This review is regarding an online order - curbside pick up.Kohls online ordering process is pretty user friendly, even for older folks like me. ;) I received an email When the order was ready for pick up. Once I arrived at the designated parking spot, I notified Kohl's via email (just a push of a button) that I was there. An associate came out in exactly 4 minutes and handed me my order. Friendly service and I appreciate the mask wearing.The order was correct and I lived happily ever after - the end.

Worst store ever! They sold me a kit with a perfume sampler and a code to exchange for a full size. And now none of the perfumes described in the product photo are worth exchanging! false advertising!!! I want my money back

Kohls is always so clean and tidy. The people who work there are always friendly and nice. I will admit they are little high but I look for the sale items I also shop on line. Get good deals and easy. The lady on the register was Naomi who was very friendly and very nice.

Went in to look for a dress for a wedding. Not sure I'm into the styles these days, but to each their own. The shelves were full and so were the racks. The floors were clean and the bathrooms are always spotless. Both the cashier working were super nice and helpful. I did find a dress on the sale rack! I will be back.

Nice clean place . Lots of items. Ordered Christmas stuff online not what I wanted, but price is ok low but not overly cheap price.. Pick up is no good. Stood in line so the cashier told me what number my order is in the bin. Fished it out and have to go back in line to let it be scanned. All in all this online order took me 20 minutes to complete. Faster to come in and buy it and check out. No curbside and no delivery for this order as it is deep discounted, so they say, but still not that cheap. I will keep it to save some trouble standing in line. Probably buy from Amazon the next time around, Deliver to you at a low price.

Love the store and staff, but the selection of clothes has been disappointing. My wife used to recommend Kohl's to friends and family. When asked about it, she's told there's more options online. Well, we don't shop like that. To purchase and wait for an item in order to try it. Doesn't work for us.

Seems to be a pretty good store overall. I will say it would be nice if they gave you a drinking fountain you could use without needing to have a bottle. I get that many would prefer doing it the bottle way especially after covid, but there are still plenty of us out there that grew up with drinking fountains and are ok with using them even after covid. Just would like the option. I was thirsty and was happy to see a drinking fountain only to see the sign that said for bottles only. Otherwise was happy with everything else.

This is a great place for clothes, etc. Also, the prices are frequently marked down and when combined with Kohls cash or a coupon the price is really good. They were very busy today because of the great sale

The checkout lines are wayyyyy too long and the selection for women is just not my style. The clothes are also extremely expensive and even the male clothes are kind of ugly. But the housewares section is nice, just super expensive.

Firstly, I don't normally go shopping outside of Goodwill, especially not to department stores, because I am cheap and hate spending money on clothes. But I was returning an Amazon purchase and they gave me some Kohls cash on my return receipt, so I decided to look around. I was honestly quite surprised. I always expect department stores to be stupid expensive and charge $50 a shirt, but I found two shirts and cute, soft leggings, all for under 25$. I would honestly definitely go back, which I was not expecting. Go Kohls!

Everyone working there is friendly and helpful. They're well versed in the store, and make you feel welcome. My only issue were the prices; I looked at the same items that I looked at on the website, however the prices were 50-75% higher! If you're looking for a social shopping experience the store is the place to go, if you're looking for a deal, shop online.
