We like this store!!! They keep it nice and neat! It's very organized in this store. They can be more aware of their lines as they don't have self check-out. The lines get too long and a long wait until someone notices it. We do see things that we don't see at other dollar tree locations. We recommend this location. Nice small shopping center. Like the cars that come on the weekend (parking lot). That's very cool!!I will say the manager is not friendly. When she gets on a register she acts like you're bothering her. She won't even speak to you. But other employees are nice.

I looove any dollar tree…but I think I’m going’s to drive out of my way to go to a store that at least tries to make it a good shopping experience!! I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or that you hired people who don’t give a hoot about their store! # NO PRIDE* The best thing about this store is the location and the beautiful view of the sunset!! I hope they get their act together soon!!

The general manager of the store is very racist as well as the team lead. They do not like black and brown people. Every time I would go to the store they would give me a nasty look and was yelled at by one of them when I was ringing up my stuff. When I tried to make a complaint to the store manager she tried to give me trespassing papers and wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say. Others have had similar experiences.

Staffing seems to be an issue with this Dollar Tree. The people that work there are truly maxed out and need help!!!! Anybody out there, who doesn't have a job and would like to bring joy to the community by unboxing and shelving merchandise?? PLEASE apply!! The customers need YOU!! I need you!

Always find great bargains @ the Waynesboro, Ba store. Everyone is friendly. I got a lot of supplies to finish wreaths I’m making for folks for Christmas as well as ribbon for making my bows. I’m back today to grab stocking stuffers for those on my list.

I have NEVER met a more disrespectful “manager” in my life!! Why they have her working with the public, is beyond me! I highly recommend fishersville instead. He actually takes pride in his store, you don’t have to step over empty boxes and trash everywhere and has a pleasant attitude. As much business as I have made here, I don’t plan on going back EVER!

This place is way to small for a growing city! It is cluttered and a bit unorganized. I love to go here for many of their $1 goodies because I live nearby...but I prefer to go down the road to the dollar tree in Fishersville because it seems less cluttered and cleaner!

I used to love going to this store, now it’s horrible to go too. The store is always a complete mess. There is some employees that are completely rude and disrespectful. The manager is completely rude. If u show here something is wrong she just makes comments and disrespectful to her customers. I would rather drive out of my way than to go to this store. The store in fishersville and staunton is so much better. The employees are extremely nice. They don’t act like you’re bothering them if you ask a question. I highly recommend driving to one of them.

I am always amazed just how much they can pack into their stores. Some items are a bargain, others can be bought for lower prices elsewhere. Fun to browse.

I feel bad for the red haired cashier having to deal with a manager at the Waynesboro store at around 5:30pm Friday 10-06 2023 we've put up with her rudeness she why be a manager at all if you can not be nice to your customers good bye

Today is Christmas eve and Dollar Tree was busy. But the cashier's were doing a wonderful job keeping the lines moving. Good shopping experience. Most of the Christmas candy was gone, but I still got some, so that was a blessing.

Still well stocked and they have holiday decorations out! Fantastic associates and store is clean. Following CDC guidelines.It's March 2022 and Waynesboro store has plenty of Easter and solar walk lights and solar spotlights. Check them out. Store is still a little light but getting stocked up.It's June 2022 and store is getting better. Short staffed but that's everywhere. They need to try to get more senior's to cashier since the kids are too good to work now. Well stocked up on solar path light although they are now $1.25 each!!Store looks fair, shelves are getting there. Again, no help.February 2023Very well stocked for Easter and Valentine's Days. Limited help and tons of stock and they are coping with it all. Shop early for best selection.

$15 goes a long way, here. But, I waited in line for 5 minutes before I found a cashier at checkout time. They didn't have a name tag & didn't identify themselves in the aisle by greeting me. I guess they were stocking at the time, and probably smiled under their mask, but I couldn't see. Still, better service than Walmart. Love the selection!

Store was selling expired eggs and had some apple juice from December 10th 2019 still on the shelf. Store is disgusting, I was walking in the store and saw a couple cockroaches on the floor. The woman Linda is very rude and yells at customers very frequently. Store has no ac and treats customers and employees bad. The store has a very bad smell and is always a mess. From what I can see the manager is forcing to many boxes out at once making some aisles hard to walk in and some you aren’t able to walk in them at all.

Store is a disaster. Shelves are real empty. Employee Linda running register is very rude. I asked for balloons and said you will have to pay and then when I get time I will get your balloons, said she would have to wait on everyone else in store before she can get balloons. She was yelling at me while two customers came in the door, they looked at her and listened for a minute then walked out saying how rude Linda was. Everyone in line was saying how rude and disrespectful she was and she should not be waiting on the public with the way she was acting

The store itself is great. Seems they have almost anything. However they are severely understaffed. Only one person on a register usually while another is stocking. Some of the females are extremely rude. They never thank you for shopping there and won't even acknowledge you when spoken too Lord forbid you ask them to put your items in a bag, they will throw then in there and not even hand you bag afterwards Today I bought many glass items and she huffed and puffed so much while wrapping them I thought for sure she'd blow the store down.I got the feeling she didn't want to even wait on me since I had the glass items.If you don't want to do the job then step aside and let one of the many others seeking a job take over. I'm sure they would be more pleasant to deal with.

Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. They have no idea what they even sell. Asked if they had something, she said no in an attitude then when I showed up at checkout with that item she got an attitude even more. There is a short black lady with glasses who works there n she is with not other word to describe her is that she is a royal B. Look I know u make minimum wage and probably the only happiness you get is from messing with other people happy days but you need to get a life.

I came in and got some eggs. I went home and made them for Easter for my kids. A little while after my kids got sick and I had to take them to the hospital. The eggs were from February and had been expired for two months when I got them, my kids had food poisoning and were really sick. I will never go back to dollar tree after that, it made me very mad and they are lucky I didn’t sue.

Surprisingly I couldn't find the paint that I needed for a craft project. ...but I did get the sandpaper and a few other items. It's cluttered but they are trying to stock.They need to change the name....maybe to family dollar (who owns them) bc it's false advertising.

Worst Dollar Tree in VA. Empty shelves unopened boxes in the floor. Manager says they can't get help. One day I was there and the one check out line was backed up. The other two employees were taking a break.

Alice was wonderful. Willing to help an anyway she could. Very friendly very polite. I come from 30 miles away because of the way she treated me and my husband. Will be back again.

Let me start by saying I use to purchase a lot in this store for my business. Today I went in to purchase balloons for a sale we were having and the lady was overwhelmed everyone else that was working seemed to be on break. She over charged me by about $12 when I mentioned it she deletes the $12 then calls for whom I took to be the shift manager to put his code in to approve the void. Instead of doing just that he says cancel the order and ring it up again I mentioned I didn't have time for this. Still wanting to buy the items I had selected I picked up the bagged item and dumped them on the counter next thing I know the lady grabs the other bag and slams it down then proceeded to grab everything thing and walk away. I tell her I still want my items and things turn worse from there to the point I walked out without spending my money at this store. Working in a dollar store were everything is a $1 how hard is it to count. I can tell by the lack of comments from the corporate staff they dont care about their customers. In my business our corporate staff responds to every comment.
