First of all, I want to give kudos to Blue Ridge, Door, Lenny Campbell service company. They were very professional on the phone. Responded quickly to my needs and even sent out Tim, Highly qualified service provider to help us close our garage door until they could come back the next morning to fix it. Next morning, Tim called before arriving To assure we were prepared for him. He was professional, and explained the door mechanisms as this is our first garagein our lives. He did an exceptional job, replacing the springs and servicing the entire unit. We feel very confident our Garage Door will last another 20 years. I want to thank Blue Ridge Doors for being quick and prompt in repairing our door with a broken spring. Mike came the first day to give us an estimate and Lisa called us shortly to schedule repair. Tim called to say he would be here in about ten minutes and arrived on time. He got started repairing door and was done in about an hour. He explained he lubed the rollers and tightened up in a couple of places. I went out to check the door and everything was cleaned up. Great job,

We called on Friday to see about getting a code box on the outside of garage. They were here on Tuesday and arrived at 2:15 when the time window was between 2pm -4 pm. Very courteous and even did everything we could possibly ask for. Will call them again for anything needed on garage door.😁

He fixed what was not working, told me what I had done wrong, and showed me how to do what he had done.Then, after fixing it all, he took a good look at the Door and mechanism and tightened and lubricated everything!Finally he gave me tips on maintenance that I can do periodically to keep everything in top condition.Although the initial fix was fairly simple, the time spent with Tim was well worth the cost of the visit!Thanks, Tim!Bill

Sent an email in and in no time I got a quick response from Heather. She helped me set up a date and time to have someone come look at my garage door that sometimes would not open all the way. She said someone would be out between 8-12 Monday morning. 745 Monday Tim called said he was on the way!! 8 am he was here and trying to figure out what was wrong. Of course the garage door went up all the way every time but he checked everything and tuned it up, greased everything and made sure everything looked as it should! I really appreciate the prompt response and service and the honesty! I definitely will be calling them for any further assistance I need!! Thanks for the great service!!!

Tim was prompt, diagnosed the problem quickly, determined that our 28-year motor needed to be replaced, and took care of it right then for a reasonable price. Then he showed me how to maintain the door and opener, where to lube and how often. He also lubed our other old door and reattached its dangling button to the wall.
