Hadn’t been in here for a while, but had to pick up some Rx and a couple of other things today. Despite it being late into a national holiday, I got excellent service from both Heather at the Pharmacy and Marilyn on the floor. Was greeted warmly as I entered and was impressed with the genuine helpfulness of Marilyn. Sometimes all it takes is good people to turn a place around.

The pharmacy staff members are always so kind to me. With the way the world has shifted post-COVID, many places are understaffed & overworked. They always get my prescriptions correct & on time. They’re always kind, polite, and courteous.

Pharmacy staff talks to people horribly. Right before thanksgiving I witnessed a man who was about to get a vaccine but had changed his mind about the COVID one. The worker said “I guess this dose is WASTED THEN.” Loudly , I mean she was almost yelling. He said he would go ahead and leave and she screamed for the entire store, you could hear this upfront as my daughter was front looking at candy and heard it - WE ALL ARE HAPPY YOURE LEAVING. Since when is someone NOT allowed to change their mind about what vaccine they want? Disgusting. I emailed corporate about this as well but I doubt they care, not one worker tried to tell this women to maybe, I don’t know- calm down? Talked about this location with family the next day (thanksgiving) none of us will be using this pharmacy. Whatever your name is - I know you will see this, go ahead and start chanting about being happy about losing more customers.Overall a weird, memorable experience where we witnessed a women who clearly hates her job taking it out on another person. Happy holidays!

To the pharmacy staff working last evening 10/9/2023....you all ROCK!!! My daughter's prescription was called into another location that unannounced closed early prior to me being able to pick up her prescription. It was very important to start the prescription asap so she could return to school/sports after 24 hours starting the antibiotics. I went to this location to see if they could get access to her prescription and fill it. They all happily was able to assist us and I walked out with the prescription in hand in a very short matter of time-not to mention, that this was a last minute request prior to their closing time. Thank you again for making your patients a priority! We will be transferring to this location from now on.

very poor service. husband needed an antibiotic for an upcoming extraction.dental office e-mailed the info to the pharmacy, who claims the request was incomplete.I had to intervene to get the problem corrected. It should not be a patient advocate who has to make all the phone calls .I rate the pharmacy a 0 at this store. However there is one person, Jeanette, who is a hard worker and tries really hard to make things work. One should not have to wait 5-6 days for a refill on an existing med. What is going on here??????

Totally unacceptable for people to not be able to get important medications filled in a reasonable time. No one should have to wait nearly a week for a blood pressure, or any other important medication to be filled. Not once BUT twice in the last month. Then they back track their labels to look like it was filled on the proper date. Some of the pharmacy staff is very unprofessional and rude to customers. I am a caretaker of a 74 year old elderly lady, she has been waiting for her blood pressure medication that was supposed to be on the 23rd, BUT yet here it is the 28th and it has not been filled. When calling the pharmacy at 5pm, they are CLOSED!! This pharmacy should not be able to just close whenever they like. Customers rely on their important medications to keep them well. I'm sure we are not the only people still waiting on important medications to be filled. CVS corporation should have measures in place for this to not happen.

It takes forever to get anything here at the pharmacy. They are always short handed. The drive through is often closed due to staffing issues. Yesterday, the pharmacy was closed because there was no pharmacist. Some medicines are too important not to be able to get in time. I live 30 minutes away and I’m going to be driving over a third time to get heart medicine for a family member. Medicine that is supposedly ready for pickup but there is no one to sell it to me. If I can’t get it today, he will be out of medicine. This is totally unacceptable. Yesterday, after not being able to get medication, I made a small purchase at the store register that had a sign on it saying exact change or card only. That was fine with me but how can a major pharmacy chain store do business this way?

absolutely horrendous customer service. all of the employees in the pharmacy act like they hate their job and that it is the worst job a person could have. i was told a prescription would be done 20 minutes after we arrived, and when we returned, they told us we needed to wait another 30 minutes. when returning once again, we were met with the pharmacists cussing and screaming at each other and no service for about 5 minutes (there was no line). the pharmacist threw the pills in a bottle and handed it over making comments that they closed at 8pm and that is being there at 7:30pm (which was due to the consistent delay in filling the prescription) was inconvenient for her. Rachael (the pharmacist previously mentioned) and the rest of the staff need to get it together.

Very bad service. Takes days to a week to fill a prescription. They randomly close. Staffing issues is an excuse. Other CVS locations and businesses in their region have found a way to staff up and thrive. What we have here is poor leadership that is not able to build a work culture centered around pride and productivity. Start at the top and clean house.

Waited over an hr for my prescription after they had said it would take only 20mins the first time. when I went to the register to finally get my meds. All the sudden a prescription went missing. The woman asked me if i really needed it. I had just got my wisdom teeth pulled so I was already in pain and irritated .dont know why it takes so long they already have the stuff there and plenty of staff, get it together ! People are in pain and you dont know it.

At this pharmacy, it is almost impossible to reach ANYONE on the phone. Everytime I have ever had to call in, it takes, at the very least, 30 minutes for anyone to pick up and even longer if you need to speak with the actual pharmacist. They close on random days due to staffing and then you are left without any way to obtain your medication. We have used this pharmacy for over 10 years and the service used to be good, pre Covid. Now the service is awful. The people are just rude and you can tell that they would rather be anywhere else. To make matters worse, we are stuck using this pharmacy due to our insurance having a partnership with them. It is so frustrating. They need to hire more staff that has to go through customer service training. This place definitely leaves a lot to be desired. I would recommend finding another local pharmacy for your prescriptions.

Avoid this CVS if you can. Workers are CLEARLY overworked, most of them are strikingly rude (except one lady I believe named Megan who has always been kind!) and prescriptions really do take a long time to be filled. One pharmacy tech was literally yelling at someone on the phone because they asked a simple question. Drive Thru is almost always closed as well. They also randomly close early, so if you’re like me and work a 9-5 job and can’t go in the middle of the day, you’re unpleasantly surprised that you’re unable to pick up your meds in the evening. Thank God I don’t absolutely require them to live!I really don’t understand how this location stays open. Closes on a whim, takes DAYS to WEEKS to fill meds, and most of the pharmacy staff verbally berates customers for the slightest questions. Avoid if you can!

They have had a problem with the pharmacy for years. I don't blame the employees, it is an corporate mess. CVS wants to be a one stop for all your medical needs. What they really need to do is focus on the core business.

The worst customer service from a pharmacy I have ever experienced. I was looking for a medicine for my 3 month old daughter and just needed some advice from the pharmacist so I decided to stop by and ask, when suddenly I noticed it was about to close the pharmacy area (no the store), I asked the pharmacist if I could ask something really quick. She saw me and decided to continue closing the door in my face saying, the pharmacy is closed, it will open again tomorrow at 9, I was worried about my daughter, I kindly repeated despite her disrespectful attitude, I would like to ask you something very quickly, she continued saying that the pharmacy is closed and will open tomorrow at 9 and left me talking to my self 😡 what an inhumane person who works in such an important and sensitive position. Definitely the wrong person in the wrong position. I communicated what happened to the cashier who was very kind and willing to help.

Continue to have the poorest customer service. Pulled in the drive thru at 1:20. There were 2 cars ahead of me and no one behind me the whole time. When cashier finished with 2nd car she immediately closed the window cage quickly as apparently they close at 1:30 for lunch. By this time it is 1:35. Waited 15-20 minutes for nothing. Another 5 minutes is all it would have taken to take care of the customer.. so many reviewers talk about the customer service. Fix the problem CVS. No wonder so many are going out of business. I think its time to change my pharmacy.

I will admit that when I first started coming to this location they were on point. Things really started to go down hill during the pandemic. Of course I gave them a pass because of the circumstances we all faced. Since I have notice a falling off of service in the Pharmacy. I have also witnessed very rude Pharmacy Techs who talk to people like they’re trash. I would actually give this place no stars if I could and will probably be taking my business elsewhere.

I love CVS...they are always so friendly and helpful. They are very concerned about your well-being when it comes to your prescriptions and always make sure that I am not taking something that is going to interfere with another one. Plus I love the CVS rewards that I earn because I use them for items that I need and I don't have to pay for them.

Like to give CVS a 0, but wasn't an option. The staff at the pharmacy is beyond a joke, turnover of people is unreal, a revolving door. The pharmacist manager needs help asap with her people skills and customer service, she clearly has some person issues that need attention asap. She fills the need to place herself in between me and a vet, and takes it upon herself to stop filling my animals much needed medication due to her thoughts, not sure this is legal, but rest assured I will be filling a complaint again her , FYI, check your meds because she seems to have issues getting them right.

This pharmacy is horrible. I understand there has been issues with staffing, Covid issues. But this has been going on for a long time. Refills that are supposed to be on Auto-fill, are not. So they go ahead and put the refill order in. This morning it was put in at 9am, ready at noon. 1:30 it's still not done. Will be done by 2:30. I highly doubt it. This happens every time. I am done with it, it's time to change pharmacies.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. The people who work in there are rude, unhappy and miserable. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I know how customer's are to be treated but these people are terrible. You smile and speak - nothing. One time I was standing over to the side of the "line" and was rudely told that the line was down aisle 8. First of all I'm an adult not a child and you could of said it a whole lot different. I have to use them for my insurance but I don't like it. Avoid at all costs.

The most incompetent pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of having to use. Not only do that not answer the phone anytime I call. They also can't seem to get my prescriptions ready when they say they will. They are now on day number 15 from when I called in my meds (said 4 day at max). Maybe I will get my prescription sometime before the next year. DO NOT use the cvs on broad street if you want anything in a timely fashion. If I could give negative stars I would!

Just awful. I spent 18 minutes on hold on the main line and 8 minutes on the physician line. I am a physician and will definitely be steering my patients away from here, as well as moving our families prescription. The pharmacist was rude and unprofessional.

I’ve been picking up medication from this pharmacy for 2 years now and every single time I do the wait time is nearly an hour. It takes 15 minutes for them to talk to you through the drive through. They only have one speaker and two lanes so how does that work?? I quick 2 minute pickup takes a whole hour and it’s ridiculous.

I've been cancelled on for a covid test twice at this location and once at the one on west main in the last 2 weeks. Today was my third reschedule and again I get there and I'm told the (apparently only) person who has been trained to get into their system and pass out the test is not there, yet again. I was exposed on the 15th and I've been trying to get a test since then. I've shown no signs of symptoms so I'm not actually worried at this point. It's more so the issue of why do I have to schedule an appointment 2 days in advance to be cancelled on at the time of my appointment? I had a feeling this would happen and I attempted to schedule 2 appointments so I'd be able to drive to their other location if I was cancelled on at this one but their website doesn't allow you to schedule two appointments in a day. I've taken off work for this three times now. I'm supposed to leave the state on Saturday and wanted a test done before then and now that's not going to happen. Every single pharmacist in the building should be trained on how to give out a self administered test. It has been almost a year since all of this started and there is absolutely no reason for this level of incompetence. If you need a test done don't bother trying to get one here. They'll just waste your time.

I wanted to say a thank you to the associates at this CVS location. Since Walgreens closed I cannot imagine how you are all keeping up with the level of demand that is now placed on your shoulders. Between the added pharmacy customers(I am now one) to covid testing. I came in recently on December 8th and the manager Gregory rang me up due to low staff. He was so kind and patient treating me as if I was the only customer, even though clearly busy. Also I was helped on the phone by Brittany in the Pharmacy. She is a gem. Thank you Brittany for your kind and cheerful help. It really says a lot that even under these strained circumstances your team still shines.

Awful. Order was sent in and not processed. Waited In line 30 mins to be out of prescription. They said come back after 12p the next day. I did. Order was still not filled. Had to go to other CVS to pick up another order. Will be transferring to another pharmacy. Awful. Poor Communication with clients and doctors sending in orders.

Since this is the location my girlfriend normally uses I will post here, but this applies to the entire corporation as of this weeks experiences.Goodbye CVS. Dont bother texting that my prescription is ready for pickup when it never is. I have moved all of my business elsewhere. ALL. If Im ever in a cvs parking lot again please call motorist assistance because Ive broken down.Everytime I hear someone mention cvs I will share my aggravating experiences and the solutions Ive found saving both time and money shopping elsewhere. Y'all absolutely suck.

The drive-thru pharmacy has a sign that says “full service available in both lanes.” However, they can’t send liquids through the shoot to the outside lane. I understand why they can’t do this, but the sign should be changed or removed. I had to get back in line and lost my spot. Not a big deal, but inconvenient.

The pharmacy workers are extremely rude when dealing with customers. It doesn't matter if the customers are elderly or young. They are very short and give incorrect times of when prescriptions will be ready. In my opinion there's no excuse for such poor customer service. People don't have to shop at these locations.
