Rude customer service. I called to verify they had ethanol free gasoline. After confirming they had it, I asked the price. They said they would not tell me. I went to ask another question and they hung up the phone on me. No need for that. Answer the questions you can. No big deal if you can't. I don't think it's a good business practice, but no need to be rude about it. I can get the fuel right down the road from another station.

Normally we do not have an issue ordering with Wawa, but this time was different. The sandwich that was ordered was supposed to be a buffalo chicken strip hoagie. Unfortunately, what he got was the chicken strips, with correct toppings but BARBECUE SAUCE. We are disappointed in this mistake and now the sandwich is ruined.

I go to this wawa almost every day. Im very disappointed in the quality this past week. I have ordered 3 mobile orders and theyve always been wrong. I dont have time in the morning to go in and fix my stuff, hence why i mobile order. Not sure if workers are chronically tired or if theyre just getting lazy and not paying attention to what i ordered but at this point its really messed up my day

Still great small, hometown customer service! I dropped my wallet somewhere on this store property recently while filling up on fuel and then snacks inside. I was unaware I had even lost it. Later the same evening, the store manager called my cell phone telling me they had my wallet. WITH all my credit cards and cash. My phone number is not in wallet. The manager took the time to locate me searching social media. I would never have known where I lost my wallet. They went above and beyond protecting my cash (and cards) and finding a way to locate me on a Saturday night. A level of customer service that is all but lost these days. I have always been a fan, but I am totally Team Wawa now.

Great service late night.Liz is an incredible manager/employee.If I was a GM I'd be looking at her to move up. Always happy, always positive, hardworking, always willing to help and realize what the customer wants. Manages unbelievably.

Dirty Store. Coke machine always seems to be out of non nutritional sweetener. Have a nasty trash can that is flithly on the outside of the trash can jammed right up against the cups for the Coke machine. I've never had a good experience here. Not what I would expect from a Wawa Corporate owned store. Do better Wawa...

Wonderful employees! Had two tonight (6/28) that made us some good food, same experience yesterday when I came in and got more food visiting from out of town. Keep them around, 10/10 every employee there was great

Food is always good at this Wawa, service is always friendly both at the register and the food counter, good coffee as well, zero complaints, one of my favorite places to stop for a quick affordable meal.

The lady who has the African accent (I'm not sure of any other way to put that) I didn't catch her name but I went in to get Dr J hand sanitizer, they didn't have any but had one almost completely full on the counter. When I left, she came out and brought it to me and said I could have it. She didn't have to do that, that is going above and beyond. I hope she sees this review, she will know who she is. I hope she gets some kind of praise from management also. Thank you so much!!

Excellent cashiers. Today I tried the spicy italian sub. Horrible sauce, chewy bread, and mediocre meat. Makes Subway seem "best in class."

Usually the pumps are crowded in the mornings. Gas Prices are steep. Most of the staff is friendly. Slow long lines at counter. Good subs. Always busy. Steep prices on soda, but it is a convenience store. I stop here on average bi-weekly. Bathrooms are clean.

Can't speak for the day shift staff, but I came in here at 2am and saw the food staff eating behind the counter right over the rest of the food. I reluctantly ordered food anyway and while I was waiting at the counter for over five minutes for someone to come and ring me up (while the food staff looked over in my direction a dozen times), I saw the person making food stick his hand in one of the containers and eat a topping. No thanks, walked out...I love Wawa food but I won't be returning to this one.

Great food and beverages, staff is always friendly, store and parking lot are usually clean and well maintained. Because of the medians, it can be a little difficult getting in and out sometimes. I deduct a star for their lack of gravy!

This store amazes me! Anytime going into this store there is a new story of frustration! You have one person at the register that is always screaming at the customers that he will help everyone as quickly as he can. Instead of asking other people who work there to help on the registers. The line is always backed up halfway through the store too when this happens. Then they have this other guy that helps at the register that anytime he rings me up, he has problem with running a credit card. Last time i was in there I had to try and process my card three times. Then after he told me everything was good, she shouts back to me when I am half way to the door that the transaction did not go threw. Then today the he was again having problems being able to run my card. The screen kept going back and forth telling me to insert my card and remove it. Which caused it to tell me it was declined. He then makes a big stink about it being declined, when I had plenty of money to pay for this transaction!! Then I get my hoagie bowl that I ordered with pepper jack cheese and then got provolone. And there was HARDLY any lettuce in the bowl and almost all meat. I have had too many bad moments with this store and if I do want wawa again, I will go to the Gainesville store before I stop here again!

Ordered dinner from Wawa via Grubhub because I was sick—they pushed the order back over and over for two hours until they finally cancelled it. At that point, it was late enough that I was unable to reorder from anywhere else nearby

This Wawa does not take COVID seriously. At first glance they appear to be taking the correct precautions: signs that require masks, hand sanitizer, and social distancing stickers on the floor. However, many people were going into the store without masks and still being serviced. It is clear that the measurements were put in place from corporate, but the particular workers at this Wawa do not take it as seriously.

WAWA, I thought I could trust you. I buy coffee. This place very nice. Nothing to complain about. unfortunately they have hired the ex evil coffee lady from the Gainesville Sheetz, I would recognize her anywhere. She works in the deli here. Check your hoagies for loogies.

I drove 45 minutes to get ethanol free gas. there are 4 pumps with ethanol free gas, labelled using blue color. Octane 89 (not 91).

Smokes are normal priced, colas are for damn sure OVER PRICED. good coffee in mornings........still a bit overpriced. That's all I ever buy. Hope this helps
