Self wash pet wash was nice. Could use some shampoo and conditioner that is not in machine...for your dogs face and ears and just for extra clean ( i have a country dog)and pet cologne for afterward. Next time, I will bring my own. Over all good experience. Price is great!

I had to wait 10-15 minutes while they cleaned the dog washing station. Yet, the attendant wanted to charge me for another full session for 5 more minutes of drying time. The dog is only 13 lbs and was still wet after 9 minutes of drying.A pausing feature would be greatly appreciated.

Cool place with lots of dog supplies and a dog wash area at the back to boot.. Farm supplies also, a busy place lots of foot traffic.

The staff wasn't very knowledgeable or helpful. The culpeper store is much more helpful from my experience, just happened to have other things to do in Warrenton so I stopped in here for what I needed. Once I found it on my own I was out bc I wasn't going to shop where the people weren't nice or helpful. I went into cpep a few days later and got the other things I didn't need right away.

I had a fantastic experience with this store. Reasonable prices, products in stock, fantastic customer service from multiple employees. The online ordering system for Tractor Supply is well built: all the information you need, super streamlined, reflects real time inventory, clean receipt and order confirmation, etc. Very happy that I purchased fencing supplies from this vendor. Keep up the good work!

Awesome customer service! I got home to open an empty box! Shame on whomever stole the meds and left the box on the shelf! I called immediately and it was minutes before they closed. Monica and her team waited for me to get back and had the replacement pulled and double checked for me right at the door. So above and beyond to wait like that! Very happy customer here. And my dogs got the meds they needed without waiting all night in discomfort for the store to open back up in the morning!

I used to visit this store in Warrenton at least 3 times per week. Thousands of $ spend over 20 years.I now am in a different business and haven’t visited the Warrenton store in a few years. Here’s my story…I have an old pet cat that desperately needed a syringe of med and it’s 9:40 pm. I rush to Tractor Supply and walk in, knowing exactly what I need. The entire staff was standing up front, ready to roll out. As I stepped in an associate (possibly manager) bluntly stated, “you’ve got (looking at the clock) exactly 2 minutes and 20 seconds.” A bit caught off guard, I said, “I know exactly what I need”. I rushed to the back immediately grabbed my syringe and was up front in fast time. I saw she was still annoyed but continued the checkout.Two days later I passed by and decided to give them some business. But everything I needed or wanted was out of stock. I left and no one asked a word about what I might need.The tractor supply I remember in Warrenton was helpful and very well stocked. Not anymore. Maybe it’s modern culture, maybe poor management, maybe corporate problems? Regardless, I ended up ordering everything I needed, including 50:1 fuel from Amazon. In fact, the next day Amazon delivered my supply of syringes for the cat.In the modern era, a store needs to be better than average. The Warrenton TS is currently a few steps below average.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Got an email confirming my order and drove 25 minutes to the store to pick it up. Called when I got there to confirm my order was ready and the guy that picked up said “yup got it right here, we’ll meet you around back” Drive to the back of the store where I’m greeted by a young kid who tells me they don’t actually have the item I ordered in stock and that they “might get more tomorrow and to try back then”. Now I’ve wasted almost an hour of my day and a few gallons of fuel for absolutely nothing in return. Thanks tractor supply, I really appreciate you wasting my time.

They’re employees are not able to keep their nose out of other peoples business, and keep their opinions to themselves. The service was very good I was approached by a young man asking me if I needed to find something and when he didn't know of handy as to help. I needed to find bird food and I found the The Isle and found that they didn't carry the bird food that I needed in particular so I picked up something else that works for me. The store was nice to visit.

Tractor Supply Customer Service is non-existent. Last trip in (this week) I picked up a small order of (4) 50# bags. Absolutely no help and not even an offer of help. I normally don't write a negative review but this is the Tractor Supply experience over and over again. I will only shop at Tractor Supply when the 10% coupons come out. Other than that, there isn't anything they have that is worth the lousy help.

Called for straw and was told it was available so 2 minutes later I showed up to pick up 2 bale's and when I got there they said in between the time I got there 2 minutes later they sold the 12 bale's they had...smh.

Friendly cashiers and staff who are willing to load feed backs and heavy items into your car for you. The only downside is sometimes they run out of things and don't re-stock as often as they should so you have to keep checking back to find something. Also, there are some things I wish they would deliver.

Went in looking for an item. This store was out of stock at the moment, but thier employees were able to phone up the store in Warrenton quickly to ask if they had it there and place it on hold for me. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
