AWFUL. Do not waste your money. I placed an order through 1800flowers for my best friend whose mother just passed away. The first florist they sent the order to refused it because they did not have the correct flowers in stock to make the bouquet I ordered. This place had no such objections. I am attaching photos of what I ordered vs. what I received. I think you can figure out which is which. Go to Essex Florist instead. They have some integrity. This place should be ashamed of themselves, preying on grieving people for a few bucks. Joke's on them, I got my money back, which means they won't be getting paid.

I’m not sure why this came up as my husband’s name. This is Julie Smith. I wanted to say the birthday bouquet I received from Commonwealth today is gorgeous and smells amazing. Thank you very much. I included a picture and I’m not sure where that went.

We've been ordering flowers from here for years now and they never disappoint! I recently moved to Texas and needed to send flowers to my mother, who lives in Virginia. The website was easy to navigate and the flowers arrived the same day I ordered them.

Called to send a flower arrangement to my grandparents. Had no clue when they could send to them and not helpful at all! Poor customer service

Ordered a dish garden to be delivered to a co-worker. The dish garden was in a very small basket. It looked ok, however for the price I was disappointed.
