Staff were friendly & helpful, even the other customers are friendly, and its great that dogs are welcome. They had what I was looking for in stock. Been going store to store looking for 30lb+ bag of cat food for my "ferel crew"; multiple places sold out, but TS had a 44lb bag at a reasonable price. 😸 One of my favorite places!

The handicap ramp is blocked with the shopping carts at the front door when I said something about it, the young lady tells me that where they have store them the past two years she has worked there. Then there was a husky mix dog running around inside the store not on a leash, dogs that stand in front of you and show no sign of being friendly or not kind of scary. Manager at the time just called the dog a few times and it finally followed her.

I am 68 years old and not very well, but when I purchased a 4 wheel garden wagon and the girl behind the register came around to help me lift in the cart, I thought that was the most thoughtful thing. Thank you 😊.

Changing my review because I'm very skeptical right now.They tried to sign me up for a tractor supply card but it didn't go through. Cashier asked to try again. I declined because it seemed sketchy. I got an email today saying they pushed it through. I told them I didn't want the card! This is not ok!

We can always find what we need. Great place for work clothes and miscellaneous equipment. Clearance section is a bonus!

Well stocked and clean. Staff is courteous. But twice in a row (online order for pickup) now they gave me a bag of dog food that had been ripped open, food lost and then badly taped. After my first refusal they should have removed the item from stock and maybe put on the sale table. Can't believe they did this twice!

In general Tractor Supply is a great retailer. This location always has friendly, knowledgeable staff and keeps a good inventory. The store itself is clean and we'll-organized process are sometimes slightly higher than larger box stores, but are also in line on many items. The location is easy to access and convenient as well.

Awesome store. I love their selections of tools and supplies.For at home in the shop or on the farm. I just wish they opened earlier. 8 am is a bit late for us craftsman farmers and do it yourselfers. The days aren't long enough.

Very friendly people and a great mix of products. Good deal on the retriever brand of small dog biscuits. It's hard to find the really small (6 kcal) biscuits I use as treats for my small, medium, and large dogs. My dogs love these biscuits. I found a cute Halloween outfit for my smallest dog. They also had some nice clothes.

40 miles round trip, 3 items I needed out of stock. As usual, they said come back after Sunday that's when the truck comes in.No veterans discount except 2 times per year. Order items I asked 5 to 7 days. They said no; more like 2 weeks. Not happy having to wait. At least they were honest.

Overall I like this store, most of the employees are friendly. The things I need are always in stock. Only once I waited to be checked out because a younger girl and guy working were talking with friends while I waited at the register for them to check my purchase it was frustrating because they saw me come up and put my things on the counter, but continued​ to talk anyway. That has only happened just that one time. So overall I will shop there again.

I shop in here primarily for horse supplies. The staff is friendly and helpful. They carry a good variety of forage types (cubes, pellets, chopped hay and some wrapped small bales) and feed for pretty much anything.

I rank it as a 3 ONLY because of the checkout events... The employees on floor duty are great.. and until my last visit this past Sunday.. the cashier mgr has been horrible in balancing open registers vs customers waiting in a single open register line.. the cashiers are very friendly even when totally overwhelmed with customers back to back and in a bad mood from waiting so long.. more often then not the CusSvcMgr is nowhere to be found.. but the lady the other day was on top of the game.. I've had great attention out on the floor.. they are busy but when stopped for a question or locating a product I've never had one do less than take me where something is or ask another..

Tractor Supply is one of the best additions to Warsaw in ages. I doubt people in this area realize the many items this store has to offer. From everyday products to seasonal gifts, this store is far worth just browsing to see just what is available in this store. It is a 'first stop' store, lots of parking space and such friendly and helpful staff.

Never have enough people working to help me.sometimes have to wait10 mins or more and like back last march we went there to buy a cub cadet mower the large one thAt believe at time was 2600.00. The manager told us we had to come back next day because she was busy unloading a truck.so. we went down the road a x bought one

Called ahead and was told by Kody, who answered the phone, that they had the mower tire I needed. I explained that I was equidistant between two Tractor Supply locations and didn't want to backtrack to the other one, preferring to support my local stores.When I arrived 15 minutes later they didn't have it. On a Saturday in the springtime, they had only one employee on the floor and the manager. Employee was chatting to a customer about someone's injury, and didn't even acknowledge me as I said, "Pardon me" to pass by in the aisle they are blocking, though the customer did acknowledge me. The manager was scanning things when I passed her and only spoke to me after I spoke to her.Not a great visit, I'll be going to the larger location from now on even though it is further from my home.

The one on Plank Rd in Fredericksburg, VA is always top notch. They have awesome employees and are very helpful. Always....good experience for me and have been going there since 2001.
