisoning. I am without words. Appliances are only returnable/exchangeable within 48 hours of delivery after that it is yours.

Called for over 50 minutes only to be transferred over and over and then hung up on multiple times. Finally at the store I went to customer service and asked who kept transferring me and hanging up on me. Nobody wanted to answer so I asked for a manager. Jim came over and I asked him about the phone calls and being transferred over and over and hung up on. His exact answer was I don’t know. I also told him when I called and kept getting transferred I asked for a manager and got hung up on. I asked him over and over how can we fix this issue and again his answer was I don’t know. Well let me tell you Jim was no help at all and just flat out lazy. Not happy at all with this store!!

From a pro-side perspective. This is by far the least professional retail store I have ever dealt with. Over 4 years in this area, for complete renovation of 5 homes and countless camper trailers (my profession), I have never had a smooth special order, pro order or even a pro check out. Lost orders, calls not being answered, no return calls and zero acts of customer appreciation. Between standing in line at the typically 1 open register behind 4-5 other pros with carts full of various items to scan, and watching from 2-6 associates banter back and forth behind the pro desk about football, having to rally carts or simply avoiding customer contact. I am convinced that there is no management structure. The courtesy of the cashiers on the standard retail side is directly proportional to the disregard of the pro side. I find myself ordering from Charlottesville or even Harrisonburg to meet any deadlines, making this location nothing more than convenience.

I've been a customer at this Lowes for seven years and in the last 6 months their service has gone downhill significantly. I've ordered multiple services from them (e.g. flooring, appliances) and they call me weeks after the order to tell me they don't actually have it in stock, even though I was assured they had it in stock when I ordered. Shop elsewhere.

Had a problem with an Ego chain saw bought at Lowes. Didn't buy it at Waynesboro Lowes, but Waynesboro was listed as closest place to get it repaired. Turns out that Waynesboro was not a repair depot. However, Jay, the power tool manager, went the extra mile by having it sent to an Ace Hardware for repair. I got a new saw. Jay had called to explain what was happening and later called to ask whether I had my new saw. He could have washed his hands of it by sending me directly to Ace, but he worked hard to satisfy a Lowes customer. This guy is a real gem.

I don't go to Low's a lot. I don't know where anything is but I quickly found someone to help me find what I was looking for. Even giving me some tips. So great customer service. And it's nice to see people on the floor ready to help.

No help no help no help....... Went there to purchase a washer/dryer. Had to return new ones just bought. Long wait at return. Worker passes husband unloading the returns in parking lot and says he would help but he was on break. Girl came to help and he helped her load another return in parking lot from ankther customer. Had trouble choosing so told kind gentleman to wait on another customer. Never saw him again. Went to Home Depot. They were much more knowledgeable about product and more helpful. Went back to lowes to purchase the bigger machine and again NO HELP. No one came even after pushing the button. Total hours spent there - 3.5 for nothing. Finally just left.

Stopped in tonight to pick up a new vanity and some items to finish repairs in a basement bathroom that was flooded by a bursted pipe. Saw these wonderful signs all over saying 10% off all in stock cabinets. Also found this lovely Scott Living vanity with a $296 price tag. However after a careful inspection the correct price of $699 was found smashed on top of it on a plastic sign holder. We spent somewhere in the neighborhood of 1.5 hours trying to get someone to answer a couple of questions and assist us in lifting the vanity we wished to purchase down. Get to the register and ask for help loading as we had this and a cartful of heavier items. I was told I called them if they don't show up come back in. After about a 5 to 7 minute wait we are becoming frustrated, someone wearing a yellow reflective vest comes out. He sees me lining the cart up to try and load this 150 pound vanity into my truck and zips over to help. He lets me know he doesn't work there but didn't mind to assist. So to the young man who didn't work for Lowes that helped me get that vanity loaded Thank You! Your help was very much appreciated. As for this particular Lowes location I doubt I will ever return. The good service here is too far and few between.

Always a great shopping experience. Down side, I'm a vet and they lost me in their system, so I had to go online and re enter all my information. Not happy !Okay, this is directed to corporate due to high prices, I am aware of the issues from the pandemic but building materials prices are way too high. This is looking more like price gouging than issues from the pandemic. It's time to take care of your customers and be the leader and get pricing back to pre pandemic where everyone can afford to buy your products. I have directed this all building suppliers to get America back to some kind of normalcy. Thank you.It's March 2022, of course our freezer is dying!! It's out of warranty and extended warranty has long gone, so back to Lowe's for a new one. Talked to Kyle and he took good care of us. Got 12 months financing no interest. Marvin, why are you no longer giving Vets 10 percent off appliances?? Not good Marvin!! Only that saved you is your no interest promo and you can get it to me by Thursday!! Thank you Kyle, your the best.Excellent customer service from everyone!!

Placed an online order for pickup, after a few hours it still wasn’t ready and while checking online I saw it was listed as out of stock. I tried to call the store twice to see if I needed to cancel my order, an associate picked up and hung up each time before I even spoke.Went ahead and canceled, ordered at a different store and got it for less.

Will not answer the phone. AI keeps trying to send me to the right department, but no one picks up the phone. Customer Service picked up once and transferred me and then hung up on me. Six times I’ve tried to call - no success yet. Terrible customer service.

The staff did not know anything about products. I asked them about fiber cement beadboard listed on the Lowes app. The associate said they did not carry it in the store. I asked another associate about a craftsman sawzall listed in the Lowes app again he said they did not have any after having to request assistance from the Pro desk and wait for an associate who never showed this associate Vegas helping other customers. Staff your stores!!!! Hire knowledge associates!!!!

Rented carpet cleaner. Returned unit cleaner than when I picked it up. Was told by Scott at customer service the unit was dirty and I would not be getting my $26 dollars back. I disagreed and show him how I cleaned it. He said the brush was dirty. I told him that soap residue cannot be cleaner from the brush roller on a unit with many hours of use. I then told him I would pay the $26 if any of the machines in the rack were cleaner than the one I was returning. He said Ok and walked over to the rack to inspect 2 other units. Both of which were dirtier than the one I was returning. By the way, he made several customers wait in line while trying (and failing to make his point). Lowes, I spend hundred of dollars per year in your stores. I am a veteran and appreciate the discount but, Home Depot is looking a lot better to me. Scott was a jerk.
