This pharmacy is the absolute worst! I don90 day mail order as mich as possible but when something has to be called in and picked up...every single time there is an issue.Yesterday, I spent over an hour waiting in line to get to talk to someone, the drive through closes 2 hours before the pharmacy does and when I finally was able to tall to them... oh sorry we'reworking on it, it will be tomorrow...SOMETIME.Said then person walking around sipping from a tumbler like they are at the stadium.I'm back today and so far I've been in the drive through line for 35 minutes and counting , there were 2 cars ahead of me.I don't blame the employees 100% ... if they are that understaffed I think they need to find a way to hire more employees...starting with paying more maybe.This is my last RX with CVS I will go else where, where my time is valued.Sadly these big companies don't care because they will still make money hand over fist and it isn't based on amazing products, service.The CVS inside of Target across town isn't any better theywere short staffed and would close at random times and days.

i waited for 1.5 hours to get 2 meds to get filled only to be told that one was not in stock after waiting for 1.5 hours. it was too late to transfer to another cvs. The prescription had been in the pharmacy for 4 hours prior. This is the most unorganized store. its not there are not enough employees, you need competent employees. I was in pain all night because of this.

I waited 1/2 hour from 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm last night with a tired 21/2 year old toddler just for the pharmacist to tell me she decided she wasn’t going to give me my prescription because she wasn’t familiar with my doctor. This is even after she had gone “researching” on the computer for a 1/2 hour and confirmed what I had told her -that the two other CVS’s in Harrisonburg have been giving me my medication every month for the past 7 years by that doctor!!! By the time she told me that she decided no, it was too late to go any where else!(I was vacationing at Wintergreen and didn’t want to drive all the way to Harrisonburg to refill it.). What is the point of having all the computers linked if the pharmacists aren’t going to trust each other professionally?Now I’m up at 630am, having spent a sleepless night in pain, and have to drive probably an hour and a half to get my medication.

Again the worst pharmacy in Waynesboro. Highly, highly, highly don't recommend. My last review seems to have "disappeared". Don't waste your time going to this one. The Broad street pharmacy is a heck of alot better.

Visit quite often n the staff is always friendly and my scripts are always ready. They keep up with my refills n txt me when they are ready. I wouldn't change pharmacies for anything.

Don't bother scheduling a covid test here-- I had an appointment for 4:40 today, get here and find out their tester had left at 3 for the day... They have all my information and didn't have the courtesy to let me know ahead of time.
