They usually have healthy fish, birds, and reptiles. Only thing is the dog adoptions are only there on occasion and even if you want to adopt a dog or puppy there is a waiting period. So you can't take them straight home fr Ron there . I feel that is not fair to the adopter nor the the dog.

ADA posted a plea for donations of supplies. Since i have an extra $70 bag of dog food, i offered it. The response was rude and plain mean. No way I would give them anything ELSE ever. NO WAY would i trust this person to even take care of road kill.

These folks are trying extremely hard to get animals into homes, please donate food, blankets and toys.

We were looking for a dog at others shelters, but came up empty handed. Then by accident I found Augusta dog adoption at PetSmart in Waynesboro, as soon as we walked in, we found our furever friend, she was there with her foster mom. After talking with her foster mother, we decided that Sadie was to be ours. Sadie has settled in very well at our home and is everything her foster mom said . I would highly recommend Augusta dog adoption , thanks again for everything.

Quise empezar con el proceso de adopción y la verdad fue bien desepcionante como una persona me contacta muy abusiva y estresada, la verdad para mi fue triste saber que los perros tienen como cuidadora una persona así, tenía planes de ayudar a esta asociación pero lamentablemente la actitud de esta señora me dejó en qué pensar. Obviamente buscaré otro lugar que si merezca mi buen corazón. Es una lástima que no tengan personas que tengan la pasión de cuidar a los animales y encontrarles un hogar digno.
