Literally AMAZING customer service. We are visiting from Pa and needed help finding an item that they recently moved. They instantly got on the job and had other team members helping them. They were so willing to help. I wish I would have got their names. If we went to our Walmart in Pennsylvania they would have never gave us the service this team did. It was so refreshing. Thank you for the employees from Walmart they changed my mind on how I feel about Walmart.

Almost everyone here is usually so nice, but only a few people stick out to me here. Team leads Mandi & Jessica, Knowledgeable and kind.CashiersSyriana, literally the sweetest human being. Always has a smile and very friendly.Aaliyah usually see her up at self checkout and she’s always been very helpful and so sweet.Andrew at customer service is one of the coolest human beings. Whenever I come in he’s always so friendly and very helpful. Dude also has an epic voiceSpartan holds very good conversation and is very knowledgeable & helpful.Great store, mostly friendly people!!!

The manager in self check out was on point. She saw a a lot of people coming and had someone open up the main register for me yesterday. It was one of the better experiences there.

I almost always have good experiences at this Walmart. It is usually clean and well stocked. Employees are kind and helpful.The only issue I have had was once I cut my finger on a broken candle glass on the shelf and got glass stuck in my finger and couldn't find a single employee that would help. I mostly was hoping someone would clean up the broken glass so no one else would get hurt. It was still on the shelf by the time I finished shopping and left.I've used the delivery service before and the drivers are always friendly. Over all good experiences at this location.

Not great, not terrible. It's a walmart, with walmart type people. If you need my review to tell you what a walmart is like, perhaps you'd better stick to your high class hoity toity shops with higher prices and standards.

It's a small-town Walmart. It's not Macy's. That said, it's clean, safe, well organized, and well stocked. Staff is friendly and generally competent. What more would you expect from a discount store? I am generally in there multiple times per week.

Went there to get a bore sighter as a Christmas gift. Sat in sporting goods for 20mins before I found any employee to ask for assistance. Only for him to disappear for another 15mins. He then comes back only to tell me, the only key is with someone on break. Another gentleman was waiting as well for ammo, he gave me the idea to check Amazon and see if they had. So because of your lack of customer service and organization you lost 2 customers to Amazon today.

I went to Walmart on last saturday night and the cashier(he) I gave him $230 and my total was $200 and he only gave me $10 and I told him the it’s wasn’t right bc I gave him $230 he only gave me $10 he should it give me $20 dollar and I told them to check it, and there answer was just come back tomorrow

They had what I needed and stock. The store manager and the assistant displayed one of the best team working I ever seen. They was working freight right along with their team. That was a plus for me to actually see the managers getting dirty with the team. That’s great leadership and team work.

This is probably my favorite Walmart location. Faye helped me with the tires I ordered. They came on time and I was very happy. Faye walked me through everything step by step. I really appreciate her! I love the tire center here.

A lot of times when you go in Walmart , people don’t speak or seem to act like they don’t see you but that’s not the case with JeremyIn electronics, every time I see him he is always smiling and speaks to everyone. He is always busy working but always has time to give great customer service , and I always tell himHow great customer service he has , I know everyone has a bad day but I would never know if Jeremy is having one because he is so kind, I’m not sure if he is in management or not but if he isn’t then he would be a great candidate .keep upThe great work

The grocery pickup from this location is, by far, the worst. Constantly getting extra items that were not ordered, causing me to feel obligated to return to store which is an inconvenience OR not getting everything that was ordered, resulting in having to request refunds and still make a trip to the store to buy the things missing. And let’s discuss the attitude with which you’re treated when you call to discuss these issues. Luke was very nice and was willing to help, however, he is not a manager. My shortage of items resulted in a call to customer service and a conversation with John who could have cared less. He processed my refund and said I would get an email and proceeded to to disconnect the call without allowing any further comments or even a thank you from me. Oh but wait… he should have been thanking me because my business allows him to have a paycheck. Goodness knows I try to be patient but the lack of courtesy and work ethic these days is enough to make me want to stop shopping at Walmart, especially the one in Warrenton.

Stopped shopping here 4 months ago. Trying to get a prescription for my newborn son on Labor Day. Had called in there because Walgreen's was closed. Went to get and stood in line 10 minutes and was told pharmacist went home early. Returned next day and now they having problems with insurance. Went to Walgreensand had no problem. Smdh. Done with Walmart for good. Should have a little leniency on the mask policy. Take notes from Food Lion because that's where I've been shopping.

The manager at this location with long dark hair is extremely rude and needs to be removed from her position. We were overcharged for something and she refused to help then proceed to talk to me like I'm stupid. I will not be back to this location. The customer service has gone downhill in this store. I give 0 stars!

I wouldn't normally rate a super store, we all go there and know what to expect.A young man working in the electronics section in this store was the most polite helpful and just personable employee any customer could wish for.We're quick to complain but this young man deserves the highest of compliments and i wish him the best of luck.I know, silly review but well deserved.

Enjoy shopping usually find what I need, but I find in all the Wal-Marts and I have been to several. The people who do their online orders don't really watch where they are going. Don't even speak, Hi, How are you today anything I know everyone is rushing around. Every store has that rude customer. But it only takes a minute to look up from tasking and smile

Purchased a propane exchange and waited for over 20 minutes for someone to come out and exchange the tanks. Called 2 separate times and was told a manager was paged and that they would find a manager to come out but still waited out in the cold before going back in and getting a refund. Avoid this location if possible, if they can't be bothered to service customers waiting in near freezing temperatures then I can't imagine how poor their service is elsewhere.

On October 13th I visited the auto center at this Walmart location around 11am to get my car serviced. When I came back at 4pm to pick up my car there were two young men there working(one being in training) goofing off not paying attention to any work while the other man was on lunch. They only checked my tire pressure even though I asked them to examine the tires for possible holes then proceeded to tell me after I drive around 20 miles it should go away. The service here was awful and ridiculous, I will not be returning. I highly suggest not using this location. oh and my tire pressure light is STILL on after driving over 600 miles. They should really reconsider the people they are hiring.

One star review because I called at least 8 times and got no person on the phone. Trying to locate a elderly shopper who was at the store and confused. Ended up calling the police who were helpful and professional. Just a human to answer the phone between 8-9 am too much to ask? I got someone on the phone the first time time then they seemed to ignore my number. I think they should do better, feel free to let me know your thoughts.

Absolutely worst pickup station ever employees are rude they don’t care which order you pull up in and if your order is larger they will make you wait because there laziness decides to get the smaller ones first no matter how early you are and the manager is use less and has terrible customer service skills and should be fired
