Nice store, great employees. The one suggestion I have is for the bakery section. It would be nice if you could set up some bins with different types of rolls to pick, as some other supermarkets have. This way you could pick the variety you want and not just a bag of the same type of rolls.

Love this store but highly disappointed in my daughter's 3rd birthday cake. Picked it up the morning of the party the girl at the bakery stated she didn't know who made the cake but that they did a horrible job. Never offered to fix it or anything didn't even get an I'm sorry. Went to check out and the girl who was working the register said how bad of a job they did on the cake and offered to get the manager which the manager working at the time didn't have time to help me and he was being awfully rude to other customers. I was just looking for someone to be able to help me get it fixed before the party. My daughter was disappointed in the way the cake looked. Have bought all my cakes here before and never had a problem guess I will have to take my service elsewhere to make sure that if anything goes wrong I can get proper customer service.

My step father placed an order via telephone at 3 pm for 8 pieces of fried chicken to be ready by between 4 pm and 4:30 pm. Upon arrival at 4:15 pm the chicken wasn't ready and hadn't been dropped to cook. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the chicken.

Leaving one star off only because the first set of produce cooler vents needs to be cleaned more frequently. (That's why the organic produce often goes bad so quickly.) Otherwise an awesome store! Great staff, clean, always as well stocked and organized as possible.

Great people, great selection, great prices. The shelves are well stocked. They always have plenty of cashiers, even the managers pitch in. The produce is starting to look a little poor.

I like the staff at this Food Lion location, but their produce section isn't as good as the Montross store.Update: the produce section at this location continues to deteriorate. Today I found MULTIPLE sacks of baby bell peppers with mold, a sack of carrots with mold, some cherry tomatoes with mold, and several empty spots on shelves.

Always friendly, almost every time I visit I am asked if I need help or if I am finding everything okay. Cashier's are nice and most talk while you check out. The lines move fast and I even see the managers jumping on when it's busy. Most items are always stocked and only once in a while you can't find what you want because it is out, otherwise no complaints.

Great sale prices today on things I needed. They were out of a few things I went in for so I'll have to get them at another store. Several registers open so I only had to wait a few minutes to get checked out. The cashier was very helpful when I forgot to choose cash back from my debit card.

Awesome Store! Friendly Staff, Management is always readily available at the check out lines to assist with all that is needed (rare to see at any store). Produce and meats are always fresh. One of the cleanest stores I've ever been to. We have since moved and have a Food Lion closer to home and I still drive the extra distance to this location for my shopping!

It's a nice clean store and the employees are friendly. It's not a very big store, so the selection is not as good as I would like it. But, it's still a good store to shop at if you don't need a bunch of oddball stuff. If you do you're better off going to Walmart.

Always clean and well stocked. There are always plenty of checkout counters open so you don't waste time in long lines. Staff is helpful and courteous.

I’ve had mostly positive experiences here. The managers do an amazing job. They are very alert to your needs and super fast to help you when you approach them with an issue. Once one of the managers overhead me telling my daughter that she would have to share a carton of eggnog with her siblings because there was only one on the shelf, and he told me that there were more in the back and voluntarily went back there and got another one for me. The Food Lion to Go service has been an AMAZING addition to the store and I use it frequently. While the employees are still learning and have only made a couple of mistakes, most of our orders have been accurate and super fast. I feel like this is the best Food Lion in the area.

Improved Food Lion has most everything you and more in a grocery store. I needed help finding a few things and the manager showed me where things were. The beer selections have improved with a lot of craft beer available on the very long aisle. I gave this store only four stars out of five because it sometimes runs out of tofu and it takes awhile for more to come in.

Shopping today . Went to express line. The clerk was a unclean man. Dirty shirt AND VERY DIRTY HANDS UNcleaned and smelled. Not safe or good look for the store. Didn’t anyone check out this him morning.? I like shopping at your store but today was a sad day. Please have someone give him a clean shirt and have him wash his hands. Thanks

Have not been able to get Joe Cuervo margarita mix for over a month. Store was cleaned and stocked reasonably well. Most customers And employees were wearing mask and complying with appropriate distancing.

It was clean and nice until I went to the bathroom. The smell met me at the 🚪. But once I told them, they were on it. Apparently no one told them about the overflow or backed up system causing flow upwards.

Great place to shop, lines move quickly even when the store is packed with customers.. Would have given 5 stars if they had larger quantities of the bogo items and special sale items they sell out so quickly..
