We have been using Blue Dog for a while now. They are always so kind and wonderful to work with! They always take wonderful care of our Cavachon and now also our GoldenDoodle. Each time we drop off, the dogs are so happy to be there! They communicate so well and I trust them completely with our dogs!

They are good but the one that my pup goes to stopped working there and they would not accommodate for someone else to groom since I have been a regular customer. I am extremely upset. I even waited a month and half and they still saying no one can take him

This place is wonderful. They did a great job with Cooper who is on their site photos. We brought back Gus, couldn’t find a photo of him sitting still to share. And then we brought my moms dog there. They do great work. Highly recommend.

They always do an excellent job grooming our Husky and are sensitive to our Pittie's anxiety issues. Both pups come out fairly relaxed and not over stressed at all.Very reasonable prices and worth every penny!

Did a great job with our pup's first grooming-will definitely be back. My sister was so impressed with the quality and pricing, I'll be also bringing her pup (my pup's sister), for a visit as well so they can have a doggie spa day together even though she lives two hours away;)

I was so nervous about taking my newly rescued Malamute to be groomed. He had issues at the SPCA, and I didn't have much hope that he would be calm and cooperative while being groomed. I told Holly all about our situation, and she was very understanding. Holly and Brandi went so far out of their way to make sure that my dog had the best possible environment. That included staying open late and seeing us after hours, so he would be the only one there. And letting me stay with him the entire time. Because of all their consideration, and how much they obviously care about the comfort of dogs, we had an awesome experience! My dog was relaxed the entire time, and did great! And, he looks amazing! I highly, highly recommend Blue Dog Grooming.

This place is absolutely amazing! Great service, good work ethic, and great everything! I have a male Cavachon named Ace. Ace had long and curly hair which made matting easily to happen. Because of his matting, it took quite a bit of time for him to be finished. I wanted to thank the workers that had to put up with him today and deal with the mess. Also, he looks beautiful. I would definitely come back to this place again. Thank you guys once again!

Highly recommend Blue Dog Grooming, one of the cleanest, affordable, and professional dog groomers I have ever visited! If you are looking for a high quality dog groomer at an affordable rate you should definitely check them out! The owners genuinely care about your four legged children as if they were their own! Just stop in and check the place out, I promise you'll never go to one of those big brand groomers again! Ownership are great humans as well!

After following them on FB and seeing all the great reviews and atmosphere, I took our dog in for the first time. The owner and staff were so kind and attentive, and Daisy smells and looks awesome. They definitely took care of her and I trust them in my absence while COVID is still being regulated in their building. What a gem!

Had an appointment for a groom scheduled one month out. I was called the day of the appointment to tell me they could not honor appointment and wanted to reschedule two weeks out! Unbelievable. But then the Owner contacted me next day for an appointment with her to make it right. Turns out she did not know this happened until afterwards. Brandi made it right and did a great job with the groom. Very much appreciate her response to this situation! She did what it takes to keep a customer! Thank you!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Previous experiences with groomers has been scarce, to say the least. Bubba was excited when we left full of energy, soft, clean, and not to mention his nails were trimed and filed perfectly. No question where I'll be taking my pup. Great experience!!

My son took my Great Pyrenees in for an appt. In the appt request, I asked that he be shaved down a little because he was so hot. I made the appt for a "full service" grooming! A full service according to their "website/social media" page, includes bath, conditioning treatment, ear cleaning, teeth cleaning, nail trim, blow dry, full cut/shave, bandana, and a treat bag for the price of $85 for 3+ hours for an extra large dog.My son left a $34 tip and I was charged $204. My son had to call them to find out if he was done, 4 HOURS after dropping him off! He was told that my dog had "landed a few bites", broken a pen, been locked in the bathroom, pooped, and "smeared" it all over the place, and then had to be tied to a work station with his leash and chewed through his leash, so he would have to go purchase a new one before coming to get him.When I contacted them to find out why I had been charged $170 for an $85 service, I was told that he had broken their pdn, it took 2 people to shave him (they shaved him down COMPLETELY), he was matted, and his behavior. I was then told that the $85 was just a base price and it was really $100 and up and since my dog exhibited such bad behavior, it was extra! The groomer I used before NEVER had any trouble with him, charged $85, and did a better job! My dog has never been locked in a bathroom, chained for several hours on a 6ft leash, or bit anyone!From now on I will take my dog to someone who has knowledge of an extra large breed dog and some common sense that if a dog is locked in a bathroom, they are going to experience anxiety, understands that you can't put a huge dog in a pen that was built for a small/medium sized dog, doesn't take an extra dog on as a client when you are not equipped to do so, empathizes that if you are having behavior issues out of a dog that you have groomed before, something is wrong, and one who is upfront about their price instead of "padding" their wallets after false advertising!

I’ve taken my 13 year old yorkie-poos here twice and they have been so relaxed and happy each time! The staff is wonderful with them and they come home beautiful and soft and smelling great! Highly recommend!

My wife and I brought our 6 year old old English bull dog and our 17 year old blue heeler in to get groomed and pampered and we had an excellent experience and our heeler especially, they took extra time and patience with because he can only stand for so long and he left refreshed and with an extra pep in his step thank you all so much highly recommended
