This location needs a remodel like other locations, however the Employees are great & that’s why I keep coming back. They’re always friendly; always greet you upon entering the store & thanking you for shopping with them that day, always willing to help you find what you’re looking for, & they always go above & beyond. I’ve got to give a HUGE shout-out especially to the Assistant Manager Pam, she has the absolute BEST Customer Service Skills I’ve ever seen.

If you don't have to have the best of everything, there are many, many items here that can serve you just fine. Sometimes I find something there that exceeds my expectations for a very reasonable price and can be difficult to find in a "regular" store. I have been in three different ones in the last two days and I find that the ladies in each store went well beyond what I thought they would do to assist me with finding specific products that I sought.

The clerks(associates) give great customer service and always available to answer questions.However on days they receive stock, the store is crowded and hard to maneuver.Overall I give them a 99.5

Makes their own schedule when schedule says 8am 8 pm that goes for both locations in waynesboro va Hopeman parkway and west broad locations,always out of merchandise 😞 I miss my 8 ams I have to do my errands early and I can never get in the Dollar General. Please get some help or open when you supposed to

Not the newest family dollar but certainly not the worst. In a shopping center with a little Caesar's, G2K games, a phone company place, huge parking lot. Used to be a save-a-lot there but it closed.

The shopping aisles are way too narrow half of them are blocked by vendors carts. Way too many grocery hours that are putting a burden on the other items that need to be stocked.

I like coming here cuz the people are friendly and sometimes they have the things I need and there but sometimes they don't have it in there they run out and how they're always restocking the shelves but when I come in here sometimes there is not the things that I need they're not there always out of the items I need so I can't get them and have to come back a different day when they have it in when they're restocking the shelves but other than that it's a good store to go to.

Amazing place that offers much to fill your home needs. Greeting cards, reading glasses, personal care items and many items from food to cleaning products, this is the place to begin filling your shopping list.

Friendly staff, good prices on nearly everything, and they carry items that the "Big Box" stores don't anymore. I would highly recommend shopping at the Broad Street location.

Never in my life have I had so many alarms go off walking through a store you have to lift the glass and set off an alarm just to look at something or read the instructions I felt like a common thief and that is something I am not just walking through the store in certain spots of the store alarms go off just because you walk there it's ridiculous

Avoid shopping here as computer system is also HACKED!!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!Do not use any credit cards or write personal checks. Pay with cash only and avoid buying amazon,netflix,google and other apps as they are hacked and you will not be reimbursed. Dirt,overstocked.
