We used to really enjoy coming here--once a week even during the summer (we lived walking distance). For the past couple of years though it seems to have been going downhill. Since this past summer it's been even more noticeable. Usually half of the machines or less are functional and the flavors haven't changed in several months. They never have any of the seasonal special flavors Sweet Frog advertises and never update their site with what flavors they currently have. I keep going in hoping for something new but always the same few flavors and a bunch of turned off machines. That and maybe I'm crazy, but I think it's more expensive than the other stores. I really hope somebody will turn this place around.*Ironically a week after I post my review they closed. I guess that's why they were going down hill. They knew they were closing and just didn't care anymore.

I always love sweet frog's 🐸 frozen yogurt, always hit the spot I really enjoy it, I tried the new apple 🍏 pie 🥧 carmal it's really good, I recommend it

Disappointed in where service priorities are. Walked in right before closing, could we have gotten their sooner, absolutely. We didn’t know what time they closed but the door was unlocked and people were outside enjoying fro-yo. We called multiple times for some one to come hand us the cups, with no answer. All the toppings were still out. At exactly eight, the girl behind the counter comes out and tells us that they are closed and she put the covers on the toppings so we can’t get anything. It’s not that big a deal but it’s frustrating that there is an unwillingness to provide five minutes of service. I’ve worked in service jobs and managed people in them. If that was my employee, I wouldn’t be mad but I would be disappointed. I recommend next time locking the door if you are no longer going to provide the product/service.

I love frozen yogurt. I've actually had to force myself to not pic the largest size container, though eating half and saving the rest for the next day is okay too. The frozen yogurt flavors are yummy (especially strawberry and mint), and there are always plenty of diverse toppings to choose from. You really can't go wrong.

Sweet frog is very good but unfortunately they only have one option for dairy free and they should definitely have more than one every time

Came in today, 2 of my favorite flavors were out of order. The cashier wasn’t the friendliest either, it seems that this location charges way more than the one in manassas.

THEY DID NOT OPEN ON TIME! I stood outside where the employee could see me, waiting for him to open the door. I have places to be, sir! Open the dang door!Edit: the website is wrong, it does not open until 12 on saturdays. They need to have signs on the building saying when they’re open or when they’re closed.

Good flavor and toppings selections but know that there is usually only one person working so big parties might have to wait a bit as the same person serves the toppings and checks everyone out.

As of May 1, 2018, Sweet Frog in Warrenton is now owned by Steve Walters and you will be AMAZED at the changes taking place. GREAT customer service and a great product and a great owner,(not like the last one).All is well and good and Sweet Frog in Warrenton, Thanks Steve!!

( WARNING ) Management at this location is very bad . Take your self back to your country . Serving out of date products at this location. Thats not how its done in America . Their is so many other location that you can go to get better service and a better product. I will never go there again and am sad i ever went . ( BEWARE )
